Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Zabeel

A wash and fold bag is for the clothes you wear and wash every week. Pack up to 6kg, tie the bag and leave it for the driver. This is what it usually holds in a Zabeel home.

• Everyday clothes: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, joggers, pyjamas and underwear can all go in together.
• Sports kit: running tops, leggings and socks from a lap of Zabeel Park fit in as well.
• Washing: your order gets a machine to itself, and every machine is sanitised after each cycle. The detergent is biodegradable and hypoallergenic.
• Drying: clothes are dried on a low heat, so cotton is not scorched or shrunk.
• Folding: each piece is folded before it goes back in the bag.

If the bag will not close, ask about the 12kg bag. Shirts and kanduras that need steaming are better in Clean & Press.

1. Send a message. Tell us on WhatsApp that you are in Zabeel and which day and time suit you.
2. Pack the bag. Put in up to 6kg of everyday clothes. Keep anything delicate or dry clean only out of it.
3. Hand it over. The driver collects at your gate or door, or the front desk if your building has one.
4. We wash and fold. Your order is sorted, washed in its own machine, dried and folded.
5. It comes back. Delivery is free, normally within 24 hours across most of Dubai.

Six kilos is more than it sounds, but a few habits help it all fit.

• Roll, don't stuff: loosely packed clothes wash better than a tightly packed bag.
• Empty pockets: tissues and coins are easy to miss.
• Sports kit: pack damp running gear as soon as you get home, so it does not sit and smell.
• Dark and light: no need to split them, as we sort whites from darks ourselves.
• Special notes: if you have a favourite T-shirt that shrinks easily, say so in the chat.
• Too much? Choose the 12kg bag instead of two small ones.

Wash & Fold returns clothes washed and folded, not pressed. For anything you want to hang up and wear sharp, there are two better routes.

• Dry cleaning: suits, silk and heavily embroidered pieces are handled by our dry cleaning team.
• Mixed order: a bag and a few shirts can go in the same pickup.

The wash itself is the part you do not see, so here is what happens to a Zabeel bag once it reaches us.

• Sorting: whites, darks and colours are separated by fabric and colour.
• Own machine: your order is never washed with another customer's clothes.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic, with no strong chemical smell.
• Stains: marks you tell us about are treated by hand first.
• Sanitised machines: each machine is sanitised after every cycle.
• Drying: low heat, to protect the fibres.
• Folding: neat piles, returned in your bag.

None of this adds to the price. A bag is a bag, however it is washed.

You do not need a plan. Some Zabeel households prefer one, so there are three ways to use Wash & Fold.

• Essential: one bag every week for AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags every week for AED 450 a month.
• No plan: a single bag for AED 65, booked whenever you need it.

Plans are collected on a set day, so there is nothing to book each week.

A few quick answers for first-time customers in Zabeel.

Booking is on WhatsApp and there is no app. The minimum order is AED 50, and there are no hidden fees. Pickup and delivery are free.

Clean & Press is a per-piece service. Nothing goes in a bag, and nothing is mixed. Here is what you get for each garment.

• Cleaning: each piece is washed in cool water on its own.
• Drying: dried gently in filtered air, not in a hot tumbler.
• Steaming: pressed by hand with steam.
• Checking: looked over before it is packed.
• Hangers: returned on a hanger or in a breathable bag.
• Notes: anything you tell us stays with that piece.

1. List your pieces. Message us with the shirts, kanduras or abayas you have.
2. Mention marks. Say where any stain is and what caused it.
3. Set a time. Choose a pickup slot in Zabeel that suits you.
4. Hand over. The driver collects from your door or front desk.
5. Hangers back. Pieces return pressed, usually within 24 hours.

Office wear and traditional clothing are both priced by the piece.

• Shirts: long and short sleeve, each one on a hanger.
• Trousers: creased properly, not flattened.
• Dresses: simple ones fit here, special occasion pieces go to dry cleaning.
• Kanduras: the collar and cuffs get extra attention.
• Ghutras: cleaned and pressed flat.
• Abayas: plain ones in Clean & Press, delicate ones with a note.
• Jalabiyas and kurtas: handled on their own.
• Winter coats: a heavier piece, priced in the table.

• Only creased? Clean clothes that need steaming can go to Pressing.
• Delicate or formal? Silk, wool suits and beaded pieces suit dry cleaning.
• Just washing? Everyday shirts can go in a wash and fold bag.

Traditional clothes are worn often and show wear quickly, so they get extra care.

• Collars and cuffs: we treat yellowing before the clean, and tell you if it will not fully lift.
• Fabric first: thin cotton, crepe and chiffon each need different handling, so tell us the fabric.
• Embroidery: beadwork and embroidery are cleaned gently and pressed on the reverse.
• Matt finish: abayas are steamed so they keep their matt look.
• On hangers: long pieces come back hung, not folded.

A few habits keep a pressed shirt looking good for longer.

Leave plastic covers off in a humid wardrobe, because clothes need to breathe. Hang shirts with space between them. If you travel, fold along the creases rather than across them.

• Hang first: take pieces out of the bag soon after delivery.
• Space: a crowded rail creases sleeves.
• Humid weeks: keep the wardrobe door shut and dry.

A duvet cover is washed apart from the duvet, which makes it easy to refresh the bed. A comforter cover costs AED 31.

• Duvet covers: washed and dried fully.
• Comforter covers: same treatment, priced separately.
• Zips and buttons: fastened before washing so they do not snag.
• Folded: returned neatly, ready to put back on.
• Booking: mention the bed size so we can sort the order.

If you have a spare set, you can make the bed the same day your order is collected.

3. Pack it up. Bag duvets and pillows separately from sheets.
4. Pickup. The driver collects from your door or front desk.
5. Delivery. Everything comes back clean, dry and folded.

Duvet and comforter laundering is what Bed & Bath is really for. A duvet is AED 56, a blanket AED 26 and a bedcover AED 29.

• Duvet: single to king, washed and dried right through.
• Comforter: quilted, so it needs longer to dry.
• Blanket: standard size; large ones cost more.
• Bedcover: the top layer, washed on its own.

Allow 48 to 72 hours for all of these.

Bed linen wash and fold covers sheets and cases. A pillow is AED 19, a sheet AED 25, a pillowcase AED 9 and a mattress protector AED 35.

• Pillows: washed and dried until no damp is left.
• Sheets: folded flat.
• Pillowcases: the quickest to turn around.
• Mattress protectors: washed gently and dried fully.

A bath towel is AED 7, a bathrobe AED 19, a regular sofa cover AED 46 and a table cloth AED 19.

• Bath towels: washed and dried until they are fluffy, not damp.
• Robes: washed and folded.
• Bath mats: go in with the towels.
• Sofa covers: check the care label first.
• Table cloths: tell us about any wine or oil stains.

Humid weeks make a towel feel damp for longer, so a full dry is worth having.

Not every pillow or duvet is filled the same way. Tell us what yours is.

• Feather and down: need gentle handling and a long dry.
• Hollow fibre: the most common, and easy to wash.
• Memory foam: may not be washable, so ask us first.

If your bedding is mixed, add the label details to your message.

Bulky bedding takes longer because it needs a full dry.
