Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Taj Dubai

Pack what you would normally put in a washing basket at home. You pay for the bag, so there is no counting pieces.

• Everyday clothes: T-shirts, shorts, trousers, socks and underwear.
• Holiday pieces: swimwear, cover-ups and light dresses.
• Gym things: tops, leggings and sports socks.
• Sleepwear: pyjamas, joggers and sweatshirts.
• For the children: their clothes can share the same bag.

Hotel towels and robes belong to the hotel, so leave them in your room.

Message us on WhatsApp with the time you will be downstairs. Think of it as doorstep laundry pickup, with the lobby as your door. The driver stays in the lobby, so let the front desk know to expect us.

2. You pay through the link we text you.
3. We wash, dry and fold everything at our plant.
4. The bag goes back to the same lobby.

This is a hotel laundry service that runs separately from the hotel.

At the plant your bag is emptied and sorted by colour and fabric, so darks stay away from whites.

• Nobody else's washing shares your machine, and the drum is sanitised after each load.
• The detergent is mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable.
• Low-heat drying is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics.
• Every item is folded by hand before it goes back in the bag.

Tell us when you book if something in the bag is fine. Silk-feel blouses, stretchy dresses and lacy underwear are washed on a gentle cycle in cooler water.

Anything marked dry clean only should not go in the wash bag. Send it through Clean & Press instead, where each piece is cleaned on its own and returned on a hanger.

If an item has no care label, we ask you to tell us what it is made of. We clean items without a label at your own risk.

Most bags are back within 24 hours, which is our normal next-day laundry service. For anything urgent, you can ask for express laundry delivery.

• Book before 2 PM and express can take 5 hours.
• Your address has to be covered, so send the hotel name first.
• Give us your flight or event time and we answer honestly.

That is how we run a same-day laundry service and same-day hotel laundry without promising what the clock will not allow.

Nothing is paid in the lobby. The driver checks your items first, and then your phone gets a text with a secure link.

• Debit and credit cards work, and so do Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• The driver cannot take cash or cards.
• Once the payment goes through, your order is released for delivery.

So you get contactless pickup and delivery from start to finish, with the price already agreed.

Staying at Taj Dubai for weeks? A monthly plan usually works out cheaper than single bags. Essential is AED 250 a month and Family is AED 450 a month.

• Essential: four bags a month, roughly one a week.
• Family: eight bags a month, roughly two a week.
• You can still add a single bag at AED 65.

Choose your collection days in the chat. You can alter or end the plan there too.

A few things are better left out, and it only takes a moment to check before the driver arrives.

• Hotel towels and robes belong to the hotel and stay in your room.
• Shirts, suits and dresses that must hang belong in Clean & Press.
• Wet swimwear should be rinsed and wrung out first.
• Check the pockets for cards, keys and cash.

If something is already damaged or has no care label, tell us. We still clean it, but at your own risk, and we say so before we start.

With guest dry cleaning at Taj Dubai, nothing goes into a mixed load. Every piece is read, treated and finished on its own.

• Care label: decides how the piece is cleaned.
• Marks: collars, cuffs and underarms get a look, and stains are treated by hand.
• Steam: applied by hand to lift creases without a shine.
• Finish: sharp collars, cuffs and pleats, then a hanger.

2. Hand the pieces to our driver at the Taj Dubai lobby, if the hotel allows it.
3. We clean, steam and press every piece by hand.
4. They return to the lobby on hangers.

If you are in town on business, with meetings around DIFC and Downtown, remember that a suit from a suitcase needs more than a quick steam.

• Send the jacket and trousers together so they are cleaned the same way.
• Add shirts and a tie to the same booking.
• Put the meeting time in your message.
• Ask for express suit pressing if tomorrow morning is too soon.

Express is 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Traditional pieces are cleaned and pressed one at a time. Kanduras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas each have a price in the table, and all come back on hangers. Tell us about beading or fine fabric when you book.

Taj Dubai holds weddings, with Haldi, Mehendi and Sangeet events in the Opera Ballroom. If you are packing several outfits for several days, plan your clothes around the dates.

• List every piece with the day you will wear it.
• Send evening dresses, suits, jackets and kurtas early in the stay.
• Tell us about sequins, beading or lace.
• We clean each piece on its own and return it on a hanger.

We price only what is on our list, so ask before you send a piece that is not in the table.

Standard Clean & Press is back within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take a little longer, and we tell you when you book. Express takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Before cleaning, we read the care label on every piece and choose the process it allows. Silk, wool and beaded fabrics need more care. Items with no label, or already damaged, are cleaned at your own risk, and we tell you before we start.

A short message helps us look after each piece properly.

• The day and time you need it back.
• Any stain, and what caused it.
• Beading, sequins, lace or fine fabric.
• Whether the piece has a care label.

If something is lost or damaged, we pay up to ten times what you paid to clean it.
