Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Healthcare City

Every bag follows the same steps. A small one gets the same care as a large one.

• Pockets emptied: receipts, pens and lip balm come out before the wash. A forgotten pen can mark a whole load.
• Sorted: whites and lights are washed apart from darks. Thin or stretchy pieces go in a gentler wash.
• Marks treated: if you tell us about a stain, we work on it by hand before the machine.
• Washed alone: your bag has its own sanitised machine, with hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent.
• Dried on low heat: this helps clothes keep their size and shape.
• Folded by hand: each piece is folded, looked over once more and packed to go back to Healthcare City.

Folded clothes suit a drawer. If you want a shirt crisp on a hanger, use Clean & Press instead.

1. Open WhatsApp and send a location pin for your building in Healthcare City, plus your flat or room number.
2. Tell us the time you will be in. Slots are flexible.
3. Put your washing in one bag. You do not need to sort it, as we do that.
4. Hand the bag over at your door, or leave it at the front desk if your building has one.
5. We wash and fold it, then bring it back free, usually within 24 hours.

The whole thing runs in the chat. There is no app to install and no account to open.

If you would happily wash it at home, it belongs in the bag. Some examples:

• Daywear: T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, cotton trousers, leggings, underwear and socks.
• Sports kit: running tops, gym shorts and swimwear after a swim.
• Home linen: towels, tea towels and light sheets. A big bag of 12kg suits these better.
• Work clothes: cotton uniform tops and scrubs you would normally wash at home.

Keep very delicate pieces, anything sequinned and clothes marked dry clean only out of the bag. They have their own services.

• Creased but clean? Pressing removes the creases without a new wash.
• Silk, wool, lace or sequins? Book dry cleaning instead.
• Shirts and abayas you want on hangers? Choose Clean & Press.

Washing is a few simple steps done properly.

• Sorting: clothes are grouped by colour and fabric, so a red top never meets your whites.
• Water and detergent: a commercial-grade machine, with biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, and a full rinse so no residue stays in the fabric.
• Delicate pieces: thin knits, lace and stretch fabrics wait for a gentler cycle.
• Drying: low heat, so cotton does not shrink and gym kit keeps its stretch.
• Final check: we feel the thick seams, such as jeans waistbands, and keep drying if they are damp.

Then each piece is folded by hand and the bag is packed for delivery to Healthcare City.

A bag is washed as a load, so tell us about anything that needs extra attention. Sun cream on a collar, a coffee drip or lipstick on a cuff: name the piece in the chat and we treat the mark by hand first.

• Fragrance-free: say so if you do not want anything scented near your clothes.
• Keep apart: baby clothes can be washed in their own small load. Just ask.
• Fold style: tell us how you like things folded and we will follow it.

If you send washing most weeks, a monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold option. The driver comes on the same weekday and you do not need to rebook.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week. A good fit for one or two people.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week, for a household with plenty of washing.
• Single bags: AED 65 each, only when you need one.

Choose a weekday and we collect from your Healthcare City address on that day. You can set it up in the chat.

Dubai Healthcare City has two phases. Phase 1, around the metro station, is for healthcare and medical education. Phase 2 sits in Al Jaddaf, towards the Creek, and is still being developed. We collect from homes in and around both.

• At your door: hand the bag over yourself at the time you picked.
• At the front desk: leave it with reception or security if your building has them, with your name on the bag.
• Contactless: put it outside your door and send us a message.

A pin on the entrance you actually use is more helpful than a building name alone. Standard returns come back within 24 hours across most of Dubai. Express is 5 hours if booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

One price covers the whole job for each piece.

• Check: collar, cuffs and any mark you told us about.
• Cleaning: done the way the fabric needs.
• Pressing: steamed and finished by hand.
• Packing: on a hanger under a breathable cover, never folded flat.
• Delivery: back to your Healthcare City address, free.

Nothing is added for pickup, so the table above is the full cost.

Your clothes return on hangers. If you send both everyday washing and shirts, use two bags, one for each service, and we will collect them together.

These pieces look best when pressed rather than folded.

• Work wear: shirts, blouses, trousers and blazers you wear in a clinic, office or lecture hall.
• Traditional clothes: kanduras, abayas, ghutras and jalabiyas, each priced as one piece.
• Dresses and skirts: plain day dresses and skirts that crease in a bag.
• Winter coats: heavy ones, for travel or a cold flight.

