01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your phone, tablet or computer. They let a site remember something about your visit, or count how people use it.
02The cookies we use
Our website sets no cookies of its own, and we use no advertising cookies. The only cookies come from our website analytics tool, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they use:
Our analytics tool reports to us in totals (for example, how many people looked at our prices). It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to show you adverts.
- A visitor cookie: tells one visitor apart from another, so visits can be counted. It lasts up to 2 years.
- A visit cookie: keeps track of your current visit. It lasts up to 2 years.
03Other things that load from outside
Our pages use fonts from an outside font service. Your browser fetches them from that service, which sees your IP address in the process, but the fonts set no cookies.
If you tap a WhatsApp or phone link, you leave our website, and that app's own policies apply.
04Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the website analytics cookies does not stop the website working, and you can still book a collection.
- Most browsers have a setting to block cookies or delete them when you close the browser.
- Many browsers also offer settings or add-ons that block website analytics on every site.
05Changes to this policy
If we start using other cookies, we will update this page first. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
