Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Novotel Bur Dubai

Pack your everyday clothes: t-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, sleepwear, gym kit and swimwear. We wash them together by colour, so a dark top does not mark a white one.

A one-week trip usually fits in a single bag. A longer stay can use the bigger bag, or a plan if you want a bag collected on the same day each week.

Towels and robes belong to the hotel, so leave those in your room. If you are not sure about a piece, put a note in the chat and we will tell you what we would do. Colours that bleed are kept apart, and anything you want washed on its own can go in a separate bag if you tell us.

Your order is sorted by colour and fabric before it goes in. It then runs in a machine that holds only your clothes, so nothing from another guest or customer is mixed in with it.

Stains get a look by hand first, so tell us what caused them. A short note such as coffee at breakfast or sunscreen on a shirt is enough. If a mark does not come out in the wash, we tell you rather than guess.

We dry your clothes on a low heat. That keeps stretch fabrics and gym kit in shape and cuts down on shrinking, which matters when you only packed a few favourite pieces.

Anything too delicate for the dryer is flagged and handled separately, and we tell you if that changes the timing. Pockets are checked and emptied, so keys, coins and loose cards come back to you in a separate bag.

Every piece is folded by hand, so the bag can go straight into your suitcase or into the wardrobe. Tops are folded flat, and socks and underwear are kept together, which makes it quick to unpack at the hotel. If you would rather have shirts on hangers, choose Clean & Press for those and keep the rest in the bag.

Tell us your hotel, Novotel Bur Dubai, and when you would like us to come. Our driver collects the bag at the hotel, from the lobby or the concierge, if the hotel allows it.

Please do not hand over cash or cards at the lobby. You pay by the link only, and your clothes go out for delivery once it is paid. The same driver can bring everything back to the same place. Our team keeps the hotel details with your order, so the return goes to the right place.

Early pickup and a return the next day is the simplest plan for a short trip, especially if you have a flight to catch or a meeting the morning after. Hand over the bag before you head out and it is waiting when you are back.

Staying a few weeks for treatment or work? The Essential plan gives you one bag a week for AED 250 a month. The Family plan is two bags a week for AED 450 a month. A single 6kg bag is AED 65 if you only need it once.

Plans are paid once a month and are collected on the same day each week, so you do not need to remember to book.

Pick a plan if you will be at the hotel for a month or longer. If you are not sure which plan suits you, message us and we will tell you honestly.

A few notes before you hand over your bag. Orders start at AED 50. We wash, dry and fold. If a piece has no care label, or is already damaged, we clean it at your own risk. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to ten times the cleaning price of the piece.

Anything you want treated differently, write it in the chat. We read your note before we start, and we message you if we need to ask anything.

The price covers the cleaning and the pressing of one piece, and the piece comes back on a hanger. Pickup and delivery are free. You pay by a secure link once the driver has looked over your items, never at the lobby.

Every price in the table is for one item, so a shirt and a pair of trousers are priced one by one. You see the total before you pay.

Send the jacket and trousers together. They are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers, so they look right when you walk into the room. A tie and a shirt can go in the same order.

Order by 2 PM if you need them back the same day, and mention the time of your meeting in the chat. Trousers are pressed with a clear crease, and the jacket keeps its shoulders on the hanger.

Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned and pressed one at a time. Each one is checked before it goes in. Basic and delicate abayas have different prices, so tell us which you have.

All of them come back on hangers or in covers, not folded in a bag, so the collar and the lines of the garment stay sharp for a wedding or a family event.

A shayla has no price in the table, so ask us in the chat.

Clothes that are already clean but creased can go to pressing only, which steams them without washing. If you packed a wash-and-fold bag, shirts can go in it too, folded rather than hung. Pick whichever suits the day. Pressing only is priced separately from Clean & Press.

Each piece is checked for marks and read against its care label before we choose how to clean it. If something looks risky, we tell you before we start. A piece with no care label is handled at your own risk.

Tell us what caused a mark, such as wine at dinner or a coffee at the airport. It helps us pick the right treatment, and it takes only a line in the chat. Our team writes down anything unusual before the piece goes in, and we message you if it affects the result.

Standard orders come back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you before you pay if that is the case. For an urgent suit or dress, order by 2 PM and ask for express, which is 5 hours when your address is in our express area.

Leave a day clear before a big event if you can, and send the order in the morning. If a meeting moves, message us and we shift the plan.

We text you a secure link once the driver has looked over your items. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once it is paid, your clothes go out for delivery.

Nothing is paid in the lobby, and nobody at the hotel needs to hold cash or cards for you. If the link does not arrive, tell us in the chat and we send it again.

If a piece is lost or damaged in our care, we cover up to ten times the cleaning price of the piece. A piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.

Photos of the item before pickup help us if there is ever a question, so it is worth taking one of a favourite piece. Keep the care labels on your clothes, because they help us choose the right cleaning.
