Trade Centre pays the same as the rest of Dubai. For shirts or kanduras on hangers, book Clean & Press for those pieces.
What goes in the bag
Think of the wash and fold bag as the home for your everyday clothes. In a Trade Centre flat that usually means work clothes, weekend clothes and gym kit. Here is what fits well:
- T-shirts and tops in cotton or jersey, everyday and sports ones alike.
- Jeans, chinos and shorts that you are happy to have folded, not pressed.
- Gym and pool kit, leggings, sports socks and swimwear after a rinse.
- Underwear and socks, sorted and folded in pairs.
- Loungewear and pyjamas, washed and folded so they are ready to put away.
Shirts for the office or a stand at the exhibition halls look better on hangers. Send those through Clean & Press so they come back pressed.
How your bag is washed
Every bag from Trade Centre is opened, checked and washed in a machine of its own. This is what happens to it:
- Pockets emptied. We take out cards, coins and receipts and send them back with your clothes.
- Sorted by colour. Whites, lights and darks are washed apart so nothing runs.
- Marks treated. Stains are treated by hand before the main wash.
- Low-heat drying. Clothes are dried gently so cotton does not shrink and stretch fabric keeps its shape.
Each piece is then folded by hand, stacked by type and packed in a clean bag. Socks are paired, and anything we found in a pocket goes back in with your clothes.
Which bag size to choose
There are two bag sizes, and the price is set by the size, not by the number of items. Here is a rough guide for a Trade Centre household:
- 6kg bag. About a week of clothes for one person, including a couple of gym sessions.
- 12kg bag. About a week for two people, or one person after a long trip.
- Heavy items. Jeans and hoodies are heavy, so they fill a bag faster than T-shirts.
- Too much for one bag? Book two bags, or move up to the larger size.
- Not sure? Send us a photo of the pile on WhatsApp and we will suggest a size.
If your bag is a little over, we will let you know before we wash it.
What to leave out of it
Some things need a different process from everyday washing. Please keep these out of the wash and fold bag:
- Silk, lace and wool need a gentler process, so send them as dry cleaning.
- Duvets, pillows and big blankets are too bulky and go through Bed & Bath.
- Suits and formal shirts are best on hangers through Clean & Press.
Not sure about one piece? Photograph the label, send it on WhatsApp before packing, and we'll say where that piece should go.
Packing your bag in a Trade Centre tower
Most homes in Trade Centre are in tall buildings along Sheikh Zayed Road, so a little planning makes the handover easy. A few tips from our drivers:
- Write your building and flat number on a note inside the bag and in the WhatsApp booking.
- Tell us the building name, for example the Jumeirah Living residence or your tower, and which side of Sheikh Zayed Road it is on.
- Use the desk if you have one. If your building has a reception or security desk, you can leave the bag there.
- Empty the pockets. Exhibition badges, pens and cards often get left in jackets.
- Close the bag properly so nothing falls out on the way.
If you will be out at a show all day, tell us and we will agree the best place to leave it.
Drying in Dubai's humid air
Drying clothes at home in Trade Centre is harder than it sounds. Summer humidity in Dubai often goes above 90%, so washing hung indoors stays damp and can start to smell. There is also the balcony to think about:
- Dubai's balcony rules do not allow laundry to be hung where it can be seen from outside.
- Indoor racks take up space in a flat and dry slowly.
- Our dryers use low heat and dry everything through, so it comes back fresh.
Sending a bag out saves the space and the wait.
Weekly plans for Trade Centre homes
If you live in Trade Centre all year and send laundry every week, a monthly plan keeps things simple. You pay once a month and we collect on a set day:
- Essential plan, AED 250 a month. One 6kg bag collected every week.
- Family plan, AED 450 a month. Two bags collected every week.
- One-off bag, AED 65. For when you only need us now and then.
Plans suit people who live in Trade Centre, not just visit. You can change your plan or your pickup day by sending us a WhatsApp message, and bigger items such as bedding can still be added when you need them.
When your bag comes back
Our standard is a next-day laundry service: book today and, in most parts of Dubai, the clothes are home inside 24 hours. Here is how timing works in Trade Centre:
- Slots every day. Choose 10 am to 2 pm, 2 to 6 pm or 6 to 10 pm.
