Dubai wash and fold laundry, priced per bag
Everyday washing in Dubai goes in flat-rate laundry bags, so nobody has to count items. One bag holds up to 6kg of clothes and costs AED 65. The driver picks it up free from your door, or from the lobby desk if your tower has one. We sort it, wash it in a mild detergent, dry it on low heat and fold it. For most Dubai addresses this is a next-day laundry service: your bag comes back within 24 hours of pickup.

What happens to every Dubai bag
A bag from a JLT tower gets the same care as a bag from a Mirdif villa. There are five steps, always in this order. We don't skip any of them for a half-empty bag, and we don't charge more for a full one.
- Sorting by hand: whites go in one load, dark jeans and tees in another. Sheer or stretchy pieces go on a gentler wash.
- Checking for marks: we look at collars, cuffs and underarms before washing. In a Dubai summer, sweat marks set quickly. Once a yellow mark has been through a hot dryer, it rarely comes out.
- Washing: with a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent that rinses out fully, so your clothes don't come back with a heavy scent.
- Drying: on low heat, so clothes keep their size and leggings keep their stretch.
- Folding: each piece is folded neatly, checked again and packed for delivery.
Wash and fold doesn't include pressing. Clothes come back with soft fold lines that sit well in a drawer. For an office shirt or a white kandura that needs a crisp finish, use Clean & Press.
Booking a Dubai pickup, step by step
- Message us on WhatsApp. Send your location pin, for example a tower in Business Bay or a townhouse in Arabian Ranches, and a time that suits you. There's no app to install and no account to create. Someone replies at any hour.
- Pack the bag. Everyday clothes only. Check pockets for lip balm, coins and Nol cards. Label the bag with your name and your flat or villa number.
- Hand it to the driver. Give it over at your door, or leave it at the lobby security desk if your tower has staff there. Pickup is free anywhere we cover in Dubai.
- We clean it. We sort it, wash it gently, dry it on low heat and fold each piece with care.
- We bring it back. You get a WhatsApp message when the driver is on the way. Delivery is free too.
Sending shirts for Clean & Press on the same day? Pack them in a separate bag and mention both in one message. One driver takes everything.
Clothes that can go in a Dubai bag
Check the care label inside the garment. A washtub symbol, with or without dots, means it can be machine washed, so it can go in the bag. A hand in the tub, or a cross over it, means keep it out. In a Dubai wardrobe, that usually covers:
- Hot-weather cotton: T-shirts, vests, polo shirts and light linen-blend tops for July and August, when daytime highs in Dubai go above 43°C.
- Everyday trousers: jeans, chinos and cotton joggers. Close zips and buttons before packing so they don't catch on other clothes.
- Sports kit: running vests, cycling tops, football shirts and sports socks.
- Nightwear and underwear: boxers, briefs, cotton pyjamas and socks. Tuck each pair of socks together so they come back matched.
- Children's clothes: school polos, PE shorts, play clothes and cotton babygrows, with all the poppers closed.
- Cooler-month layers: light hoodies and sweatshirts for when the evenings cool down around December.
What to keep out, and where it goes instead
A few things don't suit an everyday wash. Most of them can still go with the same driver, as a different service.
- Work shirts, suits, abayas and kanduras that need a crisp finish: send them for Clean & Press. They're priced per item and come back on hangers.
- Anything with a crossed-out washtub on the label: water will damage it. Silk, beaded evening wear, sequins and wool coats are for our dry cleaning team.
- Fine lingerie and hand-wash knitwear: wash these at home, or ask us before you pack them.
- Anything damp: a wet swimsuit from the building pool makes a closed bag smell musty within hours in Dubai's humid months. Let it dry fully first.
- Anything that isn't clothing: use the service links above these tabs to find the right page.
How we sort, wash and dry a Dubai bag
Good laundry depends more on careful sorting than on the machines. This is what happens when we open your bag in Dubai.
- Colour first. New dark jeans can turn white vests blue, so lights and darks are always washed apart.
- Then weight. Heavy denim and thick joggers are washed apart from thin jersey, so soft tops don't go bobbly.
