Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Quoz

A bag from an Al Quoz 1 villa gets the same care as one from a flat in Ghadeer Al Tair. Every load follows the same steps, from the moment the driver collects it until it is back at your door.

If your washing machine at home can take it, so can our bag. Skip anything marked hand wash only, or do not wash. A typical bag from an Al Quoz home might hold:

• Everyday wear: T-shirts, jeans, shorts, socks and underwear.
• Sports kit: leggings, gym tops and running shorts. In summer, bag these as soon as you can, because sweaty fabric left in a basket starts to smell.

Every load from Al Quoz is sorted before it is washed. This is what happens next, and why it matters for your clothes.

• Colours: brand-new dark jeans and bright tops may run in early washes, so they are kept away from whites.
• Detergent: a commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic detergent, gentle enough for baby clothes and sensitive skin.
• Drying: low heat, so stretchy sports kit keeps its shape and cotton stays the size you sent.
• Folding: by hand, so shirts and T-shirts arrive flat and ready for the drawer.

In summer, bag sweaty gym kit as soon as you can. Damp clothes left in a basket start to smell, and the smell is harder to wash out than the sweat.

Al Quoz is part of our normal Dubai route, and pickup and delivery are free. It's a long area, so the block name helps us.

• Ghadeer Al Tair: this is the block that used to be called Al Quoz 2. Either name works when you message us.
• Industrial blocks: Al Quoz Industrial 1 to 4 are home to factories, warehouses and workshops. Send a pin and we'll confirm a pickup there.
• Near Alserkal Avenue on 17th Street? Say so in the chat, and add the unit or gate to use.

Leave the bag at your door, or with the front desk if your building has one.

Do you send a bag most weeks? A monthly plan is budget-friendly wash and fold, and it works out cheaper per bag than booking single bags.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week.
• Single bag: AED 65, with no plan needed.

Both plans are paid once a month. Choose the weekday that suits you and the driver comes to your Al Quoz address on that day each week, so you don't have to book every time. If your week changes, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll move the pickup.

Bags collected in Al Quoz normally come back within 24 hours, the same as most of Dubai. A bag collected on Monday morning is usually folded and back with you by Tuesday morning.

Need a same-day laundry service? Book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. If we cover your address for express, the bag is back 5 hours after collection. Cover depends on the address, so send your pin first and we'll say.

Stains: tell us what the mark was, such as coffee, oil or sauce, and how long ago it happened. Fresh marks come out far more easily than old ones, and knowing the cause helps us choose the right treatment.

The price on the list is the full price for that piece from Al Quoz. Nothing is added afterwards, and pickup and delivery are free.

• Checked first: pockets emptied, care label read and loose buttons noted.
• Stains by hand: marks are treated before the item is cleaned, so tell us what caused them.
• Cleaned on its own: each piece is cleaned separately, not mixed into a big load.
• Pressed: collars, cuffs and sleeves are finished by hand.
• On a hanger: covered, so it reaches your wardrobe still crisp.

1. Make a short list. For example, five shirts, two pairs of trousers and a kandura. Add the details that matter, such as a stain or a missing button.
2. Add your address. Your building, your block in Al Quoz and a pin, so the driver finds the right door.
3. Keep hanging clothes together. Put them in a separate bag from your folded washing, so they stay flat and crease-free.

Ask yourself whether the piece creases after a day at work. If it does, it belongs here. From an Al Quoz home, that could be:

• Office shirts: cotton shirts with collars that need to stand up straight.
• Blouses and dresses: everyday ones in cotton or polyester.
• Trousers and skirts: anything with a crease or a pleat to keep.

Not every piece belongs in clean and press. Here is a quick guide to choosing.

• Already washed, just creased? Pressing removes the creases without washing again.
• Silk, lace, sequins or heavy wool? Dry cleaning is the safer choice.
• Everyday T-shirts and gym kit? Wash & Fold is priced by the bag.

The care label tells us how hot a piece can go. A pressing symbol with one, two or three dots shows how much heat the fabric can take. We follow it and never go above it.

