On a long stay the washing builds up fast, and one bag keeps it in one place. Suits and silk, or anything marked dry clean only, belong with Clean & Press instead. If you are not sure where a piece belongs, ask us in the chat before the driver arrives.

We sort each bag by colour and fabric first. The wash uses a hypoallergenic, biodegradable detergent, with whites in one load and darks in another, so nothing picks up another piece's colour.

Most bags are ready and delivered within 24 hours, which is our standard next-day laundry service. The clock starts at pickup, so a bag collected in the morning is normally back the following day.

The smaller bag takes 6kg and is AED 65. The larger one takes 12kg and is AED 120. These flat-rate laundry bags save you from counting socks and T-shirts.

Pick the 12kg bag for a longer stay or two people sharing a room, and the 6kg bag for a short business trip. Either way you know the price before the driver comes.

Tell us about any stain and what caused it. Red wine, coffee, sunscreen and ink all behave differently, so the cause helps. We work on it by hand before washing. Not every old mark will lift, and we say so honestly.

The driver checks your items at pickup, then a secure link arrives by text. Pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is nothing to pay at the lobby desk, and your order is released for delivery when the link is paid.

If we lose or damage a piece, you get back up to 10 times what that item costs to clean. A piece that was damaged before we got it, or has no care label, is cleaned at your own risk.

Each price is for a single piece that is cleaned and then pressed by steam. The piece comes back on a hanger. The table lists shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, dresses, kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas, kurtas and winter coats. If an item is not on the table, ask us in the chat and we will tell you the price before we collect it.

A shirt is washed in cool water, dried in filtered air and steamed by hand. It goes on a hanger, so the collar and sleeves keep their shape.

A shirt that goes in on the morning of a meeting can be ready the same afternoon with express, if you book by 2 PM and your address is covered. Otherwise it is back within 24 hours.

Each piece is checked at pickup by the driver, again before it is cleaned, and a third time before it goes back out.

Stains are noted, and anything unusual about the fabric is written down. If a mark is still there after cleaning, we tell you in the chat rather than leaving you to find it in the wardrobe.

Tell us at pickup if a piece is precious or fragile, and the driver will make a note of it.

Pieces come back on hangers in a breathable bag, so a jacket or dress arrives ready to wear and does not crease in transit.

A two-piece suit is cleaned as a pair, so the colour and texture match. Evening dresses, blouses and coats are cleaned one at a time, and ties can go in with the suit. Tell us the event date, and we will pick the right slot.

Need it the same day? Booked by 2 PM, express gets it back within 5 hours where we cover the address. Standard turnaround is 24 hours, so a suit sent the evening before a conference is normally home by the next evening.

Everything is returned on hangers.

Kanduras cost AED 15. Abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are priced separately in the table. Say whether an abaya is basic or delicate, and mention any beadwork, so the right process is used.

These pieces come back pressed and on hangers, ready for a wedding, a Friday prayer or a business lunch.

Most pieces are ready in 24 hours. Delicate items can take longer, depending on the piece, and we tell you the time at pickup. If you have a delicate piece and a tight deadline, tell us the date and we plan around it.

Once the driver has checked your items, a secure payment link comes by text. Pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is paid in the lobby, and your order is released for delivery when the link is paid.

For loss or damage we pay at most ten times what cleaning that item costs. If it was already damaged, or has no care label, we clean it at the owner's risk.