If it is cotton or polyester and you would machine wash it, the bag may be cheaper. Ask on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

• Only creased? Pressing is the cheaper option, with no wash.
• Delicate or decorated? Dry cleaning is gentler on silk, lace and beading.
• Everyday clothes? Use Wash & Fold.

Send a photo of the label if you are not sure.

The small symbols on the label tell us how a piece can be cleaned. We read them before anything else.

• A tub with a number: the highest wash temperature the maker allows.
• A tub with a cross: do not machine wash. These go to dry cleaning.
• An iron with dots: how hot it may be pressed. One dot means cool, three means hot.
• A circle: the garment can be dry cleaned.

If the label has rubbed off, tell us the fabric. We will use the gentlest method that suits it, and anything uncertain waits for a second look.

We collect hanging clothes from Phase 1 by the metro station and from Phase 2 in Al Jaddaf. Send a pin and a time and the driver will come to your door, or to the front desk if your building has one.

The shirt bag is collected with any other bag in the same visit, so you never book twice.

Most orders return within 24 hours across Dubai. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup. If you need clothes sooner, express is 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

Tell us the day you need your clothes back when you book. We will say honestly if it is possible, and if it is not, we will suggest the nearest slot.

Most marks come out when we know what caused them. Please tell us:

• Coffee and tea: on cuffs and white sleeves.
• Sun cream: on collars and the back of the neck.
• Ink and pen marks: on shirt pockets, which are best treated early.
• Deodorant: white marks under the arms.

Add the piece and the mark in the chat. We treat it before cleaning, since heat can set a stain for good.

Each price covers pickup from your Healthcare City address, the wash and the delivery back. Our bed linen wash and fold handles sheets and pillowcases, and a duvet cover such as a comforter cover is AED 31. Every piece is priced on its own.

• Checked by hand: corners, seams and any mark you flagged.
• Own machine: no one else's washing goes in with yours, and the drum is sanitised after every load.
• Room to move: a king duvet needs space, or water soaks the outside and misses the filling.
• Detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, kind to the sheets you sleep in.
• Drying: we feel the middle of thick bedding and keep going until it is dry right through.

We pack bedding only when it is dry all over, so nothing comes back damp.

2. Pick a time. Bedding goes in a separate bag from clothes.
3. The driver collects it, and thick items come back in 48 to 72 hours.

Duvets can be tied in a clean sheet if you have no big bag. We will take it as it is.

Duvet and comforter laundering uses our biggest machines. A duvet from single to king is AED 56, a standard blanket is AED 26 and a bedcover is AED 29.

• Duvets and comforters: washed with room to move, then dried slowly so the filling does not clump.
• Blankets: standard size is priced once. Larger sizes cost more.
• Bedcovers: washed gently and folded flat.

All of these take 48 to 72 hours, because dry filling is slow to get. Plan around that if you have guests coming.

Sheets are the most common item, and a bedsheet is AED 25. A pillowcase is AED 9 and a sleeping pillow is AED 19. A mattress protector pad is AED 35.

• Sheets: washed, dried into the seams and folded flat.
• Pillows: washed and dried until they are light and springy again.
• Mattress protectors: washed gently, so the backing is not damaged.

Take pillows out of their cases first. Cases are priced on their own.

Our towel laundry service washes bath and pool towels and bathrobes as single items. A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe is AED 19. Home covers are here too: a regular sofa cover is AED 46 and a table cloth is AED 19.

• Pool and gym towels: get an extra rinse, so the pool smell goes.
• Bathrobes: dried until the loops are fluffy.
• Sofa covers: only ones that lift off with a zip.
• Table cloths: washed flat and folded without hard creases.

If you have a lot of towels, send them all together. Each is priced alone, so no weighing at the door.

A few items cannot go in a washing machine at all. Please keep these at home:

• Electric blankets and anything with a cable.
• Memory foam pillows and toppers.
• Weighted blankets filled with beads.
• Anything with a crossed-out tub on its care label. Not sure? Send a photo of the label and we will tell you before the driver comes.

Bulky item washing takes longer because thick bedding holds a lot of water, and the middle dries last. We do not rush it, because a damp duvet smells within days.

• Standard items: sheets and towels usually come back within 24 hours.
• Thick bedding: duvets, comforters and blankets take 48 to 72 hours.

You can send a duvet along with a bag of clothes. The clothes come back first and the duvet follows.

If you stay near the Healthcare City metro station or towards Al Jaddaf, nothing changes. The same driver can take bedding and clothes in one visit.

• Hotel apartments: if you rent a furnished flat, you can send a set of sheets and towels between stays.
• Own home: change the bed, bag the old set and book.