- Same-day pickup. Book in the morning and we can collect the same day.
- Express. Booked before 2 PM, it returns in 5 hours where we cover the address.
- Check first. Send your building name on WhatsApp to see if express reaches you.
The driver sends a message before arriving.
Clean & Press in Trade Centre, on hangers
Clean & Press is for the clothes you want back looking sharp. We clean every piece from your Trade Centre home the way its label allows, press it by hand and send it back on a hanger. A shirt costs AED 18. A kandura is AED 15. Suits, dresses and abayas have their own prices below.

What each price covers
The price of each piece covers the whole job, from collection in Trade Centre to delivery back to you:
- Cleaning on the process the care label asks for.
- Pressing by hand with steam, so seams and collars sit right.
- A final check for marks and loose buttons before packing.
- Hangers and a cover, plus free pickup and delivery.
There is nothing extra to pay for a tower address in Trade Centre.
Work clothes for the office or exhibition
Trade Centre is full of offices, and the exhibition halls bring in people who need fresh shirts every day. Clean & Press helps with both:
- Shirts and blouses come back on hangers, ready for the next day.
- Suits are cleaned and pressed together so the jacket and trousers match.
- Trousers and skirts are pressed with care, with a crease if you ask for one.
Book in the morning slot and plan your week of shows around it.
Kanduras, abayas and ghutras
Traditional clothes are cleaned one by one and pressed by hand. Each type has its own row in the price list:
- Kandura. Cleaned and steamed long, AED 15 each.
- Abaya. The basic row is for plain fabric; the delicate row is for beading or lace.
- Ghutra. Pressed flat so the fold sits well.
- Jalabiya and kurta. Checked for embroidery, then cleaned and pressed.
- Shayla. There is no price row yet, so ask in the chat.
Everything comes back to your Trade Centre door on hangers.
Already clean, just creased?
If your clothes are clean but crumpled from a suitcase, you don't need a full clean. Put everyday clothes in wash and fold, or book pressing only for shirts and kanduras that only need a press.
How we handle each piece in Trade Centre
Each piece collected in Trade Centre goes through the same steps. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is mixed with another customer's order:
- Label check. We read the care label and choose the process it allows.
- Stain check. Marks on collars, cuffs and fronts are treated by hand first.
- Cleaning. Washed cool or dry cleaned, depending on the fabric.
- Pressing. Steamed and pressed by hand, one piece at a time.
- Packing. Hung up and covered so it travels back without creasing.
If anything needs extra time, such as a delicate fabric or a stubborn mark, we tell you before we start. You decide what happens next, and nothing is cleaned in a way the label does not allow.
Hangers or folded
Clean & Press pieces always come back on hangers. That is the point of the service: they are ready to hang straight in your wardrobe.
- Shirts and suits stay on hangers with a cover.
- Kanduras and abayas hang at full length so they don't crease.
- Folded instead? Wash and fold returns folded clothes.
If you are packing for a flight after a show, tell us and we can fold shirts instead.
Stains on good clothes
A mark on a good shirt or a kandura is best treated soon. Tell us what caused it, because coffee, oil and make-up each need a different treatment.
- Send a photo on WhatsApp if you are worried about a stain.
- Don't rub it hard at home, as that can spread it into the fabric.
We will tell you honestly what to expect.
When pressed clothes come back
Most Clean & Press orders come back to Trade Centre within 24 hours, the same as wash and fold. A few things change the timing:
- Delicate pieces such as silk or beaded abayas have no fixed time. We confirm it at pickup.
- Express pieces return in 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, if your address is in the express area.
- Big orders before an event or a trade show are best booked early.
- Ask first if you need something back by a set time.
We will always tell you the return time when we collect.
Bed & Bath in Trade Centre, sheets to duvets
Bed & Bath covers the big things in a Trade Centre home: sheets, towels, duvets and pillows. Use it when you need bed linen wash and fold, or a towel laundry service for bath and pool towels. A sheet costs AED 25, a towel AED 7 and a duvet AED 56. We collect them free from your building and bring them back washed, dried right through and folded, ready to use.

