What goes wrong
Most dry cleaning damage is done by the cleaner
A garment does not usually fail because it was worn. It fails because it was processed as a category rather than as an object — same cycle, same heat, same press, whatever came through the door.

Nobody looked at it first
A stain that needs a solvent and a stain that needs an enzyme look identical on the hanger. Cleaned with the wrong one, the second is set permanently — and heat in the finishing press sets it harder still.

One press setting for every fabric
Wool, linen and silk want different pressure and different temperatures. A single press setting flattens the roll of a lapel, glazes wool and puts a shine on dark trousers that no amount of re-cleaning removes.

Turnaround set by the shop, not the garment
A beaded gown and a work shirt do not take the same time. When both are promised for Thursday, one of them is being rushed — and it is never the shirt.

Inspection and tagging
Each garment is checked for stain type, fibre, trim and existing damage, then tagged so it stays identifiable through the plant. Pre-existing damage is recorded and reported back.

Stain treatment
Stains are treated individually by type — protein, tannin, oil, pigment — before the garment enters the machine, because a general cycle sets what it cannot remove.

Wool and structured tailoring, silk and delicates, and heavy outerwear each run separately. Nothing is batched purely to fill a load.

Hand finishing
Pressed by hand on tensioned equipment so the lapel roll, the seat of a trouser and the drape of a dress come back as made rather than flattened.

Standards
One plant, ours, and you can see it
Dry cleaning is done at our own Wembley site alongside the commercial linen, not sent out to a third party. That is the whole reason the inspection steps above are possible — there is nobody in the middle to lose a tag or rush a press.
Solvent is recovered and filtered rather than run to waste, and loads are separated by fibre and colour rather than batched to fill a machine.

How much is dry cleaning in London?
A two-piece suit is £13.46, a shirt on a hanger £2.66, trousers £8.06, a dress £12.56 and an overcoat £14.36.
All 56 rates are published in full, across thirteen groups. There is no quote-only pricing and no rate we will give privately that is not on that page.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One jacket is fine.
The same rounds serve a single household garment and a hotel's entire guest dry cleaning service — the difference is which bundle rate applies, not whether we will take the work.
What happens if a stain will not come out?
You get a call, before rather than after.
Every garment is inspected before cleaning and again before bagging. If we think a stain will not lift, or that lifting it will damage the cloth, we tell you and return the garment as it is. We would rather say a garment cannot be saved than return it worse.
Do you clean wedding dresses and eveningwear?
Yes. Evening dresses are £24.26 and delicate dresses £16.16.
Beaded, sequinned and embroidered pieces run separately from the general cycle and are hand-finished. Tell us what the trim is when you book — it changes the process, not just the price.
Do you clean household items as well as clothes?
Yes, and they are on the same published list.

It depends on the garment, and we tell you at collection rather than promising one figure for everything.
A beaded gown and a work shirt do not take the same time, and when a cleaner promises both for the same day, one of them is being rushed. It is never the shirt.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes, on our own vans and on the same rounds as the commercial linen: 06:00 to 01:00, Monday to Saturday, across 1,034 areas.
No third-party courier ever handles the garments — which is also why a tag does not get lost between the shop and the plant.
Can hotels and offices open an account?
Yes, on the same published rates with bundle pricing applied automatically rather than on request.
Hotel guest dry cleaning and office workwear both ride the collection round you already have — or a new one if you do not. Tell us the volume and we will come back with itemised figures.
