If the hotel allows it, the driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk and looks through the bag with you. A secure payment link follows by text, once the check is done.

Debit and credit cards work, and so do Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never take cash or card details in the lobby, and the bag goes out for delivery after payment.

If something is lost or damaged, we pay out up to ten times what it cost to clean that piece. Tell the driver about any fragile piece at pickup so it is noted.

Plain abayas and delicate abayas have separate prices, so pick the one that matches your piece. If you are not sure, send a photo and we will tell you before collecting it.

Traditional wear is often needed for family visits, weddings and formal meetings, so let us know the day you need it and we will plan the pickup around it.

Please mention anything with metallic thread or stones so it is handled gently.

If your clothes are already clean but creased from the suitcase, choose pressing only. They are steamed and returned on hangers without a wash.

It is the quickest way to get shirts, trousers and blouses ready for a meeting after a long flight. Pressing only is priced per piece, so you pay for just what you send.

Delivery is free here too, so there is no extra charge for a small pressing order.

The dots on a care label tell you how a garment should be treated. One dot means a gentle iron setting, and two dots mean a warmer one. A crossed-out iron means no pressing at all.

You do not need to remember them. We read the label on every item at Holiday Inn Express Airport pickups and choose the right process.

If a label is missing or has worn away, tell us what the fabric is.

At pickup the driver checks your pieces. Right after, you get a payment link by text that takes cards or a phone wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please keep cash and cards out of the lobby.

Once you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery to the hotel. Loss or damage is covered up to 10x the cleaning price of the piece. Mention any fragile piece to the driver so it is noted.