- A machine just for your clothes. After sorting, your load goes into a machine on its own. We never add another household's washing, so everything in your bag is yours.
- Cleaned after every wash. The drum is cleaned and sanitised before anyone else's clothes go in.
- Strong but gentle detergent. It's commercial-grade, but also biodegradable and hypoallergenic. In Dubai, clothes sit against warm skin for long hours, and sensitive skin reacts to any residue.
- A low-heat dryer. High heat shrinks cotton and stretches elastic, so we dry on low. We check waistbands, hoods and seams for damp before folding.
- Checked by hand. Folding is when we spot a loose button or a mark that didn't come out, and we let you know.
Where we collect in Dubai
Our drivers cover both sides of Dubai Creek, from Bur Dubai and Deira out to Dubai Marina, JLT and the villa communities inland. Pickup and delivery are free everywhere we go.
- Towers: in Business Bay, Dubai Marina or JLT, hand the bag over at your door, or leave it with lobby security if your building has it.
- Villas and townhouses: in Mirdif, Arabian Ranches or on Palm Jumeirah, the driver knocks at your front door. Some gated communities need a visitor pass, so arrange it first.
- Low-rise buildings: in Al Karama or Deira, send the building name and flat number so the driver finds the right entrance.
- Hotel apartments: send your room number and check that reception will take a bag in for you.
Check your street on the areas we cover list or our JLT page, or just send us your pin.
Monthly bag plans for Dubai homes
If your laundry basket fills up at a steady rate, a monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold option in Dubai. You get a fixed pickup day, nothing to book each week, and each bag costs less than paying for one at a time.
- Essential: one bag a week, four in the month, for AED 250. Good for one person or a couple.
- Family: two bags a week, eight in the month, for AED 450. Enough room for school uniforms, football kit and everyone's pyjamas.
- Pay as you go: one bag whenever you need it, for AED 65.
Plan bags are collected on the same weekday every week, so you always know when to have them ready. Send us a WhatsApp message to start a plan.
Turnaround, express and stains
Across most of Dubai, your bag comes back within 24 hours of pickup. If your address is outside that area, we'll tell you the return day before you confirm.
Need a same-day laundry service? With our express laundry delivery, your order can be back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and express covers your address. Please check with us on WhatsApp before relying on it.
- Tell us about stains. Mango juice on a T-shirt, felt-tip on a school polo, grease from a bike chain: say what the stain is and where it is.
- Tell us what you've tried. Vinegar, a stain stick or bleach each changes how we treat it.
- Dry things indoors before packing. Dubai's balcony rules don't allow washing to be hung out on balconies, so dry swimwear on a rack inside. Damp clothes in a closed bag go sour quickly in the heat.
Clean and press in Dubai, by the piece
Clean and press is our laundry service in Dubai for clothes that should come back on hangers, not folded. That means office shirts, suit trousers, kanduras, abayas and everyday dresses. We clean each item the way its care label allows, steam it by hand and put it on a hanger. A shirt costs AED 18 and a kandura AED 15. Pickup is free, and across most of Dubai everything comes back within 24 hours.

What the price per item includes
The price on each line is the full cost for that item in Dubai. Stain treatment, the hanger and the cover are all included.
- First check: we read the label, empty the pockets and check buttons, collar and seams for anything loose.
- Stains treated first: we work on marks by hand while the item is still dry, before water can set them.
- Cleaned as the label says: cottons and easy-care blends are washed in cool water so they don't shrink. Anything that needs specialist cleaning gets that instead.
- Hung to dry in filtered air: no tumble dryer, because that's what puckers collars and shortens sleeves.
- Steamed by hand: cuffs, button strips, pleats and collars, one item at a time.
- Checked three times: then put on a hanger and into a breathable cover.
From your Dubai door to your wardrobe
- Send us a list. Something like "five office shirts, a kandura, two pairs of trousers" is enough. Tell us if you want a crease or not.
- Use a separate bag. Keep hanging clothes apart from your wash and fold bag, so they don't get mixed up.
- Free pickup. From your door in Dubai, or from the concierge if your tower has one.
