Yes, our laundry customer service in the UAE runs 24/7. Message after a late shift or before the school run and someone replies. The same team takes the bookings, so nobody passes you along, and once your order's with us the updates come back through that chat.

How do I change or cancel a pickup?
Message us and we'll move or cancel it. WhatsApp is easiest, but a call or email is fine. Just say the new day and time, or that you're travelling for a couple of weeks. There's nothing to log into and no form to fill in.

Do you collect from my area?
