Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Jaddaf

Here is what happens to your bag once it reaches us.

• We open it on a table. Keys, coins and pens come out of pockets first, since a single pen can ruin a load.
• Colours are split. Whites go with pale shades. Dark denim and black clothes get their own wash, and lace goes in cooler water.
• Marks get attention. Coffee, curry and sweat stains are treated before they meet any heat.
• The wash is mild. We use biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and rinse until no soap is left, so clothes smell fresh rather than scented.
• Drying stays cool. Cotton keeps its size and waistbands stay springy.
• Finally we fold. Each piece is folded by hand and looked at again before the bag is packed and sent back to Al Jaddaf.

Shirts and kanduras that you hang up belong in Clean & Press, not in this bag.

1. Open WhatsApp. Send a pin, the name of your building and your flat number. If you live in the Culture Village or beside a metro station, say so. It helps the driver.
2. Pack the bag. Put in everyday clothes and check each pocket. Write your name and flat number on the bag.
3. Leave it for the driver. Set it by your door, or give it to the front desk if your building has one. Collection is free.
4. We do the washing. Sorting, a gentle wash, cool drying and folding.
5. It comes home. A WhatsApp tells you when the driver is on the way to Al Jaddaf, and delivery costs nothing.

The rule is simple. If your own washing machine can take it, our bag can too. Items marked hand wash only or do not wash stay out. A typical bag from Al Jaddaf holds:

• Training gear: tops, leggings, shorts and socks.
• Casual work wear: polo shirts and plain tees you would fold, not hang.
• Weekend wear: jeans, hoodies and joggers, ideally with dark denim turned inside out.
• Swim things: costumes, rash vests and trunks. Rinse them under the tap and let them dry first.
• Light summer clothes: cotton, linen and thin dresses. They are washed a lot when July and August reach about 43°C.
• Children's clothes: uniform, pyjamas and play clothes, with the zips done up.

The bag takes everyday clothes only. The pieces below are cleaned too, each with its own price, and one driver can pick them up along with your bag.

• Shirts, suits, abayas and kanduras: Clean & Press. These are priced per piece and come back on hangers.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beadwork: dry cleaning, as water can damage them.
• Towels: Bed & Bath, priced per towel.
• Hand-wash knitwear and wired bras: keep these at home, or send us a photo of the label first.
• Curtains, rugs and trainers: each has its own service higher up this page.

Sorting comes before every wash. These are the things we look at.

• Colour run: new jeans and bold cottons may bleed in their first washes, so they stay away from whites.
• Fabric weight: heavy denim and metal zips scuff thin tops, so we wash them apart.
• A machine each: your load never shares a drum with another customer's.
• Clean drums: we sanitise the machine between loads.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. We rinse it out fully, because soap left in sports kit can itch in humid weather.
• Gentle heat: too much heat shrinks cotton and slackens elastic. Before folding we feel waistbands, cuffs and seams for damp.
• A final check: if a button is loose or a stain stayed put, we message you.

Pickup and delivery in Al Jaddaf are both free, and we pass through on our regular Dubai route.

• Buildings: we collect from apartment buildings and residential towers all over the area. Tell us the building name and your flat number.
• The handover: the bag can sit by your door, or go to the front desk if there is one.
• Where you are: Al Jaddaf has Dubai Creek on its north and east sides, Zabeel to the south and Umm Hurair 2 to the west. Mentioning the Creek or Al Jadaf metro station in your message helps too.

Washing a bag most weeks? A monthly plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold choice. We collect on a fixed weekday, which saves you booking each time, and every bag works out cheaper than a one-off.

• Essential, AED 250 a month: four bags, collected weekly. Good for one or two people.
• Family, AED 450 a month: eight bags, two collected weekly, with space for uniforms, sports kit and swimwear.
• No plan: AED 65 for a single bag whenever you need it.

Most bags from Al Jaddaf are back within 24 hours, the same as most of Dubai.

