Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Conrad Dubai

Put in what you would normally wash at home: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear. The bag holds up to 6kg, which is about a week of clothes for one person, and you do not need to count the pieces.

Shirts and suits for a meeting do better in clean and press, because they come back on hangers. If you are unsure where a piece belongs, ask on WhatsApp before the driver arrives and we will tell you which service suits it.

Each bag is sorted by colour and fabric, then washed with commercial-grade detergent that is biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Stains are treated by hand before the wash, so tell us what caused a mark if you remember. A coffee spill and a deodorant stain need different treatment.

Every machine is sanitised between loads, and your bag is washed on its own. Most travel clothes are happier at a lower temperature, so nothing is rushed through a hot cycle just to save time.

Whites and darks always stay apart, so a new dark T-shirt cannot colour your white socks.

After the wash, clothes are dried on low heat. That is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics, and it stops T-shirts shrinking in the dryer. Anything that should not go in a dryer is dried flat instead.

Then each piece is folded by hand. Shirts, T-shirts and trousers are laid flat so they stack neatly, and socks and underwear are folded together so nothing gets lost at the bottom of the bag.

If you have an early flight, tell us when you book and we will plan the timing around it.

Most bags return within 24 hours, so a bag handed over in the morning is usually back the next day. We run this as a next-day laundry service for hotel guests.

If you need it faster, ask about express. Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. Message us on WhatsApp first, so we can tell you whether Conrad Dubai is covered that day.

Delicate pieces may need a little longer, and we will tell you before we start.

Message us on WhatsApp and choose a time. The driver then meets you in the Conrad Dubai lobby. The concierge desk can take the bag instead only if the hotel allows outside bags, and we cannot promise that, so please ask the front desk.

• You can hand over the bag without anyone coming to your room.
• If you prefer, the handover can be contactless.

When the bag is ready, it comes back to the same place at the time you agreed. If your plans change, message us and we will move the time. It also helps to tell the front desk that a driver is coming, so they can point them to you.

Nobody asks for payment in the lobby. When the driver has been through your items, a secure payment link arrives by text.

It accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank cards. Your clothes are sent out for delivery once the link has been paid. There is no cash and no card machine, so reception never gets involved.

If anything looks different from what you expected, message us before you pay and we will sort it out.

A single bag is AED 65, and that is what most guests book. For a stay of a month or longer, a plan may suit you better.

• Essential is one bag every week, billed monthly at AED 250.
• Family is two bags every week, billed monthly at AED 450.

Plans suit long business trips, relocations and families who are settling in. Ask us on WhatsApp which one fits your stay, and we can change it later if your plans change. Pickup and delivery stay free, and a plan is billed once a month instead of for each bag.

Every bag is handled carefully, but accidents can happen. If we lose or damage an item, we pay up to 10 times what we charge to clean it.

Anything that reaches us already damaged, or without a care label, is cleaned entirely at the owner's risk. The driver looks through your items at pickup and notes any marks first.

See a problem on return? Message us on WhatsApp that day and keep the item to hand, so we can check it properly with you.

Each price is for one item, cleaned and pressed together. Nothing is added for pickup or delivery.

Your piece is checked at pickup, cleaned in the way its fabric needs, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. Shirts, trousers, skirts, suits and dresses are all priced separately, so you only pay for what you send.

Heading to a meeting or conference at the Trade Centre? Hand over your shirts and suit in the lobby and we bring them back on hangers, cleaned and pressed.

Message us the day before, so there is time to do them properly before you need to wear them. A suit goes out as two pieces, jacket and trousers, and comes back together on a hanger.

A single shirt works fine too.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed piece by piece. A kandura or thobe has its own price, and so do a ghutra, a jalabiya and a kurta.

Abayas are priced as basic or delicate. If yours has embroidery or a fine fabric, tell us when you book and we will choose the right one.

The driver meets you in the Conrad Dubai lobby, or at the concierge desk where the hotel permits. Pieces for clean and press go on hangers, so they are not crushed on the way.

When they come back, they are still on hangers, ready to go straight into the wardrobe in your room or into a garment bag for the flight.

Tell us the time you need them, and we will plan the return around your day. If your meeting moves, just message us and we will move the handover too.

First the driver goes through your items. Then a secure payment link is texted to you, and you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a bank card.

Nobody pays in the lobby. Delivery starts once the link is paid. If the list does not look right, message us before paying.

Silk, beaded dresses and other fine pieces take longer, and how long depends on the piece. We give you the time at pickup. Tell us your deadline when you book and we will say honestly whether it works. Everything else is normally ready in 24 hours.

Should we lose or damage a piece, we compensate up to 10 times its cleaning price.
