Everyday clothes go in the bag: tops, trousers, shorts, gym kit and swimwear from your trip. Up to 6kg costs AED 65, and the price stays the same however many items are inside. Nobody counts them.

Empty your pockets before the driver arrives. Keep anything marked dry clean only out of the bag, and put those pieces in Clean & Press instead, where they are cleaned one at a time.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room, so only your own clothes need to be packed. If you have more than 6kg, choose the bigger bag and keep to the flat rate.

Book on WhatsApp and tell us your room or apartment number. The driver meets you at the lobby or the concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. We agree the time with you in the chat first, so you are not left waiting.

Before leaving, the driver checks your items with you, and we text you a secure payment link. You only hand over your bag. This is how hotel laundry pickup works with us every time.

Your clothes are sorted and checked by hand first. Then they go into a machine of their own, washed with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent, and dried on low heat so they keep their shape.

The drum is sanitised after every cycle, and nothing from another customer's laundry goes in with yours. Everything is folded by hand before it comes back to you.

Most wash and fold bags are back within 24 hours in Dubai, which makes it a dependable next-day laundry service. We confirm the day at booking, and the driver delivers to the hotel once your payment is done. Delivery is free.

Need clothes back sooner? Book before 2 PM and express brings them back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Message us first, because we confirm that the hotel is on the express run before you plan around it.

It works as a same-day laundry service and same-day hotel laundry before a flight or an evening event. Pieces that need pressing, like a suit, go to Clean & Press, where express suit pressing follows the same rule.

If express is not possible, we tell you at once and offer the next best day.

You pay through a secure link we text you after the driver has checked your items. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Nobody takes cash or cards in the lobby, and nothing is paid before the driver has seen the items. Your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the payment is done, so pay quickly if you are short of time.

Staying for weeks, or living in the Residences? A plan saves you booking each time. The Essential plan collects one bag every week for AED 250 a month, and the Family plan collects two bags every week for AED 450 a month.

A single bag stays at AED 65. The plans are paid once a month, so there is nothing to settle at the door. Ask in the chat if you are not sure which one suits your stay.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover it up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

A care label helps us choose the right wash, so please leave labels in. Tell us in the chat about any fragile piece before you hand the bag over, and we will note it on the order.

Look through your pockets and the bag before pickup. Small things such as earphones or a hotel key card are easy to leave behind.

The price covers cleaning, pressing and a hanger for each piece, plus free pickup and delivery. There is no weight charge and no hidden fees.

This laundry price per item is the one in the table above, nothing more. Add the pieces together and you know the total before you book.

Suits, shirts, ties, blouses and evening dresses are the pieces guests send most often. Each one is checked by hand, cleaned to its care label and pressed.

Send them the day before an event when you can, and tell us the hour you need them back.

Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas all have their own prices in the table. They are cleaned one at a time and returned on hangers, ready to wear.

If your abaya has beading or very fine fabric, tell us and we price it as delicate. If you are unsure which price applies, ask in the chat with a photo and we will tell you before pickup.

Already clean but creased? Choose pressing only. Everyday clothes that just need a wash are better in the Wash & Fold bag, which has a flat rate.

Need a suit or a shirt back the same day? Book before 2 PM and express takes 5 hours, if your address is covered. Message us first to confirm that the hotel is on the express run.

That makes it a fast way to get a suit ready for a meeting this evening, or a dress ready for a dinner.

Express suit pressing uses the same collection and the same payment link as a standard order.

Tell us about any stain and what caused it, and we treat it by hand before cleaning. Pieces with no care label, or that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.