- Each item done on its own. Cleaned, dried, then steamed, one at a time.
- Back on hangers. Across most of Dubai that's within 24 hours, covered and ready to hang up, or to wear out to dinner that night.
What to send for clean and press
A simple test: if you'd steam it before wearing it, send it here. Common items in Dubai:
- Office shirts: oxford, poplin and wrinkle-resistant blends, long or short sleeved. Collars and cuffs need the most work.
- Blouses and skirts: crepe, viscose and light cotton voile, the fabrics that crease on the Metro to work.
- Trousers and suits: chinos, work trousers and wool-blend suits. We shape the jacket with steam.
- Kanduras and thobes: white cotton and cotton-poly blends, steamed so they hang long and straight.
- Ghutras: finished flat with square corners, ready for you to fold.
- Abayas and jalabiyas: crepe and georgette, steamed gently so the black stays matt. You can send a shayla with them; ask us its price on WhatsApp.
- Kurtas and sirwal: the top and trousers stay together on one ticket.
- School shirts: for class photo day, when the collar needs to sit right.
When another service is a better fit
- Already washed, just creased? Our pressing service steams clean clothes smooth without washing them again.
- Silk, sequins, beading, lace or a heavy wool coat? These need dry cleaning, where a solvent is gentler on the fabric than water.
- Gym kit, T-shirts, pyjamas? These don't need hangers. Put them in a bag for Wash & Fold.
Not sure where something goes? Take a photo of its label and send it on WhatsApp. We'll tell you before the driver comes to your Dubai address.
What the care label says about heat
The dots inside the pressing symbol on a care label tell us how much heat a garment can take. One dot means low heat, about 110°C, for acrylic and some synthetics. Two dots mean about 150°C, for wool, silk and polyester blends. Three dots mean about 200°C, for cotton and linen. A cross over the symbol means steam only, or no heat at all.
- Why we use steam: pressing hard on dark crepe makes it shiny, so abayas and suit trousers are steamed.
- The parts people see: collars and cuffs are always done by hand, never in a batch.
- Crease or no crease: want a sharp trouser crease, no crease, or shirts folded flat for a flight from Dubai International? Tell us and we'll write it on your ticket.
- Breathable covers: plastic traps Dubai's summer humidity against the fabric. A breathable cover keeps the dust off but still lets air through.
Pickup and return, from Deira to Dubai Marina
We collect clean and press orders like any other Dubai booking, for free. They come back on hangers, though, so think about where they'll wait for you.
- Towers in Dubai Marina, JLT or Business Bay: if your security or concierge desk accepts deliveries, we can leave hanging clothes there.
- Villas in Arabian Ranches, Mirdif and similar areas: the driver calls at your villa gate or front door. If your community uses gate passes, arrange one first.
- Older streets in Deira, Bur Dubai and Al Karama: send your location pin with the building name and flat number, and the handover is quick.
How long it takes, and 5-hour express
Across most of Dubai, a standard clean and press order comes back within 24 hours of pickup. Very delicate items can take longer, and how long depends on the piece. We'll tell you when you book if anything you're sending falls into that group.
Need a shirt for tonight? Book express before 2 PM and, if we cover your part of Dubai, it comes back pressed 5 hours later. Express depends on your exact location, so check on WhatsApp before you plan your evening around it.
Sweat marks, oud and special requests
- Yellow collars: Dubai summers are hot and humid. Sweat and skin oil build up along the collar of a white kandura or an office shirt. The sooner you send them, the more we can get out.
- Oud and perfume oil: these leave a dark ring on light cotton. Show us the spot and tell us what it was.
- Karak tea: it has sugar and milk in it. Don't scrub it under the hot tap; tell us and we'll treat it.
- Anything else: a loose button, no crease, a special fold. Whatever you write in the chat goes on your order.
Bedding and towels collected across Dubai, per piece
This tab is for the big, heavy items a Dubai apartment washer-dryer can't handle: duvets, comforters, pillows, sheets, bath towels, robes and mattress protectors. Each item has its own price. A sheet costs AED 25, a towel AED 7 and a duvet AED 56. Pickup is free anywhere in Dubai. Bulky item washing takes longer: duvets, comforters and blankets usually take 48 to 72 hours. We agree your return day when you book.

