Tell us the round and we price it properly
One form, one phone line, one inbox — read by the people who actually run the vans and the plant. Send the sector, rough volume and how often, and you get real figures back rather than a callback to qualify you first.

Send us the details
Six fields. The more you put in the message box — rough volume, which lines, how often, which postcode — the closer the first number we send back will be to the final one.
Enquiry received
It is now in the Wembley inbox. Someone will come back to you within two working hours — and if it is urgent, ring 01224 024759 and quote your business name.

Two sites, both ours
We are not a broker. Wembley is the production plant every round is measured from; Harrow is the registered office and the address on our paperwork. Visits to the plant are welcome — ask, and we will show you the wash floor your linen would run on.
Where the washing, finishing and sortation happen, and the point every route's mileage is measured from. Vans load here from 05:30 for the 06:00 window.

After you send it
What happens after you press send
No drip campaign, no discovery call to book a discovery call. Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.
- 1 A person reads it
Enquiries land in the Wembley inbox and are read by the account team, not a routing bot. Within two working hours you have a reply from someone with a name.
- 2 We check your postcode against the round
Your area either already sits on an existing route or it does not. If it does, we can tell you the collection days on the first reply. If it does not, we say so rather than quote you for a service we would have to invent.
- 3 Real figures against your list
Send us what you actually launder — 200 sheets, 60 chef whites, 400 napkins a week — and we price that, itemised, against the published rates. Nothing is hidden until contract stage.
- 4 A trial week
One full cycle at the quoted rate before anything is signed, so you judge the fold and the punctuality rather than the sales pitch.
- 5 Account set-up
Delivery days, stock levels, a named contact and login details for the portal. Most accounts go from first enquiry to first collection inside a week.
Who handles what
Who to ask for
Use the general line for all of these — but naming the right thing in the subject line gets it to the right desk faster.
Rates, trial weeks, site surveys and switching from an existing supplier. Say the sector and the rough weekly volume and it can usually be priced the same day.
Extra collections, a paused week, a change of delivery day, a seasonal uplift before a busy period. The earlier the better — routes are planned a week ahead.
Rental stock levels, replacing damaged or missing items, changing a specification, or moving between rented and owned linen.
Purchase order numbers, statements, payment terms, consolidated invoicing across multiple sites of the same group.
Re-washes, stains that survived, a short delivery. Tell us the delivery date and the docket number and it is re-run on the next round at no charge.
Anything that is not a laundry enquiry — trade press, equipment suppliers, recruitment. Send it to the general address and it will be passed on.
Before you write
Questions worth answering first
Six things people ask on the phone before anything else. If your question is here, you may not need to send anything at all.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two working hours during office hours, Monday to Saturday. An enquiry sent at 23:00 on a Sunday is answered first thing Monday.
If it is genuinely urgent — a missed collection, or a service starting in a few hours — ring 01224 024759 rather than emailing. The phone is the only channel that can move a van today.
Do I need to contact you to get a price?
No. Per-item rates, linen hire rates and subscription bands are published in full — 213 rates across six categories, with no gated PDF and no 'contact for pricing'.
Get in touch when you want those rates applied to your own linen list, or when your volume is high enough to move off the published band.
Do you cover my area?
We run across London and the Home Counties — 1,034 areas, up to roughly 100 miles from the Wembley plant. There is a page for every one of them.
Whether your postcode already sits on an existing round is the first thing we check when your enquiry arrives, and we will tell you straight if it does not rather than quote for a route we would have to invent.
Is there a minimum order?
Not on the standard published rate. A single Airbnb changeover and a 200-bedroom hotel are both served off the same routes — the difference is the rate band, not whether we will take the work.
Volume commitments only appear if you want a contracted rate below the published one.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes — ask when you enquire and we will arrange it. The Wembley site at Unit 7-13, Metro Trading Centre, HA9 0YJ is where the washing, finishing and sortation happen.
We would rather you saw the wash floor your linen would run on than took our word for it. Bring your current supplier's output and compare the two.
I already have a supplier — is switching a hassle?
It is about a week. We survey the linen you hold, match the specification, run a trial week alongside your current supplier, then take over on an agreed date.
You are never asked to break an existing contract before we have proved the service. Most switches happen in the quiet part of the week so nothing is missed.

You might not need us at all
Four things people email to ask that are already published.
Still easier to say it out loud?
Ring the line. Someone who knows the round picks it up — you will not be handed to a call centre and you will not be asked for a reference number you do not have.
