Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Business Bay

Every bag from Business Bay is handled the same way, step by step.

• Pockets emptied: we check every pocket for coins, cards, receipts and pens. One leaky pen can mark a whole load.
• Colours kept apart: whites and pale colours go in one wash. Darks and denim go in another. Lace and mesh get a cooler cycle.
• Stains treated first: we work on coffee, make-up and sweat marks before washing. Once a stain goes through a hot dryer, it can stay for good.
• A gentle wash: our detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Every load is rinsed well, so clothes smell clean, not perfumed.
• Low-heat drying: it stops cotton shrinking and keeps elastic stretchy.
• Folded by hand: we check each piece as we fold it. Then everything is packed and driven back to Business Bay.

1. Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your tower and apartment number, and drop a location pin. There's no app to install.
2. Fill it up. Put in everyday clothes only, and go through the pockets first. One tissue sheds over everything. Write your name and apartment on the bag.
3. We collect. We take it from outside your door for free. Or leave it with the front desk, if there's one in your tower.
4. We clean. Your clothes are sorted, washed, dried and folded.
5. We deliver. You get a WhatsApp message when the driver heads back to Business Bay. Delivery is free too.

Sending work shirts too? Keep them in a separate bag for Clean & Press and list them when you book. One driver collects both.

If it can go in your own washing machine, it can go in our bag. Skip anything marked do not wash or hand wash only. From a Business Bay apartment, a bag might hold:

• Sports kit: leggings, running shorts, gym tops and socks.
• Office basics: T-shirts and polos you'd never hang up.
• Weekend wear: hoodies, joggers and jeans. Dark jeans are best turned inside out.
• Summer clothes: cotton tops, linen shirts and light dresses. Dubai summers are hot and humid, so these get washed often.
• Swimwear: swimsuits and swim shorts. Give them a rinse in fresh water before they go in.
• Children's clothes: school uniforms, pyjamas and play clothes. Do the zips up first.

The bag is for everyday clothes only. We clean everything listed here as well, but each has its own price. Add them to the same booking, and the driver collects it all from your Business Bay apartment in one trip.

• Work shirts, suits, kanduras and abayas: these belong in Clean & Press, where each piece has its own price and comes back hung up.
• Silk, wool and anything with sequins or beads: send these for dry cleaning. Water isn't kind to them.
• Towels of any kind: Bed & Bath takes these, at a price for each towel.
• Underwired bras and knits marked hand wash: please keep these at home. If a label puzzles you, send us a picture of it.
• Curtains, rugs and trainers: these have their own services further up the page.

Every Business Bay load is sorted before it goes near a machine. These are the things we check.

• Dyes that bleed: new denim and bright cotton can run for the first few washes, so we keep them away from whites.
• Heavy pieces: jeans and chunky zips can rub thin fabrics, so heavy items are washed on their own.
• Your own machine: your clothes go in a machine by themselves, never with another customer's.
• Sanitised drums: every drum is sanitised before the next load goes in.
• Detergent: it's commercial-grade, and also hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Sweat sits in the seams of gym kit, so it gets a thorough rinse.
• Gentle drying: too much heat shrinks cotton and slackens elastic. We check that waistbands, cuffs and seams are dry before anything is folded.
• A final check: if a button is coming off or a stain hasn't shifted, we'll let you know on WhatsApp.

Business Bay is part of our regular Dubai rounds. Collection and delivery are free for every building.

• Executive Towers: this group of 12 towers mixes homes and offices. Tell us which tower and which apartment.
• Where we collect: outside your apartment door. If your tower has a front desk, we can collect from there.
• Useful landmarks: Bay Square, Bay Avenue, or the Business Bay metro station on Sheikh Zayed Road.

If you send a bag from Business Bay most weeks, a budget-friendly wash and fold plan can save you money. Bags on a plan cost less than single bookings. The driver comes on the same day each week, so there's nothing to rebook.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one picked up each week. Suits one person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month gets you eight bags, with two collected every week. Room for a household's school uniforms, sports kit and office clothes.
• Pay as you go: AED 65 a bag, booked when you need it.

Bags collected in Business Bay are usually back the next day. Business Bay is on our 24-hour return, like most of Dubai.

