What happens to your DIFC bag
Every bag from DIFC gets the same treatment, from a few shirts to a full 6kg load. A small bag is cared for exactly like a full one, and a full one costs no extra.
- Checked and sorted: we empty the bag, look at care labels and split whites, colours and darks. Anything stretchy or lacy goes in a gentle load of its own.
- Stains first: we treat marks by hand before they meet the heat of a dryer, which can set them for good.
- A mild wash: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, rinsed out properly.
- Low-heat drying: so cotton keeps its size and elastic keeps its stretch.
- Folded by hand: each piece is folded and packed to go straight into a drawer.
If you want a crisp collar, or a kandura on a hanger, use Clean & Press for that item.
Booking a pickup in DIFC
Booking takes about a minute and happens in WhatsApp. You do not need an app or an account.
- Send a message: write the name of your building in DIFC and your flat number.
- Pick an hour: choose any time that suits you. Say if you would rather leave the bag with the front desk, where your building has one.
- Add notes: mention stains, delicate pieces or anything you want kept apart.
- Hand it over: put the bag outside your own front door or give it to the driver.
We reply in the same chat to confirm the time. Pickup and delivery are both free.
What goes in the bag
Almost any washable clothing can go in. The simple rule is that if it is machine washable and you wear it often, it belongs in the wash and fold bag.
- Everyday clothes: T-shirts, shirts you do not need pressed, jeans, chinos, hoodies, joggers and pyjamas.
- Gym and sports kit: tops, shorts, leggings and socks. Dry them a little first if you can.
- Underwear and socks: washed with the rest and folded.
- Swimwear: rinse it in fresh water first and it will wash out better.
- Towels, in small numbers: a few can share the bag. A large pile is better under Bed & Bath.
You can fill the bag up to about 6kg. Over that, ask for the bigger bag or book a second.
Things that belong to another service
A few things should not go into a normal wash. Send them under the right service and they come back in much better shape.
- Silk, beaded or very delicate outfits: these need dry cleaning, and you can book it from the Clean & Press tab.
- Duvets, quilts and thick blankets: these go under Bed & Bath.
- Trainers and leather shoes: Shoe care looks after these.
If you are unsure, send a photo of the care label in the chat and we will tell you which service it needs.
How each load is washed, dried and checked
Your laundry is washed in a machine of its own, and that machine is sanitised when the cycle ends. Here is what a load goes through.
- Before the wash: pockets are emptied, zips closed and any stain is treated by hand.
- The wash: temperature and spin speed are chosen by fabric. Cotton can take more heat, while stretch and synthetics get a cooler cycle.
- Rinse: a full rinse removes soap, so skin does not meet leftover detergent.
- Drying: low heat, and we stop before clothes dry to a crisp. This helps fitted tees and waistbands keep their shape.
- The final look: before folding, we check each piece for marks the wash missed. If one is still there, we tell you.
This is why fitted tops and gym leggings from a DIFC flat come back the size they left.
Where we collect in DIFC
Standard pickup covers every part of DIFC. DIFC is a district of about 110 hectares along Sheikh Zayed Road, with Financial Centre metro station on its edge. Homes there include apartments in towers such as Index Tower, where floors 31 to 77 are residential.
- Towers: tell us the building and flat number.
- Front desks: if your building has a reception, you can leave the bag there.
- Close by: the same driver also serves Downtown Dubai, Zabeel and Business Bay.
Express is a little different. It is available where your address is covered, so ask us first.
Monthly plan or single bags in DIFC
If you wash every week, a monthly plan is cheaper per bag than single bookings. Your pickup falls on one fixed day of the week, so you do not have to book each time.
- Essential: AED 250 for four bags a month, one a week. It suits one person or a couple.
- Family: AED 450 for eight bags a month, two a week. It suits a larger household.
- No plan: a single bag is AED 65, whenever you want one.
Choose your day on WhatsApp. You can start, change or stop a plan in the chat.
Turnaround, express and stain advice
Most orders return within 24 hours across Dubai, which makes this a next-day laundry service for most flats. If you need it sooner, ask about express.
- Express: 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
- Bulky items: thicker bedding takes 48 to 72 hours.
- Stains: tell us what caused it. Coffee, sauce and sweat each need a different treatment.
- Do not rub: blot a fresh spill and leave the rest to us. Rubbing pushes it deeper into the fibre.
Add a note to the booking if you need something by a certain day.
