Use any bag you have. A laundry bag from home, a spare tote or a clean carrier all work, as long as it holds up to 6kg. If you bring more, ask for the larger bag of up to 12kg.

Pack everyday clothes only: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear. Shake sand out of swimwear and empty every pocket, including coins, cards and room keys.

Keep suits, silk and evening wear out of the bag. Those go through Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned by itself.

A stained piece can share the bag. Just tell us about it in the chat. We look at stains before washing, and the cause helps us pick the right treatment.

Leave the hotel's towels and robes in the room.

One price covers everything in the bag, up to the weight shown. It makes no difference how many shirts or pairs of shorts you fit in.

That price includes washing, drying and folding, plus pickup and the trip back to the lobby. The driver's trips cost nothing extra.

A bag over 6kg does not need splitting. Book the larger bag, which holds up to 12kg, and pay that flat price instead.

Flat-rate laundry bags suit a week away better than counting pieces one by one.

Your bag is opened and looked over on arrival. Lights go apart from darks, and anything that bleeds colour gets its own load.

Delicate pieces are set aside for gentler handling. If you mentioned a stain or an unusual fabric in the chat, it is noted on your order.

Your bag is then washed alone, in a machine sanitised after the last customer's load. Nothing from your trip meets anyone else's clothes.

This is why silk and evening wear should stay out of the bag.

Low heat dries everything, so cotton does not shrink and stretchy fabrics hold their shape. Gym kit and swimwear feel soft again.

Each piece is then folded by hand and stacked for your case. Nothing is balled up or squashed.

The folded stack goes back to the lobby, easy to carry up. Shirts sent for Clean & Press return on hangers.

A standard bag is ready within 24 hours. For most guests that is a true next-day laundry service: hand over in the morning, fly the day after.

Need it sooner? Ask about express. Urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM, but only where we cover your address. Message us from your room with the hour you need them and we tell you straight away.

We cannot promise same-day hotel laundry for every booking. Booking early helps. Check-out day is busy, so book the evening before.

This is doorstep laundry pickup, where the door is the hotel lobby. Meet the driver at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. It is contactless pickup and delivery in practice: the bag changes hands, the driver checks the items, and no cash is handled.

A secure payment link then arrives by text. Pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Delivery starts only after payment.

Never hand cash or cards to anyone in the lobby. We do not ask for them.

If the hotel does not allow a handover, message us and we will work out another way.

Staying a few weeks? Two monthly plans save booking each bag. Essential is AED 250 a month for four bags. Family is AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week.

One bag of up to 6kg is AED 65 when that is all you need. Start with one bag and switch to a plan later. For many guests that is budget-friendly wash and fold with no commitment.

The driver checks your items with you at handover, so you see what leaves the hotel. When the bag returns, look through it.

Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of the item. Pieces that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

If something looks wrong, message the same chat at once, with a photo if you can, and we will go through it together.

Take valuables, cards and keys out of your pockets before packing.

Each shirt is washed in cool water, dried in filtered air and steamed by hand. Collars and cuffs get the most attention, since those are what people see first.

It returns hanging, ready to wear straight from the lobby bag to your meeting. Short and long sleeves cost the same.

Hand it over a day early and it is back the next morning. For a tighter timeline, ask about express.

Add a second shirt to the same order and the driver brings both back together.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a pair, jacket and trousers together, so colour and finish match. A jacket can also be sent alone.

It returns on a hanger, along with a tie or shirt if you added them. Express suit pressing is possible where we cover your address.

Traditional wear gets its own care. A kandura is AED 15. The table above lists the abaya, ghutra and jalabiya prices.

Each piece is cleaned by itself and pressed by hand, apart from the rest of your order. Delicate abayas are checked more closely and may need longer.

Guests in town for a family occasion or a wedding often send several pieces together. Put them in one order and the driver returns them at once, each hanging.

Mention any embroidery or beading when you book.

Evening dresses and blouses are checked by hand before cleaning. Mention sequins, beads or silk in your note. The piece is then cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger.

Book a day or two ahead for dresses worn to an event.

Each item is first checked for marks and read against its care label. Stains get hand treatment where needed.

The piece is cleaned in the way its fabric needs. A suit or silk is never handled like a cotton shirt.

Pressing comes next. Steam does the work while a person guides it, so seams and collars lie flat.

A last look for marks and creases finishes it. Checks happen at collection, after cleaning and before packing. Then it hangs in a breathable cover.

Clean and Press items are returned on hangers, in breathable bags. Hang them as soon as you reach your room and they stay crisp until you need them.

Do not fold them back into a case until you travel.

Standard Clean & Press takes 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer, and we tell you how long at pickup, so you can plan around it.

Need express laundry delivery? Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours where we reach your address. Ask on WhatsApp first and give the time you need them.