Need it back the same day? Our same-day laundry service is there too. Book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. Express returns a bag 5 hours after pickup, where the address is covered. Ask in the chat if your tower is one of them.

• Point out the stain: foundation on a collar, coffee on a cuff, juice on a school shirt. Tell us where each mark is.
• Say what you used: stain sprays, bleach or hot water can fix a mark. Let us know in your message.
• Air sweaty kit: gym clothes packed damp start to smell in the heat. Hang them for an hour before they go in the bag.

The price shown for a shirt from Business Bay is the full price. Stain work, hangers and covers are included.

• Checked in: we count each piece against your list and read its care label. Any loose buttons are noted.
• Stains by hand: marks are treated before any heat touches them.
• The right clean for the fabric: cotton shirts get a cool wash, so they keep their size. Finer fabrics get what their label asks for.
• Hung to dry: no tumble dryer here. Pieces hang in filtered air, so sleeves keep their length.
• Collar first: we steam the collar and cuffs, then move on to the front, back and sleeves.
• Three checks at the end, then a cover goes on and it's driven back to your Business Bay tower.

1. Write a list. Something like "five work shirts, two suits and a kandura". Add your tower and apartment, and say if you like sharp or soft creases.
2. Use two bags. One for hanging clothes, one for folded washing.
3. Free pickup. Put the bags outside your apartment. A front desk works too, where your tower has one.
4. One piece at a time. Each item is finished before the next one is started.
5. Back on hangers. Usually the next day, in a cover that breathes.

If it looks better on a hanger, it belongs in clean and press. From a Business Bay wardrobe, that might be:

• Office shirts: cotton poplin, oxford and twill. We always do the collar first.
• Linen: shirts and trousers crumple quickly, and steam takes the creases out.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose and crepe crease easily, so they come back hung.
• Suits and chinos: mostly wool or cotton mixes. Jackets go on a dummy for steaming, so the lapels sit flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: usually white cotton or a cotton blend. We steam the front until it's smooth.
• Ghutras: laid flat on a table and smoothed. You fold it your own way.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: we only use steam on georgette and crepe, which keeps black looking rich and even. Ask on WhatsApp for a shayla price.
• Kurta sets: the top and trousers stay together as one set.

• Clean already, just creased? Pressing smooths clothes without another wash.
• Silk, lace, heavy wool, beads or sequins? Book dry cleaning, as water can ruin them.
• Only T-shirts, socks, gym kit and pyjamas? Those go in a Wash & Fold bag.

A care label shows heat as one, two or three dots. The dots give a fabric's heat limit, and we keep our steamer below it. Three dots means up to about 200°C, which suits cotton and linen. Two dots is nearer 150°C, for wool, silk and polyester blends. One dot, around 110°C, is for synthetics like acrylic. A crossed-out symbol means we use steam and no plate.

• No plate on dark crepe: heat from a plate can make black fabric shiny. Black abayas and dark trousers get steam alone.
• Extra time on collars and cuffs: they're the first thing people see.
• Your crease on file: sharp, soft, none, or flat for a suitcase. We note it so your next order matches.
• Breathable covers: Dubai air is humid in summer. Plastic traps damp, but our covers let it out on the way back to Business Bay.

We pick up hanging clothes free across Business Bay, the same as for every other service.

• What we need: your tower name, apartment number and a location pin.
• Easy landmarks: Executive Towers, Bay Square, or the Business Bay metro station with its skybridge to Al Wasl.
• Nearby: pickup is free in DIFC and Dubai Design District as well.

Hanging clothes collected in Business Bay normally return the next day. Our target is 24 hours, as it is across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece. We'll tell you the time at booking.

Need a shirt back tonight? Book before 2 PM. Express returns it 5 hours after pickup, if your address is covered. Not every tower is, so send us the name and we'll check.

When you book a pickup in Business Bay, mention any of these.

• Food and drink: tea, coffee, sauce or wine on a shirt. Tell us what it was.
• Make-up: foundation and lipstick mark collars. Show us where.
• Sweat: Dubai summers are hot, and sweat turns white collars and kandura necklines yellow. It's easier to treat while it's fresh.
• Deodorant: white streaks show on dark clothes, and yellow patches on pale ones. We treat the two differently.
• Perfume oil and oud: even a little can mark white or cream cotton. Tell us where the mark is, and which oil it was if you can.

