Wash and fold is built for the clothes you wear every day. T-shirts, jeans, shorts, socks, underwear, gym kit, pyjamas and swimwear all go in. After a trip, it is the cheapest way to empty a suitcase.

Everything goes into one bag, and the bag has a single flat price. You never count items or weigh each piece. If the pile is bigger than 6kg, ask for the 12kg bag instead.

Colours can go in together, because we sort them when the bag arrives. Anything you want pressed on a hanger belongs on the Clean and Press list instead. If you are not sure where a piece goes, message us and we will tell you.

When the bag reaches us, the first job is sorting. Lights and darks are washed apart, so a black T-shirt never dulls a white one.

The detergent is hypoallergenic and only lightly scented. It is a commercial-grade detergent, made for large washers, so it lifts dirt properly and still rinses out well.

Your bag is washed on its own, never with another guest's clothes. The machine is sanitised after every load, so you start with a clean drum each time.

If anything in the bag needs special care, put a note on the booking and we will read it before we wash.

After the wash, clothes are dried on a low heat. That protects the fabric and the fit, and it keeps cotton from shrinking and stretchy gym kit from wearing out early.

Everything is then folded neatly and packed in the bag. This is what separates a damp heap from clothes you can put straight in a drawer or back in the suitcase.

Standard return is within 24 hours, and the bag is brought back to the hotel for free.

Dry, fold and pack happen in one run, so what you get back is fresh and ready to wear.

If you are packing to leave, book the pickup early enough that the bag is back before you check out.

Not everything belongs in a wash bag. Shirts you will wear to a meeting, suits, evening wear, silk and traditional pieces such as kanduras and abayas do better on the Clean and Press list. Those are cleaned one by one, steamed by hand and returned on hangers.

If you cannot tell, send a photo of the care label on WhatsApp. We will say which service fits, and the driver can collect both in a single trip.

Both services have free pickup and delivery, so there is no extra cost for splitting an order in two.

Shoes and handbags have their own care services as well, if you need them cleaned during your stay.

Standard return is within 24 hours. That makes it easy to send a bag after breakfast and have it back the next day, well before you check out.

For something urgent, express can bring an order back in 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Cover depends on the exact address, so message us with the hotel name first. If the answer is yes, you have a same-day laundry service for the shirt you need tonight.

If you leave very early on your last day, book the pickup two days before so the bag is back in time.

The driver comes to Paramount Hotel Dubai at the time you choose. Where the hotel allows it, you hand the bag over at the lobby or the concierge desk. You can also ask for contactless pickup and delivery, so there is no waiting around.

The driver checks the items with you. A secure payment link is then texted to you, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody takes cash or cards in the lobby.

Your clothes go out for delivery as soon as the link is paid.

Staying a few weeks, or flying in every month? A plan can cost less than single bags. Essential is AED 250 a month for four bags. Family is AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.

One 6kg bag on its own is AED 65. Plans are paid monthly, and the pickup day stays the same each week.

Plans keep the same free pickup and delivery as single bags.

Your bag is washed alone and never mixed with another guest's laundry. Please take passports, keys, cards and cash out of the pockets and the bag before you hand it over.

Tell us about anything that worries you when you book. If a piece is already damaged, or has no care label, it is cleaned at your own risk. If we lose or damage one of your items, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

We do not offer mending or alterations, so please look over your pieces yourself before packing.

Washing machines are not gentle on everything, so put delicate or silk pieces on the Clean and Press list instead of in the bag.

This service is for the pieces that matter on the day. Office shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, jackets, dresses, kanduras, abayas, ghutras and coats are all cleaned one by one.

You can also ask for pressing only, if a piece is already clean and just needs smoothing out after the suitcase.

Send the shirt in the morning and have it back the next day on a hanger. If you need it sooner, ask about express. Collars and cuffs get extra attention, because that is where a shirt shows wear first.

A shirt costs AED 18, and it comes back on a hanger. Send two or three together and the driver brings them back in one trip.

If the shirt is already clean and only creased, choose pressing only.

If you are at Paramount Hotel Dubai for a wedding, a gala or a conference, your suit or dress has probably spent hours folded in a case. We clean it on its own, steam it by hand and send it back on a hanger.

A two-piece suit is cleaned as a set, so the jacket and trousers match. Ties, blouses and evening dresses are priced separately, and you will find each one in the price table.

Ask about express suit pressing if the event is today. We will tell you whether your address is covered.

Whenever you can, message us early. It gives the piece more time and gives you a calmer morning.

Kanduras, abayas and ghutras are cleaned and pressed with care, then returned on hangers. Tell us if the abaya is delicate or has beading, and we choose the process to match.

A kandura is AED 15. An abaya is AED 18 for a basic one, with a separate rate for delicate abayas.

Every piece is checked by hand before cleaning, so any stain or weak spot is noticed first. It is then washed in cool water and dried in filtered air. Delicate pieces never go near a hot tumble dryer.

After that, the piece is steamed by hand and checked again. A last check happens before it is packed. That makes three checks in all: before cleaning, after cleaning, and before it leaves us.

It is slower than a rush job, and the result is a piece that looks the way it should.

Pieces come back on hangers in breathable covers, so they can go straight into the wardrobe or into a garment bag for your flight home.

Nothing is folded into a bag, so collars, fronts and creases stay as they were pressed.

Most items come back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece, so allow for that if you fly soon. Express takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. Ask us first.

Delicate means silk, fine knits, beaded or embroidered pieces.

Tell us your flight time and we will say whether the piece can make it.

Please leave the care label in place, so we know how to treat the piece. Items with no label, or that are already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk.

If we lose or damage something, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. We do not offer mending or alterations, so tell us what you need before you book.

Special requests, such as a particular fold or a rush for a flight, can go in the chat when you book.

The driver checks the pieces with you at pickup, so anything unusual is noted at once.
