Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Rove Trade Centre
LPlaundry picks up laundry from guests at Rove Trade Centre, and pickup and delivery are free. A 6kg bag of everyday clothes is washed and folded for AED 65. Shirts come back on hangers for AED 18 each and kanduras for AED 15. Most orders return within 24 hours. LPlaundry is independent and is not part of the hotel.

Paid, then delivered
A secure payment link is texted to you after the driver checks your items. Once you pay, your clothes go out and return to Rove Trade Centre, usually within 24 hours.

A budget-friendly wash and fold for a week of travel clothes. One flat-rate laundry bag up to 6kg costs AED 65, whatever is inside. We wash, dry and fold it, and collect and return it at the hotel for free. Most bags are back in 24 hours.

What goes in a bag
A bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes, and the price is the same whether that is ten tees or twenty small pieces. It is a good fit for a stay of a few days to a week.

How the price works
You pay for the bag, not for each piece. A bag up to 6kg is AED 65, and a big bag up to 12kg is AED 120.
If you are travelling with a partner or staying for a long trip, the big bag is usually the cheaper way to go. There is no extra charge for pickup, delivery or express.

Sorting and washing
When your bag reaches us, the clothes are sorted by colour. Whites and lights go in one load, darks in another.
Your load is washed in a machine of its own with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent, and the drum is cleaned after every cycle. Nothing is mixed with another customer's clothes.

Drying and folding
Your clothes are dried on low heat so cotton does not shrink and gym kit keeps its stretch. Then each piece is folded neatly and packed for the trip back to Rove Trade Centre.
If you need to pack for a flight straight away, the folded clothes go into a suitcase without extra work.
Stains and delicate pieces
Tell us about stains when you book. A mark from a meal or a coffee is treated by hand before the wash, and fresh ones come out much better.
Stretch fabrics are washed cool. Anything with sequins or special trims is better sent to dry cleaning, and we will let you know if something in your bag should be moved.

Turnaround and express
Most bags come back within 24 hours. If you leave tomorrow, book early and tell us your flight time.
Urgent pieces can be ready in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no extra fee for express. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm if it works for Rove Trade Centre.
Monthly plans
For a longer stay, a monthly plan can work out cheaper than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, and the Family plan is AED 450 a month for eight bags.
A single bag up to 6kg is still AED 65 if you only need us once. Pickup and delivery are free either way.

Message us on WhatsApp with your hotel and a time. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and checks the items with you.
You pay by a secure link we text you after that check. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and no cash or cards change hands in the lobby. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

Guest dry cleaning for the pieces that need to look right: shirts, suits, dresses, kanduras and abayas. A shirt costs AED 18 and a kandura AED 15. Everything is checked by hand, steamed and returned on a hanger. Pickup and delivery at Rove Trade Centre are free.

Shirts and suits
For a meeting, bring a shirt and a suit and we clean and press them together so they match. Shirts cost AED 18 each, and they come back on hangers.
If you want the suit back by the same evening, book before 2 PM and ask for express. Your address must be covered, and there is no extra fee.

Kanduras, abayas and ghutras
Traditional wear is priced by the piece. A kandura is AED 15, and abayas are basic or delicate depending on the fabric.
Tell us about beads or embroidery, and we use the right method. Each piece is steamed by hand and returned on a hanger.
Evening dresses, blouses and coats
A dress for a wedding or a gala is cleaned one piece at a time, never in a mixed load. We steam it by hand and send it back on a hanger.
Silk blouses and fine fabrics get the same care. Say if there is a sequin, a bead or a stain, so we can plan the cleaning before it starts.

When another service fits better
If your clothes are only creased and already clean, choose pressing only. For a big bag of everyday wear, wash and fold is the better price. Shoes, bags and soft toys have their own services, which you can ask about on WhatsApp.
Before a meeting or event
Pack the shirt and suit in your suitcase, and by the time you reach Rove Trade Centre they are often creased. Send them to us on the first day and they come back fresh.
If you have a meeting at the World Trade Centre or a dinner at the hotel, tell us the time. We plan the pickup so they are ready when you need them.

Hangers and covers
Your pieces come back on hangers, in breathable covers with no plastic. They are ready to go straight into the room wardrobe or your garment bag for the flight home.
What we check first
Before cleaning, we look at each piece, check the care label and note any marks or damage. If a piece has no care label, or is already damaged, we clean it at your own risk. We tell you if we think a piece should not be cleaned.
Lost or damaged items
If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to ten times the cleaning price of that item. Pieces that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
The driver checks your items at pickup, so you can see what was handed over. Keep the WhatsApp chat in case you need to refer to it.

Yes. A kandura costs AED 15, and abayas are priced as basic or delicate. Each piece is cleaned, pressed by hand and returned on a hanger. Tell us if there is beading or fine embroidery so the right method is used.

What if an item is lost or damaged?
We cover loss or damage up to ten times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk. The driver checks your items at pickup so you know what was handed over.
