Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Millennium Airport Hotel

Almost any everyday clothing goes in the wash and fold bag. After a business trip or a holiday, that usually means T-shirts, shirts you only need clean, trousers, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, pyjamas and gym kit.

Pack it however suits you. We do not count the pieces, and the only rule is the 6kg limit for one bag. With more than that, send a second bag or choose the bigger one.

Keep suits, silk and formal pieces out of the bag. Send those for clean and press, one at a time, and they return on hangers.

You pay for the bag, not for each item. A bag of up to 6kg is AED 65. For a lot of clothes, a bigger bag of up to 12kg is AED 120.

Roughly, 6kg is a week of light clothes for one person. You do not need a scale at the hotel. If the bag looks too heavy, the driver says so at pickup and you can split it into two.

That keeps the cost easy to work out: one bag, one flat price, and no extra line for pickup, delivery or express. It is a simple way to do budget-friendly wash and fold on a trip.

Your clothes are checked when we collect them, sorted by colour and fabric, and washed in a machine of their own. They are never mixed with another customer's laundry, and the drum is sanitised after every cycle.

The detergent is mild and hypoallergenic, so it is gentle on sensitive skin and on the fabric. Lights go in apart from darks.

A stain gets treated by hand before the wash. Silk or knitwear gets a gentler cycle, so say which pieces they are when you book.

After washing, everything is dried and folded neatly. Shirts, tops and trousers are stacked so they pack into a suitcase without looking crumpled.

The bag comes back to Millennium Airport Hotel clean and ready to unpack or zip straight into your luggage. That is handy when you check out early or head to the airport.

If you want some pieces pressed as well, send them for clean and press and they come back on hangers.

Trips are hard on clothes. A coffee spill on the plane, a mark from a dinner, sun cream on a collar, sweat from a long day in meetings or a hot walk to the metro.

Say what the mark is and how long it has been there. We work on it by hand before the wash, and a fresh stain always comes out better than an old one.

Some stains do not come out fully, especially old ones. We tell you honestly if that is likely, so you know before you pay.

Most bags are home within 24 hours, so wash and fold works as a next-day laundry service for guests who stay a night or two. Send it in the morning and you can have it back the next day.

For something urgent, express laundry delivery can bring pieces back in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, in areas we cover. There is no extra charge for it.

Tell us when your checkout or flight is and we plan around it. We would rather know early than rush.

If you stay for weeks, or you often come back to Dubai for work, a monthly plan can work out cheaper than single bags.

The Essential plan is AED 250 a month. The Family plan is AED 450 a month. A single 6kg bag is AED 65.

For one short trip, a single bag is enough. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure which fits, and we will tell you plainly, even if that means the cheaper option.

Message us your name, the hotel and a time that suits you. The driver comes to Millennium Airport Hotel and, where the hotel permits, meets you at the lobby or concierge.

You and the driver go through the bag together. Then the secure payment link is texted to you. Nothing is paid in the lobby.

When you have paid, your clothes go out for delivery and return to the same place. If you would rather not meet, contactless handover works too.

Shirts are cleaned and pressed one at a time, and a suit comes back with the shape of the jacket kept. Everything returns on a hanger, ready to wear.

A two-piece suit is priced as a set, jacket and trousers together. A jacket on its own has its own price, and so do trousers.

If your meeting is in the morning, book the evening before and give us the time. Guests at Millennium Airport Hotel often send a shirt and a suit together the night before a conference day.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care. A kandura is AED 15. A plain abaya is AED 18.

Abayas with beads or fine detail cost more, so tell us what yours has. A ghutra and a jalabiya are also priced per piece, and each is checked against its label before we begin.

Guests at weddings, conferences and gala dinners often need one good outfit looking perfect. Send the dress, the jacket, the blouse or the tie and we clean and press each one by itself, never in a bag with other things.

Mention beads, sequins, lace or silk when you book. These need a different process, and we choose it from the care label, then tell you if something is risky.

Book as early as you can if the event is soon, and tell us the time you must have it back.

Need a shirt or suit for this afternoon? Express suit pressing takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM, in areas we cover.

There is no express fee. Send your pin first and we confirm the time, so you can plan your day around it.

Every garment has a care label with small symbols. A circle means it can be dry cleaned, and a letter inside tells us which process to use. A crossed circle means it should not be dry cleaned.

The dots on the pressing symbol show how hot a piece can be pressed. One dot is cool, two is medium and three is hot. A crossed symbol means do not press with heat.

We read the label on every piece before choosing how to clean it. If a label is missing or has faded, we ask you first, and that piece is cleaned at your own risk.

You do not need to know the symbols. That is our job, and we explain anything unusual before we start.

If a shirt or jacket is already clean but creased from the suitcase, ask for pressing only. The piece comes back on a hanger, ready to wear, and nothing is washed.

It is a good choice before a meeting when nothing is dirty. Tell us how many pieces you have and when you need them.

If one of your items is lost or damaged with us, we pay up to 10 times what it costs to clean. That cover comes with every order.

Pieces that arrive already damaged, or without a care label, are cleaned at your own risk. The driver goes through your items with you at pickup, so everything is clear from the start.

The driver collects your pieces at Millennium Airport Hotel, from the lobby or concierge where the hotel permits. Pickup is free.

Once everything is checked, a secure payment link arrives by text. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and nobody takes money in the lobby.

After payment your clothes go out for delivery, and your pieces return to the hotel on hangers.