| Bedcover | AED 29 |

| Bath towel | AED 7 |
| Bathrobe | AED 19 |
| Sofa coverStandard size, zip-off | AED 46 |
Tablecloths, cushion covers, bath mats, place mats and large sofa covers are on the complete price list. A duvet costs the same in Mirdif as in Dubai Marina, and pickup and delivery are free.
What each price includes
The price on each line covers everything that item goes through. Sheets and pillowcases get a bed linen wash and fold: washed, dried all the way through and folded flat. They're still counted one by one, not weighed like a bag. A single pillowcase is handled as carefully as a king quilt. It just dries faster.
- Checked by hand first: we look at corners, seams and stitching, and any marks you told us about, before anything goes in the machine.
- Room to move: big items go into large machines so the filling can open up as the drum turns. That way the water reaches the middle, not just the outside.
- Gentle detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which matters for a pillow you sleep on every night.
- Dried right through: a quilt keeps tumbling until the middle is as dry as the outside. Dubai's balcony rules don't allow laundry to be hung on balconies, and a railing wouldn't dry the middle of a duvet anyway.
- Folded and bagged: only when the whole order is dry, so nothing smells stale when it comes out of the cupboard.
A quilt cover is charged separately at AED 31, because it's washed apart from the quilt.
Booking bedding in Dubai, from message to doorstep
- Send a quick list. On WhatsApp, a rough list is fine: the duvets from both bedrooms, three pillows, all the towels. Add your location pin.
- We reply. Someone from our team gives you a pickup time and, in the same message, the day it will all come back.
- Pack it. Roll each quilt and tie it. Put sheets and towels in a separate bag.
- Pickup. From your door anywhere in Dubai, or from reception if your building has one. Pickup is free.
- Follow your order. WhatsApp updates tell you where your order is until it's back with you.
We reply 24/7, which helps if you only strip the beds late at night after guests leave.
Quilts, comforters and blankets
Duvets and comforters have the same price on our list, AED 56, from single to king size. The difference is in how we check them.
- Duvets: loose filling inside a plain shell, used inside a cover. We take the cover off and wash it separately.
- Comforters: stitched into squares with a patterned top, used on the bed without a cover. Each square dries at a different speed, so we feel along every row before it's done.
- Blankets: AED 26 for a standard size. Bigger blankets have their own price.
- Bedspreads: AED 29. In a Dubai bedroom, the top layer collects the dust that the air-con blows around. Tell us if it has beads or tassels.
Split seam or filling coming out? Send us a photo before pickup and we'll agree the safest way to wash it.
Sheets, pillows and mattress protectors
In the long Dubai summer, these get changed more often than anything else, so they wear out first.
- Pillows: AED 19 each. A wash and a slow tumble dry bring most fillings back up. If a pillow stays flat and lumpy even after a good shake, the filling is worn out and washing won't fix it. We never put memory foam in our machines.
- Sheets: AED 25, fitted or flat. Feel around the elastic corners for hair clips and earring backs before you pack them.
- Pillowcases: AED 9. Hair oil, kohl and night cream show up quickly. Tell us about a mark in the chat, and don't try soap on it first.
- Mattress protectors: AED 35. A plastic-coated back can split in high heat, so tell us what the label says.
Towel laundry service, bathrobes and other home linen
Towels feel rough when soap stays in the loops, so every towel gets a longer rinse and a full tumble dry. A bath towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe AED 19.
- Beach towels: after a morning on the beach at JBR, shake out the sand before you pack them.
- Bathrobes: the thick collar stays damp longest, so it's the last thing we check before folding. Remember to pack the belt.
- Bath mats: cotton mats are fine. If the rubber backing is crumbling, keep the mat at home.
- Sofa covers: AED 46 for a standard zip-off cover. Take a photo before you unzip them, so each cover goes back on the right cushion.