Need it today? Choose express laundry delivery and book before 2 PM. For covered addresses this works as a same-day laundry service, with the bag returning 5 hours after pickup. A few addresses sit outside the express area, so check with us on WhatsApp first.

• Show us the mark: sun cream on a neckline, juice on a school shirt, curry on a cuff.
• Tell us what you tried: bleach, hot water and sprays can make a stain harder to remove.
• Air gym kit: sweaty kit sealed in a bag smells fast in summer. An hour on a hanger first helps.

The shirt price you see is the whole price. The hanger, the cover and the stain work do not cost extra.

• Arrival check: we empty pockets, read the care label and spot any loose buttons.
• Stains first: heat can fix a mark in place, so we treat it by hand before washing.
• The right wash: cotton and cotton mixes go in cool water so they do not shrink, and fabrics that need special care get it.
• Hanger drying: clean filtered air instead of a tumble dryer keeps sleeves the right length.
• Steaming order: we start with collar and cuffs, move to the front, then finish the back and sleeves.
• Three checks happen before the cover goes on and the piece heads back to Al Jaddaf.

1. Make a list. Something like "two kanduras, five shirts and a pair of chinos", with your building name, flat number and the crease you prefer.
2. Pack two bags. Hanging clothes go in one, folded washing in the other, so nothing is muddled.
3. Hand it over. The front desk can take it if your building has one, or you can leave it by your door. Collection is free.
4. We take our time. Each garment is finished before we start the next.
5. On hangers again. The clothes usually return the next day in a breathable cover, ready for the wardrobe.

Here is an easy test. If it looks creased after one wear, clean and press suits it. In an Al Jaddaf wardrobe that usually means:

• Work shirts: poplin, oxford or twill cotton, which we start at the collar.
• Blouses and skirts: fabrics like viscose and crepe wrinkle easily and sit better on a hanger.
• Suits and trousers: mostly wool or cotton mixes. Jackets go on a shaped form to keep the lapels flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: usually white cotton or a poly-cotton blend, steamed until the front is smooth.
• Ghutras: pressed flat on a table. Folding is up to you.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe get steam only, which keeps black fabric matte. Ask us on WhatsApp for a shayla price.
• Kurta sets: both pieces stay together on one ticket.
• School shirts: good to send before photo day, when the collar needs to look sharp.

• Clean but creased? Pressing smooths it without another wash.
• Silk, lace, heavy wool, sequins or beads? Choose dry cleaning, since water can harm them.
• Tees, socks, nightwear and gym shorts? Put those in a Wash & Fold bag.

Can't decide? Photograph the label and WhatsApp it. We will reply before the driver heads to Al Jaddaf.

Check the dots on the care label. They set the hottest temperature a garment can take, and our steamer never goes past it. Three dots means cotton or linen, around 200°C. Two dots means wool, silk or a polyester blend, around 150°C. One dot means synthetics such as acrylic, near 110°C. A crossed-out symbol means we use steam alone.

• Dark crepe: black abayas and dark trousers get steam only, since a hot plate can leave them shiny.
• Collars and cuffs: people see these first, so we take the most care over them.
• Creases: tell us if you want them sharp, soft, or not at all. A travel fold is possible too, and we remember your choice.
• Breathable covers: plastic traps moisture, and Dubai's summer air can average over 90% humidity. Our covers keep dust off while damp escapes on the way back to Al Jaddaf.

We collect hanging clothes free from any part of Al Jaddaf, in the same way as a wash and fold bag.

• Send us: the name of your building, your flat number and a pin.
• Name a landmark: the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, the Creek metro station or the Culture Village all point the driver the right way.
• Next door: pickup is free in Zabeel and Bur Dubai as well.

Hanging clothes from Al Jaddaf normally come back the next day, in line with the 24 hours we keep to for most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer. It depends on the piece, and we tell you the time when you book.

Want a shirt back today? Book before 2 PM. At an address in the express area it is returned 5 hours after pickup. Not every address is covered, so send your building name and we will check.

When you book a pickup in Al Jaddaf, mention any of these.