Clean & Press for DIFC, priced piece by piece
Good shirts, suits and kanduras need more care than a wash bag gives. Each piece is checked, cleaned the right way, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. A shirt is AED 18 and a kandura is AED 15, with every other item priced in the table below.
Per shirtAED 18checked, steamed by hand, hung
- Each item has its own price
- Every piece steamed by hand
- Hung in breathable covers
- Usually 24 hours, delicates longer
- A sharp or soft crease, or none

| Ghutra or gathra | AED 10 |

| Thick winter coat | AED 66 |
Prices are per item and the same everywhere in Dubai. If you are not sure which row your item belongs to, ask in the chat before we collect.
What each price covers
The price you see is the whole price. It covers collection from DIFC, the cleaning, the finish and delivery back.
- A look first: we check the care label, the seams and any marks.
- Cleaned to suit the fabric: a cool wash for cotton, dry cleaning for delicates.
- Steamed by hand: collars, cuffs and plackets are finished one at a time.
- Hung and covered: clothes come back on hangers in breathable covers.
Booking Clean & Press from your DIFC flat
Message us on WhatsApp with your building in DIFC and what you are sending. A list is enough, like 5 shirts, 2 kanduras and 1 suit.
- Say how you like the finish: sharp creases, soft creases or none.
- Mention marks: if you know where a stain is, tell us.
- Pack it flat: a second bag stops hung pieces crushing against a gym towel.
We will confirm a time and the driver collects free of charge.
Clothes that suit this service
Anything you want to wear straight from the hanger is a good fit for Clean & Press. Think of the pieces you would otherwise hand to a tailor or a dry cleaner.
- Shirts and blouses: cotton, linen and poplin look best freshly steamed.
- Suits and trousers: jackets, blazers and trousers keep their shape this way.
- Traditional wear: kanduras, abayas, jalabiyas, ghutras and kurtas.
- Dresses and skirts: day wear and lined pieces.
- Winter coats: heavy coats, when the season comes round.
Everything is priced in the table above, so you know the total before the driver arrives.
When another service is better
Not everything needs a hand finish. Everyday T-shirts and gym kit cost less in the wash and fold bag. For clean clothes that are only creased, our pressing only page is the right one.
Reading the care label before we clean
Every garment has a label, and we read it before anything else. The symbols are simple once you know them.
- The wash tub: a number inside shows the highest temperature. A hand in the tub means hand wash only.
- The triangle: an empty triangle allows bleach. A crossed triangle means no bleach at all.
- The pressing symbol: dots inside show the heat. One dot is cool, two are medium and three are hot.
- The circle: a circle means dry cleaning. A letter inside tells the cleaner which process to use.
- The square: a square with a circle inside is about tumble drying.
If the label has faded or been cut out, we choose the gentlest option and tell you.
Pickup across DIFC
We collect from every part of DIFC, whether you live in a tower on Sheikh Zayed Road or in a building closer to Gate Avenue.
- Hang them ready: hang shirts on hangers, or lay them flat in a bag.
- Front desk: leave the bag there if your building has one.
- Metro stop: Financial Centre station is a useful pin if your building has no clear entrance.
How long it takes, and express
Most Clean & Press orders are back in 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer because they need slower care. It depends on the piece, and we tell you at pickup.
- Express: 5 hours if you book before 2 PM where the address is covered.
- Special requests: tell us in the chat if you need a particular day.
Common marks on shirts and kanduras
The same few marks turn up again and again, and each one has a standard treatment.
- Collar rings: sweat and skin oil build up at the neckband. We pre-treat the band and then wash cool.
- Coffee and tea: best treated early. Blot, do not rub.
- Ink: a pen mark on a pocket or cuff is treated by hand.
- Deodorant: white marks and stiff patches under the arms are treated before washing.
Write the cause in your booking note. It tells us which treatment to use.
Bed & Bath in DIFC, bulky things done right
Duvets, sheets and towels are hard to wash and dry in a flat. We collect them, wash them in large machines and dry them fully. A bedsheet is AED 25, a towel is AED 7 and a duvet is AED 56. It is our bed linen wash and fold and towel laundry service in one pickup, with free delivery to your DIFC door.
One bed sheetAED 25flat or fitted, dried through, folded
- Each item has its own price
- Big drums for a king duvet
- Duvets and quilts take 2 to 3 days
- Biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent
- Folded only when fully dry
- Pool towels rinsed well

Large items take 48 to 72 hours. Prices are the same across Dubai, and the driver collects from your DIFC door at no charge.