- Sheets folded flat, ready to use
- Towels washed hot and soft
- Duvets and pillows dried right through the filling
- Biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent
- Bulky bedding in 48-72 hours
- Free Trade Centre pickup

| Bed throw | AED 29 |
| Normal blanketBigger sizes cost more | AED 26 |
| Bath or pool towel | AED 7 |
| Robe | AED 19 |
| Sofa cover, regular sizeWashed gently | AED 46 |
Duvets and comforters need 48 to 72 hours. Trade Centre pays the same as anywhere in Dubai, and pickup from your building is free.
Duvets and comforters, properly washed
Duvet and comforter laundering is hard to do at home. A duvet is too big for most apartment machines, and the filling needs a long, steady dry. This is how we handle bedding from Trade Centre:
- Washed whole in a large machine with room to move.
- Dried right through, so no damp stays inside the filling.
- Covers washed separately. A duvet cover is AED 31.
- Folded and bagged for the trip back.
- Back in 48 to 72 hours, because bulky pieces take longer.
Plan the swap a few days ahead and use a spare set in the meantime. If you only have one duvet, tell us, and we will suggest the best day to send it so you are not left without one.
Linen for guests
If friends or family come to stay in your Trade Centre flat for an exhibition week, the linen piles up fast. We can help before and after they arrive:
- Book before they come so the spare bed is ready.
- Send everything after, sheets and towels together.
- Tell us the date you need it back.
Sheets and towels come back within 24 hours across most of Dubai.
Duvets, comforters, blankets and bedcovers
This is our bulky item washing, for the pieces that need a big machine and a long dry:
- Duvet, AED 56, any size.
- Blanket, AED 26 for a standard size.
- Bedcover, AED 29 each.
All of them take 48 to 72 hours to come back to Trade Centre, because a thick filling needs a long, steady dry. We would rather take the time than send it back damp.
Sheets, pillows and protectors
Clean sheets every week make a big difference in Dubai's heat. Each item has its own price, so you only pay for what you send:
- Sheet, flat or fitted, AED 25.
- Pillowcase, AED 9.
- Pillow, AED 19, washed and dried through.
- Mattress protector, AED 35.
Sheets come back folded flat, so they fit straight into a cupboard in your Trade Centre flat. If you change the bed on a set day each week, book the pickup for the same day and the clean set comes back before you need it again.
Towels, robes and other things for the home
Pool towels from a rooftop pool, gym towels and bath towels all need a hot wash. We also take a few other pieces from around the home:
- Towel, AED 7 each, bath or pool size.
- Bathrobe, AED 19, washed and dried soft.
- Sofa cover, AED 46 for a regular size.
- Tablecloth, AED 19, after a dinner at home.
Everything is dried right through before it comes back to Trade Centre, so nothing goes in the cupboard damp. Towels are washed hot and come back soft, not stiff. If you have a lot of pool towels after a busy weekend, send them together in one pickup.
How often to send bedding in Dubai
In a hot, humid city, bedding needs washing more often than in a cool one. A simple routine that works well:
- Sheets and pillowcases once a week.
- Towels after three or four uses.
- Duvets and pillows every few months.
You can book sheets and towels each week, and add the bulky pieces when you need to. Just list them in the chat.
Can bedding go in the wash and fold bag?
Bedding and towels are priced by the piece under Bed & Bath, not by the bag. That way each piece is washed on the right setting.
- Duvets and pillows always go through Bed & Bath.
- Sheets and towels are listed here too, with a price for each.
Ask in the chat if you are not sure where something belongs.
Getting bulky bedding to the driver
A duvet is big, so pack it well before pickup from your Trade Centre building:
- Use a large bag or the bag it came in.
- Leave it at the door, or at the reception desk if your building has one.
- Tell us how many pieces so the driver brings enough room.
The driver collects it from there.

Why Trade Centre chooses LPlaundry
What fills a Trade Centre laundry basket
Trade Centre has apartment towers, serviced flats and a busy exhibition centre. You might live here all year, or be in Dubai for a week of trade shows. Either way, the washing still builds up.
-
Checked by hand first
We empty pockets, read care labels and look for marks before anything from your Trade Centre home is washed.
-
Mild detergent
Kind to skin and fabric: hypoallergenic, and it breaks down after use.
-
Traditional wear, pressed properly
Kanduras, abayas and ghutras are cleaned one by one, pressed by hand and brought back to you on hangers.