- Tablecloths: AED 19, handy after a dinner with guests. Let it dry first and tell us what was spilled.
Keep damp towels out of the duvet bag. In Dubai's heat, the damp soon spreads into the filling.
What to keep at home, and where clothes go
Some items shouldn't go in any washing machine, ours included. Please keep these out:
- Heated or electric blankets, because of the wires inside.
- Memory foam, pillows or toppers.
- Weighted blankets filled with beads.
- Anything with a crossed-out washtub on the label. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you yes or no before pickup.
Clothes are booked as separate services. T-shirts, jeans and sportswear go in a bag for Wash & Fold. Kanduras, shirts and abayas that should hang go to Clean & Press. Use one bag per service, and a single Dubai pickup takes everything. Our full bed and bath guide lists every bedding item we take, with care notes.
Why bulky bedding needs 48 to 72 hours
With duvet and comforter laundering, the wash is the quick part. Polyester and feather fillings hold water deep inside long after the outside feels dry. A quilt put away damp in a cool, air-conditioned Dubai cupboard soon smells sour.
- Usual time: 48 to 72 hours from pickup for duvets, comforters and other large items.
- Your return day: we agree it on WhatsApp when you book your pickup, wherever you live in Dubai.
Run a holiday home in Dubai and need linen turned round between guests? Airbnb laundry is set up for that. This tab is for your own beds and bathrooms.
Bedding pickup anywhere in Dubai
Our drivers work across Dubai, from Deira and Bur Dubai to Dubai Marina and Mirdif. Pickup and delivery are both free.
- Apartments: hand your bags over at the door, or leave them with lobby security if the desk accepts parcels. Your area may have its own page, like JLT or Dubai Marina.
- Villas: the driver knocks at your front door. In a gated community like Arabian Ranches, arrange a pass before your pickup time.
- Not sure we cover you? Send your pin first and we'll let you know.
A king duvet costs the same in Al Karama as it does on Palm Jumeirah.

Why pick LPlaundry for laundry service in Dubai
Dubai laundry piles up all year
In Dubai, July and August highs average over 43°C, and you can't dry washing on the balcony. So gym kit, white kanduras and bed sheets need another plan. Tap an item to see how we clean it, which service fits and what it costs.
-
Hand inspection
We check every garment by hand for stains and worn spots before any washing starts.
-
Kind detergents
Hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Mild on sensitive skin and gentle on fabric too.
-
Kanduras and abayas
Kanduras, abayas, kurtas and jalabiyas are everyday work for us in Dubai, not a special order.
-
A cool dryer
Heat shrinks cotton and wears out stretch, so we dry on low heat and feel the thick seams by hand before folding.
-
Your own machine
Each Dubai order is washed in its own machine. Nobody else's laundry goes in with yours.
-
Drums sanitised
We sanitise every drum after each wash, so nothing from the last load ends up on your clothes.

Laundry service in Dubai: your questions
What does a laundry service in Dubai include?
We collect, wash, dry, fold and bring it back to your door. In Dubai, pickup and delivery are free, from a tower lobby, a villa gate or your flat. You book on WhatsApp, with no app to download. Wash & Fold comes back folded in a bag. Clean & Press comes back steamed by hand, on hangers.
- Wash & Fold is priced by the bag, Clean & Press by the piece, including kanduras and abayas
- Your clothes go in a machine of their own, cleaned between customers, never mixed with anyone else's
- Washed it yourself and only need it steamed? See our Pressing page
Is there a laundry service near me in Dubai that collects from my building?
Yes, we collect from your building, and it's free. Send your location pin on WhatsApp and we'll agree a time. If you search laundry service near me in Dubai, the map shows laundry shops you'd still need to carry your bags to. With us, the driver comes to you and brings everything back to the same place.
- No app, no account, and no subscription unless you want one
- If your tower has a concierge or security desk, you can leave the bag there
- Living in a gated villa community? Send the gate details so the driver isn't held up
How long does laundry take in Dubai, and can I get it back the same day?
