Prices are the list. A quote is your list.

Send the sector and rough volume and we will mark this page up for your account — including whether hire or wash-only works out cheaper on each line, and which contract discount you would qualify for.

  • Hire vs wash-only compared line by line
  • Contract and frequency discounts applied

FAQ

Pricing questions

The eight we are asked most. Anything specific to your account is a phone call rather than a form.

Is there a minimum order?

No, on any line on this page. A minimum order is how suppliers make small customers uneconomic without saying so, and we would rather quote small work honestly.

  • A single bag is an ordinary household booking, not a surcharge and not a favour.
  • One duvet is a normal bulky-bedding collection — most people send one at the end of winter and nothing else all year.
  • A single floor or a small studio is an ordinary commercial account, and the per-item rate is the same one a hotel pays.
  • There is no delivery threshold either. Collection and return are part of the household rates whatever the size of the order.
What is the difference between rental and wash-only?

Rental is our linen; wash-only is yours. Both columns are shown on every commercial table so you can see the gap rather than be told about it.

  • Rental means we own the stock, carry the par level and replace items on wear — none of it is your capital and nothing is your problem when it frays.
  • Wash-only is the cheaper per-item rate if you already own linen you are happy with, and you keep whatever brand or spec you have chosen.
  • Mixed accounts are normal — rent the towels, wash your own table linen. Most established venues end up here.
  • We will tell you which is cheaper for you line by line when we quote, including where rental costs more but is still the better call.
Are collection and delivery included?

Yes in the household and bedding prices, and built into the round for commercial accounts. Neither carries a separate per-visit charge.

  • Household and bulky bedding rates on this page include collection and return, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
  • Commercial accounts run on a fixed round, and the round is part of the account rather than a line on the invoice.
  • One collection covers every line you use — duvets, uniforms and table linen leave together rather than costing a visit each.
  • 1,034 areas across London and the Home Counties are on a fixed round already, so there is no out-of-area supplement for most of the region.
Do prices change with contract length?

Yes, and the discounts are published on this page rather than negotiated. You should be able to work out your own rate before you speak to anyone.

  • A 6 or 12 month agreement reduces the rate — the exact percentages are in the bespoke section above.
  • More frequent collection also reduces it, because a fuller round is a cheaper round to run and that saving is yours rather than ours.
  • The two stack. A twelve-month agreement on daily collection takes both.
  • Nothing obliges you to take one. The standard rate has no tie-in and no exit fee, and plenty of accounts stay on it deliberately.
Why is there no online estimator any more?

Because the full price list is now on this page. The estimator asked you a series of questions in order to show you figures that are simply printed here.

  • Every rate is published — commercial, household, dry cleaning, bedding and subscriptions — so you can add up your own estimate in less time than the form took.
  • For anything above list size — multi-site, contract, or an unusual mix — a real quote beats a calculator, and that is what the bespoke section is for.
  • The old estimator URL redirects here, so any link or bookmark you have still works.
  • If you would rather we did the adding up, send your volumes through the form above and we will mark this list up for your account.
Do these prices include VAT?

No — every figure on this page is before VAT where VAT applies.

  • Commercial accounts are quoted excluding VAT, which is the convention for a business buying a service it will reclaim.
  • Household prices are shown the same way for consistency across the page rather than switching convention halfway down it.
  • Your written quote states it explicitly, so there is no ambiguity on the thing you actually sign.
  • Ask if you are unsure which applies to you — it is a one-line answer.
How do you take over from our current supplier?

Stock arrives before the old supplier is stood down. Nobody should have an empty shelf during a changeover, and that is the risk that stops most people switching.

  • We count what you actually hold first, so the opening par is your real usage rather than what your last contract assumed.
  • The first delivery lands before your final collection from the outgoing supplier.
  • Nothing needs you to be out of your current agreement before we quote — the quote commits you to nothing.
  • Rented stock goes back to them, not to us. We will tell you what is theirs if the paperwork is unclear.
What if our volume changes?

Par levels are reset against what you actually used, not what you estimated.

  • The first month is a measurement, and we re-cut the pars after it rather than leaving you on a guess.
  • Seasonal swings are planned in where the trade has them — a hotel in August is not a hotel in February.
  • It works downwards too. Offices that went hybrid are the most common reduction we make, and we would rather make it than have you overpay quietly.
  • Adding or dropping a line is a call to your account manager, not a renegotiation.

Still not sure which lines apply to you?

Tell us the sector and rough volume and we will mark up this list for your account — including whether hire or wash-only is cheaper for each line.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable and are reviewed periodically. Last reviewed 2026-03-14.
