• Collection details: your area, address, flat, villa or hotel details, where the driver should collect from, and the day and time slot you choose.
• Order details: the services and items you book, how often you want a collection, and any notes you add (for example, a stain or a care instruction).
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

03What we collect automatically

When you browse the website, some information is collected automatically:

• Usage information: the pages you visit, how you reached us and the type of device and browser you use, through our website analytics tool. See our cookie policy.
• Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which every website receives to show you its pages and keep them secure.

• WhatsApp, if you choose to chat with us there. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy policy.
• Our drivers and laundry team, who see the details they need to collect, clean and return your items.

06How we keep it safe

We use industry-standard security measures to keep your information safe. Bookings travel over an encrypted connection, and only the people who need your details to look after your order can see them.

07How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the service, deal with any question about an order, and meet our legal and accounting duties. After that, we delete it.