• Three dots: sturdy fabrics such as cotton and linen.
• Two dots: wool, silk and polyester blends, which need less heat.
• One dot: delicate synthetics, which can melt if the press is too hot.
• Crossed-out symbol: do not press, so we leave it unpressed.

We collect hanging clothes free across Al Quoz, in just the same way as bags of washing. Give us your block and building name, and add Alserkal Avenue or 17th Street if that's the nearest landmark.

Hanging clothes from Al Quoz normally come back the next day, as they do across most of Dubai. Delicate fabrics can take longer. It depends on the piece, and you'll hear the time at pickup.

When you book a pickup in Al Quoz, tell us about any of these marks. It takes a few seconds and helps the stain come out.

• Coffee and lunch: a drip on a shirt at the desk. Say what it was.
• Yellow collars: Dubai summers are hot and humid, and sweat builds up on collars and cuffs.
• Dusty hems: the shamal wind can lift sand, and it settles on light trousers.
• Old marks: an older stain may not shift fully, and we'll tell you so honestly.

One price per item covers collection from your Al Quoz home, the washing and the delivery back. Sheets and pillowcases go through our bed linen wash and fold. We wash them, check that even the seams are dry, and fold them flat so they stack neatly in the cupboard.

A duvet cover is AED 31. It is taken off and washed separately from the duvet itself, so you can see the cost of each part before you book.

Small items get the same care as large ones. Nothing comes back damp, and everything is folded or bagged so it is ready to go straight onto the bed or into the wardrobe. Send the whole set together and one driver collects it in a single trip.

1. Write a short list. Say, a queen duvet, four sheets and the bath towels, then add your building, your Al Quoz block and a pin.
2. Bag it up. Put bedding in a clean bag of its own, away from clothes, with the duvet at the bottom and towels on top.
3. Check the times. We message a pickup slot and a return day, and the return day is later than for clothes because bulky pieces dry slowly.

Duvets, comforters and blankets are priced differently. Which one do you have? Check the label before you book, and the list below helps you decide.

• Duvet: a filled inner, any size up to king, for AED 56. Its cover is priced on its own and washed apart from it.
• Comforter: a single quilted piece that has no separate cover, usually thicker and heavier than a duvet.
• Blanket: AED 26 for a standard one, and a bedcover is AED 29.

Sheets and pillowcases are changed far more often than duvets, especially in the hot months, so they wear out sooner. A bedsheet is AED 25 each, flat or fitted, and a pillowcase is AED 9. Turn fitted sheets inside out before you bag them, so the corners get clean. A pillow is AED 19, and a mattress protector is AED 35.

• Pillows: send them with the bedding, in a clean bag, and mention if one has a special filling.
• Mattress protectors: they wash well but take longer to dry, so allow extra time.
• Fitted sheets: deep ones for thick mattresses cost the same as standard ones.

A towel is AED 7, and a bathrobe is AED 19. Soap left in a towel makes it stiff, so we rinse towels twice and dry them completely. It is a proper towel laundry service: bath towels, hand towels and pool towels all count one by one.

• Pool and beach towels: send them as soon as you can after a swim, and tell us if they smell of chlorine.
• Bathrobes: washed and dried on their own, so the loops stay soft.
• Sofa covers: a regular removable cover with a zip is AED 46. Check the label first.
• Table cloths: priced at AED 19, washed and folded flat.

Count your towels before the driver arrives. The price is per item, so a clear count keeps the order simple.

Some things can't go in any washing machine safely. Please keep these at home in Al Quoz, because we can't take them whatever the price.

• Electric blankets and heated throws, which have wiring inside.
• Weighted blankets, filled with glass or plastic beads.
• Anything labelled dry clean only, which should go to dry cleaning instead.
• Pieces with a torn lining, because the filling can come out in the wash.

Duvet and comforter laundering takes longer than clothes, because the filling holds water for hours. Down, feather and polyester all do the same. Put away a little damp, a duvet soon smells musty.

That is why bulky bedding takes 48 to 72 hours in Dubai. The cover dries much faster, but the filling doesn't. We don't rush it, because a bed with a damp duvet is worse than a day without one. Sheets and towels are quicker and normally come back within 24 hours.