• Spills: tea or ketchup on a work shirt. Tell us what it was.
• Yellowing: summer reaches about 43°C, so sweat can build up in white collars and kandura necks. Early treatment lifts it best.
• Deodorant: it leaves white marks on dark clothes and yellow ones on pale clothes. We treat the two differently.
• Perfume and oud: oil can leave a ring on light cotton. Show us the spot and name the oil.
• Extras: loose button, travel fold or no crease. Add it to your message.

The price covers collection from your Al Jaddaf home, cleaning and the return trip. With sheets and pillowcases, bed linen wash and fold means washing, drying the seams properly and folding flat. A small pillowcase gets the same care as a large duvet. It simply dries faster.

• Hand checks: seams, corners and any stain you pointed out.
• Machine of your own: your bedding is never washed with anyone else's. A duvet needs room to tumble, because water cannot reach the middle of a crammed drum.
• Mild detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, which counts most for pillowcases that touch your face every night.
• Thorough drying: the outside of a duvet dries first, so we judge by feeling the filling and not by the timer.
• Bagged dry: nothing goes into the bag damp.

A duvet cover is AED 31. It comes off the duvet and is washed on its own.

1. List it. For example, "a king duvet, six pillowcases and the bath towels", with your building, flat number and a pin.
2. Get your times. We reply with a pickup slot and the day everything returns.
3. Pack it. Each duvet rolls up tightly into its own bag. Sheets and towels share another.
4. Hand it over. By your door, or with the front desk if the building has one. It is free.
5. Follow along. WhatsApp updates arrive until delivery.

You can message us at any hour. Guests arriving tomorrow and no clean sheets for the spare bed? Book the night before.

A duvet or comforter is AED 56, single up to king. Cleaning differs a little between them.

• Duvet: the filled part that goes inside a cover. The cover has its own price and its own wash.
• Comforter: stitched through, often printed, and used without a cover. Its stitched pockets dry at different speeds, so we check every one.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a regular size, and more for larger ones.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It sits on top of the bed and collects dust, and shamal winds bring fine sand indoors. Mention any beads, tassels or fringe.

Seam come apart, or filling leaking out? Send a photo and we will say whether washing is safe.

Heat means sheets and pillowcases get changed far more often than duvets in Dubai, so these wear out first.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, fitted or flat. Turn fitted ones inside out, since socks like to hide in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9 each. Face cream and hair oil leave greasy patches on cotton. Point them out, and please do not scrub them first.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. Fold a pillow in half and let go. If it stays folded, the filling is worn out and no wash will fix that. Memory foam must stay dry.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Hot washing can damage the waterproof backing, so WhatsApp us the label first.

Sending bedding from more than one bedroom? Say how many sets belong to each room so you can check everything came back.

A towel is AED 7 and a bathrobe is AED 19. Leftover soap makes towels scratchy, so each one gets two rinses and is dried through.

• Pool towels: send them soon after a swim. A wet towel left in a bag overnight begins to smell.
• Gym towels: let small sweat towels air before packing.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar dries last, so we check it twice. Tuck the belt into a pocket so it stays with the robe.
• Sofa covers: a regular zip-off cover is AED 46. Remember which cushion each came from, and brush off pet hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Let spills dry and tell us what caused them, such as coffee, gravy or juice.

Keep wet towels away from duvets in the bag. In Dubai's humid summer the filling quickly absorbs the damp.

No washing machine handles these safely, so please keep them at home in Al Jaddaf:

• Electric blankets and anything with a plug or wiring.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic pellets.
• Memory foam mattress toppers and pillows.
• Anything labelled 'do not wash'. If unsure, send a photo of the label and we reply before the driver comes.

Duvet and comforter laundering takes time because of the drying. The cover dries fast, but feather, down and polyester filling hold water for hours. A duvet put away even slightly damp smells musty, air conditioning or not.

• 48 to 72 hours: thick bedding stays with us this long so the centre dries as well as the outside.
• Return day: we put it in the chat after you book.
