Pack whatever you have worn, up to 6kg. Use the 12kg size if the case came with a long trip's worth of clothes. You never need to weigh anything, and the price is the same whether the bag is light or full.

The driver takes the bag at the concierge or lobby of Ritz-Carlton DIFC, where the hotel permits. Back at our laundry the contents are washed, dried and folded by hand, then returned neatly sorted for the wardrobe or the case. Most guests find one bag covers a three or four day stay.

Tops, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, pyjamas and loungewear all go in together. So do swimsuits and the gym kit you have been wearing at the hotel's fitness centre, which is open 24 hours.

Rinse the worst of the chlorine out of swimwear first, since the hotel has indoor and rooftop pools. Leave hotel towels and robes in the room, because they belong to the hotel and are not part of your order.

Good shirts, suits, silk and anything labelled dry clean only belong on the Clean & Press tab, not in the bag. They need a process of their own, and they come back on hangers instead of folded.

If you are unsure about a piece, leave it out and ask us in the chat. We would rather answer a quick question than guess with a favourite garment.

Please also check the pockets for key cards, coins and receipts before you close the bag. We look too, but a quick check from you helps.

Whites, darks and colours are washed in separate loads, so a dark shirt cannot mark a pale one. Your order also gets its own machine, and nobody else's clothes join it.

The detergent is hypoallergenic and biodegradable. Stains get hand treatment before the wash, so tell us what caused a mark if you know. A coffee stain and a make-up stain are not treated the same way, and the cause tells us where to begin.

Machines are sanitised between cycles, so every load goes into a clean drum.

Send us a message once the bag is packed. The driver comes to the concierge or lobby, if the hotel permits, and goes through each item with you.

A secure payment link then reaches your phone by text. Pay with a bank card, or tap through with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody asks for money in the lobby, so the whole exchange stays contactless pickup and delivery.

Everything is dried on a low heat, which is kinder to cotton and keeps T-shirts the size you packed them.

Each piece is then folded by hand and the bag is closed for the trip back. You open it, and the clothes go straight into the wardrobe or the case.

Nothing comes back damp. If a thick item needs longer to dry properly, it gets that time, not a rushed finish. Knits are dried flat in shape where they need it.

The hotel also has 124 serviced executive apartments, so some guests stay a month or longer. For them, a weekly plan saves booking each time. The Essential plan is one bag a week, AED 250 a month. The Family plan is two bags a week, AED 450 a month.

A single bag costs AED 65. Tell us how long you are here and we will say which suits you best. Plans are billed once a month and run on a set day each week, and you can change plan on WhatsApp.

Most bags are home within 24 hours of pickup, which makes this our next-day laundry service. Check-out at the hotel is at 12:00 pm, so book the day before if your flight leaves in the afternoon.

Need it faster? Book before 2 PM and ask for express laundry delivery. A piece can return in 5 hours where we cover the address. We check the hotel address first.

The price covers cleaning, steaming by hand and a hanger. There is no separate fee for pressing, and nothing is added for pickup or delivery.

Give us the shirts and the suit the night before and they come back hanging, ready to put on. If the meeting at Ritz-Carlton DIFC is early, book before 2 PM and ask about express.

The suit has one two-piece price, because jacket and trousers are cleaned together to keep the colour matched. Each shirt has its own price.

It is the quick guest dry cleaning choice on a business trip.

A gala, a wedding or a dinner often means one outfit that has to look right. If your event is in the hotel's Samaya Ballroom, you may have no spare time on the day. Send the dress on a hanger, say if it has beading or sequins, and point out any stain.

We check the label, choose the right process and return the dress on a hanger. Book at least a day before the event, and sooner if the fabric is delicate.

Each is priced on its own list and returned on a hanger. Basic and delicate abayas have separate prices, so tell us which you have. A kandura is never charged at the shirt price.

Before anything is cleaned, we read the care label and check the fabric. A piece that says dry clean only stays on the dry cleaning process and never goes into a wash.

If a piece has no care label, we can still clean it, but it is done at your own risk. The same goes for anything already damaged when we collect it. Tell the driver at handover and it is written on the list.

Every piece is looked at in good light before it is cleaned. Tell us what caused a mark and we treat that spot by hand first, which gives it the best chance of coming out.

A stain that has dried for days is harder to lift, so mention it early. Red wine, coffee and sauce are the usual ones.

When we lose or damage a piece, we cover up to 10 times its cleaning price. That applies to the single piece affected.

The driver notes the condition of each piece at handover, so any mark that was already there is on record.

Pieces generally return a day after pickup. Delicate ones may need longer, depending on the piece, so leave a bit of room for those.

If you need a piece the same day, ask for express laundry delivery. Book before 2 PM and it takes 5 hours, provided we cover your address. Message us first and we will confirm the hotel address.