The price per item covers pickup from your Business Bay apartment, the cleaning and delivery back. Our bed linen wash and fold returns sheets and pillowcases clean, dry and folded. A pillowcase gets the same care as a duvet. It just dries a lot faster.

• Checked first: we look over the corners and seams, and find any stain you mentioned.
• A clean machine of its own: only your bedding goes in the drum. A duvet needs room to move, so the water gets right to the middle.
• Mild detergent: hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which counts for a lot with pillowcases. Your face is on them all night.
• Fully dry: a cover dries well before its filling. So we feel the filling by hand rather than trust the timer.
• Packed dry: nothing goes into a bag damp. It's folded, bagged and driven back to Business Bay.

Duvet covers are AED 31 each. The cover comes off and has its own wash, so the cover and the duvet each get the right cycle.

1. Send a list. For example, "a king duvet, two pillows and four bath towels". Add your tower, apartment number and a location pin.
2. We confirm the details: you get a pickup time and the day it comes back.
3. Bag it up. A duvet rolls up best in a bag by itself. Put the sheets and towels together in a second bag.
4. Free collection. We take it from outside your apartment, or from your tower's front desk if it has one.
5. Updates on WhatsApp. We keep you posted until it's back with you.

WhatsApp messages are welcome any time. Got guests coming tomorrow? Book the evening before to get the spare room's sheets cleaned.

Single, double, queen or king, a duvet or comforter is AED 56. Each type is cleaned a little differently.

• Duvet: the soft filled part that goes inside a cover. We charge for the cover separately and wash it apart.
• Comforter: it's stitched into a quilted pattern and goes on the bed with no cover. Some parts of the quilting dry faster than others, so we feel every section before it's packed.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard size, and more for larger ones.
• Bedcover: AED 29. It lies on top of the bed, so it collects the most dust. Dubai's shamal winds carry fine desert sand, and some of it ends up on beds. Tell us about any tassels, beads or fringe.

Split seam or filling coming out? Send a photo on WhatsApp before booking, and we'll tell you if it's safe to wash.

Sheets and pillowcases get washed much more often than duvets in Dubai's heat. That's why they tend to wear out first.

• Sheets: AED 25, flat or fitted. Turn fitted sheets inside out, because small things hide in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Hair oil, night cream and make-up leave greasy marks. Point them out to us instead of scrubbing.
• Pillows: AED 19 each. A wash won't bring back a pillow that's gone flat and lumpy. Memory foam should never go in water.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Too much heat can harm the waterproof backing. Let us see the care label in a photo before you book.

Bedding from two or more bedrooms? Let us know which set is from which room, so it's easy to sort when it's back.

Towels are AED 7 each, and bathrobes are AED 19. Soap left in the loops makes a towel stiff. That's why we rinse each towel twice and dry it completely.

• Bath towels: book soon after they're used. A damp towel in a closed bag smells by the next morning.
• Gym towels: they soak up sweat and stay wet. Hang them on a rail to dry before packing.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar is the last part to dry, so we check it twice. Tie the belt loosely around the robe so the two stay together.
• Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular zip-off cover. Note which cushion each one came from, and brush off pet hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Tell us what was spilt, like coffee or red wine, and try not to rub it.

Keep damp towels out of a bag with a duvet in it. In humid air, the filling soaks up moisture quickly.

Please leave these out of your Business Bay bedding order. They aren't safe in a washing machine:

• Electric blankets, heated throws and anything else with a cable.
• Weighted blankets, which have heavy beads stitched inside.
• Pillows and toppers made of memory foam.
• Anything labelled do not wash. Not sure? Send us a photo of the label and we'll reply before pickup.

Clothes are a separate booking. Folded items like jeans and T-shirts go in Wash & Fold. Shirts, abayas and other things that hang go in Clean & Press. Pack a bag for each service. One driver takes the lot. For more bedding care advice, read our home linen guide.

In duvet and comforter laundering, drying takes most of the time. The cover is dry fairly fast. Down, feather and polyester fillings stay wet for hours. A little damp left in the middle makes a duvet smell musty once it's put away.

• 48 to 72 hours: thick bedding from Business Bay stays with us this long, so the middle dries as well as the edges.
• Your return day: we confirm it in the chat after you book.