What the price of each item includes
One price per item covers pickup, washing, drying, folding and delivery. Our duvet and comforter laundering is handled in big drums, so it has room to move and rinse.
- Checked first: we look at seams, corners and the marks you tell us about.
- Plenty of room: a king duvet in a drum that is too small only gets clean on the outside.
- Mild detergent: biodegradable and hypoallergenic, and you sleep on it all night.
- Dried through: a duvet can feel dry outside and be damp in the middle. We check the middle by hand.
- Packed dry: nothing is returned with a damp corner.
A duvet cover is AED 31 on top. We take it off and wash it in its own load.
Booking a bedding pickup
Message us your DIFC building and flat, and list what is going, such as 2 duvets, 4 sheets and 6 towels. We confirm a time in the same chat.
- Bag it up: use a large bag or pillowcase for the lot.
- Say the size: single, double, king or super king.
- Hand it over: leave it by your door or at the front desk if there is one.
Duvets, comforters, blankets and bedcovers
Bulky item washing is where a laundry service earns its keep. Duvets, comforters, blankets and bedcovers all need a big drum and a long dry.
- Duvets: AED 56 each, any size.
- Blankets: AED 26 for a standard one. Bigger sizes cost more.
- Bedcovers: AED 29 each.
Allow 48 to 72 hours for these. They are thick, and we do not rush the drying.
Sheets, pillowcases, pillows and protectors
Small bedding items are quick to wash and make a big difference when they are fresh.
- Sheets: AED 25 each. Fitted or flat, they return folded flat.
- Pillowcases: AED 9 each. Your face rests on them every night.
- Pillows: AED 19 each. We wash and dry them until the filling is light again.
- Mattress protectors: AED 35 each. They are washed on a cooler setting to protect the backing.
If you change your sheets every week, the Essential plan gives you a fixed collection day.
A towel laundry service for pool and gym towels
Towels from a pool or gym are heavy when wet and smell quickly. Index Tower has a pool and a gym in its sky lobby, so towels there get used hard. Send them in and they come back soft and fresh.
- Towels: AED 7 each, bath or pool.
- Bathrobes: AED 19 each.
- Sofa covers: AED 46 for a regular cover, if it unzips.
- Table cloths: AED 19 each.
Chlorine fades bright colours over time, so rinse swimwear and towels after a swim and do not leave them damp in a bag.
What to leave out of the bedding bag
A few things are better sent under another service, or not at all.
- Silk or embroidered throws: these need dry cleaning.
- Anything with a heavy stain: tell us first so we can plan the treatment.
- Dry clean only labels: check the label first, and if it says dry clean only, book it under Clean & Press.
When in doubt, send a photo of the label in the chat.
Why a duvet needs 2 to 3 days
A duvet holds a lot of water, and the filling traps it in the middle. Drying it quickly on high heat damages the filling.
- Slow drying: low heat, with time to fluff it up again.
- Hand check: we feel the centre before packing it.
That is why bulky items take 2 to 3 days while sheets and towels are quicker.
DIFC and the areas next to it
We collect bedding and towels from every building in DIFC. The same driver also serves the neighbourhoods around it.
- Downtown Dubai: one metro stop south of Financial Centre.
- Zabeel: a residential area with a large park.
- Business Bay: beside the Dubai Water Canal.
Tell us your building and flat number on WhatsApp.
Pick how often you wash
- One-off bag
One bag, any time
Book a single bag when your basket is full. There is nothing to sign and nothing to renew.
- Essential plan
One bag every week
The Essential plan collects one bag a week on a day you choose. You get four bags a month on a single bill, which works well for one person or a couple.
- Family plan
Two bags every week
The Family plan collects two bags every week, which is eight a month. It is built for larger households with school uniforms, sports kit and a lot of towels.
Why DIFC homes pick LPlaundry
What piles up in DIFC flats
Living in a DIFC tower is convenient, but the laundry still builds up between weekends. Gym kit, work shirts and bedding are the three things that pile up most, so here is how we handle each one.
-
Each item looked at by hand
We read the care label and check pockets, seams and stains on every piece before it goes in a machine.
-
Mild detergent
A biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent rinses out well and leaves almost no scent.
