Every bag from a hotel gets the same care, from a handful of T-shirts to a full 6kg load. A small bag is handled exactly like a full one.

• Checked and sorted: we empty the bag, read the care labels and split whites, colours and darks.
• Marks treated first: we work on each stain by hand before any heat can fix it in.
• A mild wash: biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, rinsed well.
• Low-heat drying: cotton keeps its size and sportswear keeps its shape.
• Folded by hand: each piece is folded flat and packed to go straight into your case.

You do not need to count anything. A few habits make the wash better.

• Empty the pockets of receipts, cards and room keys.
• Put gym kit in a separate carrier bag so it does not sour the rest on the way down.

Close the bag and hand it over. Our driver checks the items with you at the lobby, so mention anything special then.

1. Send us the hotel name and a handover time.
2. The driver waits at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.
3. You go through the items together.
4. A payment link arrives by text. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.

The lobby never sees cash or card details. Delivery is released once you have paid, and the whole thing is contactless pickup and delivery.

A few things do better under another service, and we will tell you which one.

• Silk, beaded or very delicate outfits: book these under Clean & Press.
• Trainers and leather shoes: Shoe care looks after these.
• Handbags: Bag care is the right place for them.

Clothes that spent days in a suitcase need a careful look. Here is what we do.

• Creased shirts and tops are washed on a gentle setting so they do not crumple further.
• Sweaty gym kit is kept apart from your good shirts, so smells do not move across.
• Dark jeans and light cottons are washed apart, so a new pair of jeans does not stain a white top.
• Socks and underwear go in with the everyday load and come back fresh.
• Everything is dried on low heat, so a wardrobe of mixed fabrics returns the right size.

Most of Dubai gets bags back in 24 hours: give us one today and expect it tomorrow. We call that our next-day laundry service, and express handles anything urgent.

• Standard: usually 24 hours, longer for delicates.
• Express: for one or two pieces booked before 2 PM, with a 5-hour return where we cover the address. It is a same-day laundry service for items that cannot wait.

Two plans suit longer stays. Essential sends one bag a week, billed monthly, for AED 250. Family sends two bags a week for AED 450.

• Set pickup day: the driver arrives on the same day each week.
• One bill a month instead of paying bag by bag.

On a short trip, one bag is simpler, and you can switch to a plan later by messaging us.

You pay by the bag, never by the piece. AED 65 covers up to 6kg, and the 12kg bag is AED 120. That keeps a long stay affordable.

• Minimum order: AED 50.
• Pickup and delivery: free.
• A missing or damaged piece: cover reaches 10 times its cleaning price.

One price buys one piece, cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger. That is the laundry price per item.

• Cool-water wash for fabrics that cannot take heat.
• Dried in filtered air.
• Steamed by hand to take out creases.

Hangers and breathable bags help each piece keep its shape on the way back.

Shirts come back on hangers with the collar flat and the front smooth. Suits and jackets are shaped on hangers too.

• Not folded: you can hang them straight in the wardrobe.
• Breathable bag: keeps dust off but lets the fabric rest.

Tell us in the chat if a shirt needs to be ready for a particular meeting.

A suit that spent the flight folded in a case needs more than a quick press. Book it before 2 PM and request express suit pressing if the next meeting is close.

• Two-piece suit: jacket and trousers share one price.
• Single jackets: priced on their own.
• Ties: can go in with the order.

We read the care label first and tell you if the fabric needs anything special.

Evening dresses, blouses and skirts have their own prices in the table. Tell us about any marks when you book.

Many guests visit Dubai for family events, weddings or business lunches, and traditional wear is part of that.

• Kandura or thobe: cleaned, steamed and returned on a hanger.
• Ghutra or gathra: pressed with care to keep its shape.
• Abaya: a basic abaya and a delicate one are priced differently, so say which you have.
• Jalabiya and kurta: each has its own row in the table.

A shayla has no price row. Ask in the chat and we will quote it.

A noon meeting, or dinner tonight? Request express before 2 PM. If we cover the address, one or two pieces return in 5 hours.

Each piece shows its price here. After the driver has looked over your items at the lobby, a payment link is texted to you. Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, but never cash.

• Lost or damaged: cover is up to 10 times that item's cleaning price.
• Already damaged, or no care label: the owner's risk.

Delivery goes out after payment.