-
Dried on low heat
Low heat stops cotton shrinking and keeps stretch fabrics in shape, and everything is dried right through.
-
Your own machine
Each Trade Centre order gets a machine to itself. Nobody else's clothes share it.
-
Contactless handover
Contactless pickup and delivery is simple here: leave the bag at your door or your building's desk if it has one.

Trade Centre laundry, answered
What does a laundry service in Trade Centre include?
It covers pickup, washing, folding or pressing, and delivery. We offer doorstep laundry pickup from apartments and serviced flats in Trade Centre 1 and Trade Centre 2. Everyday clothes go in a wash and fold bag. Shirts, suits and kanduras are cleaned and pressed. Bedding and towels are priced by the piece.
- Wash and fold, Clean & Press, and Bed & Bath, all collected free
- Booked on WhatsApp, with no app
- Home inside 24 hours in most of Dubai
Is there a laundry service near me by World Trade Centre metro station?
Yes, we collect from buildings all around the station. World Trade Centre station is on the Red Line, between Max and Emirates Towers. We don't run a shop there. A driver comes to your building at the time you choose and brings your clothes back to the same place.
- The station sits on the Red Line in Trade Centre 2
- Emirates Towers station is the next stop to the south
- Pickup and delivery to your building are both free
Can my Trade Centre laundry come back today?
Yes, if you book before 2 PM and express covers your address. Our express laundry delivery brings clothes back in 5 hours, so it works as a same-day laundry service. Send your building name on WhatsApp first to check. Otherwise our next-day laundry service has them home within 24 hours.
- Express in 5 hours when booked before 2 PM
- Send your building name on WhatsApp to check express coverage
- Same-day pickup is possible in all three daily slots
How much does a laundry bag cost in Trade Centre, and is there a minimum?
A bag of everyday clothes up to 6kg costs AED 65. You pay that for the wash, the dry and the folding, and pickup and delivery in Trade Centre cost nothing. The minimum order is AED 50. If your order is smaller, we can still take it, and a small fee is added.
- The same prices apply in Trade Centre as everywhere else in Dubai
- A 12kg bag is there for bigger loads
- Monthly plans cost less per bag than one-off bags
I'm in Trade Centre for an exhibition. Can you help?
Yes. Book a pickup on WhatsApp from your flat or serviced apartment in Trade Centre. We can collect in the morning before you head to the halls and bring it back the next day. Shirts can come back pressed and on hangers.
- Book a slot that fits your show hours
- Pressed shirts come back on hangers
- Express is possible where your address is covered
Do you collect office shirts and kanduras in Trade Centre?
Yes, through Clean & Press. A shirt costs AED 18 and a kandura is AED 15. We clean each piece the way its label asks, press it by hand and hang it up for the trip back. Suits, abayas and dresses have their own prices in the list.
- Every piece is pressed by hand
- Returned on hangers with a cover
- Free pickup from your Trade Centre building
Can I leave my bag at the building desk?
Yes, if your building has a reception or security desk. Leave the bag there with your name and flat number on it, and tell us in the booking. The driver collects it from the desk and returns your clean clothes to the same place. Otherwise, we collect from your door.
- Write your name and flat number clearly
- Tell us in the WhatsApp chat
- The door works if there is no desk
What should I write in my Trade Centre address for the driver?
Give the building name, your flat number and the side of Sheikh Zayed Road. Trade Centre has many towers along the road, so the name matters most. A map pin on WhatsApp helps too. If your building has more than one tower, tell us which one.
- Building name and flat number in every booking
- A WhatsApp map pin helps the driver find you
- Say which tower if your building has two
Do you take sheets, towels and duvets from Trade Centre flats?
Yes, through Bed & Bath, our bed linen wash and fold service. We also do duvet and comforter laundering. Each piece has its own price. Sheets and towels come back folded, and bulky pieces such as duvets take 48 to 72 hours.
- Priced by the piece
- Duvets and pillows dried right through the filling
- Free pickup from your Trade Centre home
Is my laundry washed with anyone else's?
No, never. Every Trade Centre order goes into a machine of its own, and machines are sanitised after every cycle. We use commercial-grade detergent that is also hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Your clothes stay with your order from pickup until they come back to your door.
- One customer per machine
- Machines sanitised every cycle
- Detergent that is gentle on skin
