Professional collection at your scheduled time. Items are then meticulously sorted by fabric type, color, and contamination level. HACCP color-coded items are segregated to prevent any cross-contamination.
Pre-Treatment & Stain Removal
Our specialists identify and pre-treat all stains using targeted, eco-friendly solutions. Wine, oil, food, and cosmetic stains receive specific, fabric-safe treatments to maximize removal success.
Precision Washing & Sanitization
Items undergo commercial-grade washing in advanced machines using programmed cycles and biodegradable detergents. Ozone technology ensures superior sanitization with reduced chemical use. Food service textiles are washed at FSA-compliant temperatures.
Triple Rinse & Extraction
A three-stage rinse cycle thoroughly removes all detergent residues. High-speed extraction minimizes water retention, reducing drying time and energy. Final rinse uses soft water for optimal fabric feel.
Advanced Drying & Conditioning
Industrial dryers with moisture sensors prevent over-drying. Fabric-specific settings (low, medium, high heat) are applied. Towels are gently tumbled for maximum fluffiness, and delicate items are air-dried.
Finishing & Pressing
Table linens, napkins, and uniforms are professionally finished and pressed for a crisp, impeccable appearance. Items are folded or hung according to your specific instructions, ready for immediate use.
Final Quality Control & Dispatch
Every item undergoes a final quality audit before protective packaging. RFID tracking ensures accurate count and complete traceability. Delivered efficiently and punctually by our professional fleet.
