Unsure where something goes? Ask on WhatsApp before the driver arrives, and save yourself a second trip.

Before the machine, your bag is split by colour and by fabric. Whites do not meet dark colours, and gentle fabrics are kept apart from heavy ones such as jeans.

We wash with a commercial-grade, biodegradable detergent. A stain gets treated by hand first, so it does not set in the wash. Name the cause when you book, since coffee, oil and make-up each need a different approach.

Dryers run on low heat. That keeps cotton from shrinking and stops stretchy gym kit from losing its shape.

When the load is dry, we fold it by hand and pack it. You open the bag at the hotel and everything is ready for the wardrobe or the suitcase, with nothing left damp.

The machines are sanitised after every cycle, so each load starts in a clean drum.

If you are using the hotel gym every morning, kit builds up fast. Put it in the bag and it is washed on a gentle cycle, then dried on low heat, so it keeps its stretch.

Keep anything with sequins or heavy decoration out of the bag. Those pieces should go to Clean & Press, because a washing drum is too rough for them.

Wash gym kit soon after use, because a damp bag left for days can turn musty.

Our detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, with no strong chemical smell. That suits guests with sensitive skin, and parents with baby clothes in the suitcase.

Most wash and fold bags are ready inside a day, which makes it next-day laundry service for anything handed over in the morning or evening. You are not without clothes for long.

In a hurry? Book before 2 PM and ask for express. We aim for 5 hours, if your address is covered, and we confirm whether that reaches the hotel when you message us.

Same-day laundry service depends on the booking time and your address, so message early in the day.

A single bag is AED 65. A longer stay can switch to a monthly plan: Essential costs AED 250 and Family costs AED 450.

Payment is once a month, and every bag keeps free pickup and delivery. Message us when you arrive and we will say which plan matches how much you wear.

The driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Your laundry is checked together, so you both see what is in the bag before it leaves.

After that, a secure payment link is texted to you. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never take cash or cards in the lobby.

When the payment lands, the driver takes your clothes back out to the hotel.

Shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, daytime dresses, suits and coats go here, along with traditional wear: kanduras, abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas.

Nothing is tipped into a shared bag. Each piece is cleaned alone, steamed and pressed by hand, then hung up for return.

That is why prices are per piece.

Each piece is checked against its care label before cleaning. That tells us the right process, whether it is a cool-water wash or a gentler method for a delicate fabric.

A piece with no label, or one already damaged, is cleaned at your own risk. We will point it out at pickup so you can decide.

Got a wedding or a gala dinner coming up? Hand over the suit, dress or jacket a day early. It returns cleaned, steamed and hung up. A two-piece suit travels as a pair, so jacket and trousers match.

If the event is today, ask for express suit pressing when you book, before 2 PM. Allow about 5 hours where your address is covered, so mornings work best.

The kandura price is AED 15. Plain abaya prices are in the table above. Both are cleaned piece by piece and pressed by hand.

Collar and cuff marks are common on white kanduras, so tell us where they are when you book and we will treat them first.

If an abaya has beading or embroidery, mention it at pickup so we can check how to handle it. A kandura comes back on a hanger.

Standard pieces are ready in 24 hours. Delicate ones can take longer, and we tell you how long when we collect them. For urgent pieces, book before 2 PM for express in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Your clothes come back on hangers and in breathable covers. That keeps them smooth on the way to the hotel, then to the wardrobe or the suitcase. Hang them as soon as you open the cover.

The payment link arrives by text once the driver has checked your items. Pay on the link by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and never in the lobby.

A lost or damaged piece is covered up to 10 times what it cost to clean. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
