Send a location pin and the time you'd like the driver. No app, no sign-up. The chat is staffed around the clock, so booking at 1am after unpacking from a trip is perfectly fine.
Add the tower and floor, or the villa gate number, so the driver doesn't circle the block.

The driver collects
At the time you chose, a driver comes to your door, the concierge or the security desk if your building has one. The trip is free, and the booking is identical for a Sharjah apartment, an Abu Dhabi villa or a holiday let between guests.
Keep dry cleaning in a separate bag; it takes a different route once it reaches us.

We clean it
Bags are sorted by colour and by fabric, and marks are treated by hand before any machine. Day-to-day washing goes in cool, dries without fierce heat and gets folded. Dry cleaning and pressing finish under steam and go onto hangers.

The return trip costs nothing either, and live updates tell you when the driver is close. Across most of Dubai that's within 24 hours; in the other emirates we give you the day at booking. Express in 5 hours is there where your location is covered, so ask on WhatsApp.

What happens in our hands
Marks are looked at by hand before anything reaches a machine. Here that usually means sun cream, sweat at the collar and a little desert dust.

Sorted before washing
Each bag is divided by colour and fabric before anything gets wet. Silk, embellished abayas and suits are lifted out first, so nothing fine shares a drum with jeans.

A cool wash
Cool water and eco-friendly detergents that are biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Keeping the temperature down is what stops colour fading and fibres shrinking.

Low-heat drying
Everyday washing dries without fierce heat, then gets folded. Dry cleaning and pressing are finished by hand with steam, so collars and pleats come back crisp.

Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves. Folded washing is bagged; pressed garments go onto hangers inside protective covers.

How are my clothes washed?
Cleaning
Sorted first, then washed cool. Bags are split by colour and fabric, and stains are checked and treated by hand before a machine is involved. Detergents are eco-friendly, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and cool water guards against shrinking. Washing dries on low heat and is folded; dry cleaning is steamed and hung.

Can dry cleaning go with my washing?
Cleaning
Yes, in a bag of its own. Say in the chat that two bags are coming. Across most of Dubai standard dry cleaning is back in 24 hours, and very delicate pieces can take longer, with the time given at pickup; in other emirates we confirm the day. Abayas, kanduras and designer wear are all welcome, each checked by hand first.

Yes, through express, where your location is covered. We collect, clean and return within 5 hours, so a shirt taken at lunch can be on its hanger by evening. It isn't available at every address, so ask on WhatsApp first and mention express when you book so the pickup is planned around it.