Within 24 hours across most of Dubai, or 5 hours by express. So it's a next-day laundry service as standard, counted from when we collect. For same-day laundry, book express by 2 PM. Pickup, cleaning and delivery then all happen within five hours. Ask on WhatsApp first whether express reaches your part of Dubai.
- Duvets, comforters and other bulky bedding take 48 to 72 hours, because thick filling is slow to dry
- A delicate Clean & Press item can take longer; we'll tell you how long when you book
- Need something back by a set time? Put the deadline in the chat
Which areas of Dubai do you collect laundry from?
All 128 Dubai areas listed on this page, from Deira to Dubai South. That includes the older streets of Deira and Bur Dubai by the Creek, the towers of Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina and JLT, the Palm, and villa communities as far out as Arabian Ranches. Each area card shows how pickup works there.
- Pickup and delivery are free in all 13 zones
- Some newer Dubai streets aren't on every map yet, so a location pin works better than a typed address
- Can't see your community? Send us your pin and we'll confirm before you book
How much does a laundry service in Dubai cost?
Wash & Fold is priced per bag, Clean & Press per item. A 6kg bag costs one fixed price, however much you fit in it. A 12kg bag suits a bigger household. There are no hidden fees: pickup and delivery are free anywhere in Dubai. The minimum order is AED 50.
- Kanduras, abayas and work shirts each have their own Clean & Press price
- Sending laundry every week? A monthly plan makes it a more affordable laundry service: Essential covers four bags, Family covers eight
- Prices are the same in Dubai Marina as in Mirdif
Which of my clothes suit wash and fold, and which need clean and press?
Everyday washables suit wash and fold; hanging clothes need clean and press. T-shirts, underwear, gym kit, sheets and towels come back folded, with a few soft creases. Work shirts, trousers, suits, kanduras and abayas go to clean and press. Stains are treated by hand, then each piece is steamed and hung in a breathable cover.
- Silk, beading and heavy embroidery should go to dry cleaning instead
- Lace and underwired bras are safest in a mesh bag, or hand-washed at home
- You can send both in one Dubai pickup; just tell us which bag is which
What detergent does your Dubai laundry use?
Commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. It's strong enough to lift summer sweat but leaves no heavy perfume. That matters in Dubai, where July and August highs average 43°C and clothes sit against damp skin. If a product makes your skin react, tell us in the WhatsApp chat before we collect.
- Each customer's load gets its own machine, cleaned before the next wash
- Clothes come home smelling clean, not of chemicals
Can I wash my kandura and abaya at home, or should I send them out?
Either works: wash them carefully at home, or send them for clean and press. A white kandura yellows first at the collar and cuffs. Rub a little detergent into those spots, then wash it with whites only. A plain black abaya usually copes with a cool, gentle cycle, turned inside out. That keeps the crepe from going shiny.
- If an abaya label shows a crossed-out tub, it shouldn't go in water
- Silk or beaded abayas need dry cleaning
- Sent to us in Dubai, a kandura is priced per piece and never washed with coloured clothes
What turns white clothes yellow in Dubai, and how hot should I wash them?
Sweat and deodorant build up, and Dubai's heat bakes them into the fabric. Summer highs average 43°C, so collars and underarms get the worst of it. Each wash that misses a little leaves more behind. A hot dryer sets it, and too much detergent leaves a grey film. Treat marks first, then wash cotton whites warm.
- Each dot in the tub symbol adds 10°C, starting at 30°C for one dot; white cotton sheets and towels usually take 40°C or more
- Stretchy sportswear and printed tops need 30°C, because heat loosens elastane and cracks prints
- Dubai's balcony rules don't allow washing to be hung out on balconies, so dry whites indoors, away from a hot dryer
Why does gym kit still smell after washing in Dubai, and how do I fix it?
Wash it within a day, turned inside out. Sweat bacteria cling to polyester and elastane. A kit bag left in a hot car in Dubai lets the smell set in faster. Turning kit inside out puts the sweatiest side against the water first. Skip fabric softener: it coats the fibres and traps the smell.
- No softener on anything stretchy
- We dry sports kit on a gentle setting
- A week of training kit fits in one Wash & Fold bag