-
Traditional wear, handled daily
Kanduras, abayas and ghutras are routine for us. We treat collars, cuffs and hems by hand, then steam them.
-
Dried on low heat
Low heat protects waistbands, elastic and fitted shirts. Clothes dry slowly, but they last longer and keep their size.
-
Your own machine
Your laundry gets a machine to itself. It is never washed together with another household's clothes.
-
Machines sanitised
The drum is sanitised after every cycle, so the next load starts clean. This includes contactless pickup and delivery.

DIFC laundry, questions answered
What do I get from a laundry service in DIFC?
Our doorstep laundry pickup is free, and so is the return. Message us your building and flat number on WhatsApp, with the time you want. Everyday clothes go in a bag to be washed and folded. Shirts and kanduras are steamed by hand and returned on hangers. You do not need an app.
- A bag has one fixed price; hung pieces are priced one by one
- Your laundry has a machine to itself
- Clean clothes that only need steaming can go under Pressing
Is there a laundry service near me around Gate Avenue and Financial Centre station?
Yes, we collect from any building in DIFC. Message us your building name, flat number and a time. DIFC has over 100 cafes and restaurants, so you may be out when we call. In that case, leave the bag with the front desk, if your building has one, and tell us.
- A location pin helps the driver find your tower
- You can book for a time after work or the gym
- One message books it, with no form to fill in
Is same-day laundry possible in DIFC?
Yes, if your address is covered. Our express laundry delivery takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM. That is our same-day laundry service. Without express, you get a next-day laundry service, with most orders back within 24 hours across Dubai.
- Send your building name and we check express first
- Thick bedding such as a duvet needs 48 to 72 hours
- Delicate fabrics can take longer, and we tell you why
What does a bag cost in DIFC, and is there a minimum order?
A 6kg bag costs AED 65 in every DIFC building. That price covers washing, drying and folding. The minimum order is AED 50. Pickup and delivery do not add anything. If you send only a few items and come in under it, we still collect them for a small fee.
- A 12kg bag has its own fixed price, shown in the price cards
- Shirts, kanduras and abayas are priced one at a time
- Every price is in the cards higher up the page
Do you collect from every tower in DIFC?
Yes. Standard pickup covers all of DIFC, including the towers along Sheikh Zayed Road and the buildings near Gate Avenue. Tell us the building name and your flat number. You do not need to tell us the floor, because the driver collects from the door or the front desk.
- A pin helps if your building has several entrances
- Neighbouring areas are covered by the same driver
- Leave the bag at the door, not on the stairs
Where do work shirts, kanduras and abayas from DIFC go?
They go to Clean & Press. Each piece is checked, cleaned for its fabric, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. Priced one at a time, a shirt is AED 18 and a kandura is AED 15. Everything else is in the price table on this page.
- White pieces are never washed with colours
- Back on hangers, or folded if you ask
- A trouser crease only if you want one
Do you also dry clean clothes from DIFC?
Yes. Suits, silk, evening wear and wedding outfits are dry cleaned, and we collect them with your wash bag in the same visit. Tell us in the chat if a piece says dry clean only, and we will send it the right way, not through the machine.
- Evening and party outfits usually go here
- One pickup covers both bags
- Unsure? Send a photo of the label
How should I send sweaty gym kit from a DIFC tower?
Bag it soon after the workout, not overnight. Damp sports kit starts to smell quickly in Dubai's summer heat. Index Tower, for one, has a gym and a pool, so this comes up often. We wash sports kit on a gentle cycle so leggings keep their stretch.
- Trainers go to Shoe care, not into the wash bag
- Mention any grass or mud marks in the chat
- Hang wet swimwear to drip first, then bag it
Can you wash bedding and towels from a DIFC apartment?
Yes, under Bed & Bath. Duvets, sheets, pillows and towels are washed in large machines and dried right through. Our bed linen wash and fold and duvet and comforter laundering are priced per item, and the driver collects from your DIFC door at no charge.
- Fitted sheets come back folded flat
- Thick bedding is ready in 48 to 72 hours
- Towels from the pool can share the bag
Is my DIFC laundry washed with other people's?
No. Every customer's laundry has a machine to itself, and the drum is sanitised after the cycle. Nothing from another household goes in with yours, and the drum is checked before your load starts. The detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, so it leaves almost no scent behind on your clothes.
- The drum is cleaned between customers
- No strong perfume left on clothes
- The same standard in every DIFC building
