We read the care labels first. Your load goes into a machine used for your order only, with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent that is also biodegradable. Nothing from another customer's wash goes in with yours.

Stains are treated by hand before the cycle starts. If you know what caused a mark, say so in the chat or show the driver at handover. Red wine and coffee need a different treatment from oil or sunscreen, so knowing the cause gives the mark a better chance of coming out.

Dryers are set low. That is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics, and it keeps shrinking down. Gym leggings, fitted tops and fine knits hold their shape, and nothing comes back scorched or stiff.

Once a piece is dry, it is folded by hand and packed so it stays neat on the way back to you. You get clothes ready to go straight into a drawer or a suitcase, whichever comes next on your trip. Pack them flat and they'll still look fresh when you open the case at home.

Each colour group has its own wash, so a dark T-shirt can't turn a white one grey. Silk, fine knits and anything with a delicate label are kept away from heavier clothes such as jeans.

If you'd like a piece washed on its own, write it in the booking and we'll make a note. Tell us about any fabric you're unsure of, too, and we'll read its label before it goes in.

Book on WhatsApp or online, and give us the hotel name, your suite number and a time. This is doorstep laundry pickup, adapted to a hotel: the driver collects from the Staybridge Suites DIFC lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it. You hand over the bag and the driver checks the items with you, so you both see what is going.

After that check, a payment link comes by text. Your clothes are delivered back to the lobby or concierge once the payment is made. Contactless pickup and delivery works too, if you'd rather not meet the driver in person. Please keep your phone nearby around the pickup time.

Flying out tonight, or in a meeting tomorrow at eight? Message us by 2 PM and ask for express. In a covered area the order is back within five hours. That works as same-day hotel laundry for a few shirts, and as a same-day laundry service for clothes you need before a flight.

We confirm the time on WhatsApp so you know when to wait at the lobby. If express isn't available at your address, we say so straight away and offer the next slot.

Staying a month or more? The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for four bags, one collected every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags every week. A single bag is AED 65 if you only need it once.

Plans are set up and changed on WhatsApp, and they suit a long project or a relocation. Your pickup day stays the same each week, so you can plan around it.

Staying a few weeks? Book the same pickup time each week and your washing never gets ahead of you. Message us the day before if you want to change it, and we move the driver to suit.

Remember that payment is by the secure link we text after the driver's check, and the cover for loss or damage is in the questions below. If you have a question about a particular piece, send us a message before pickup and we will answer it first.

The price covers the whole item: cleaning, steam pressing and a hanger for the trip back. Collection from the hotel and delivery add nothing, so the table price is what you pay.

Most pieces are priced one by one. A suit counts as two items, jacket and trousers, and has its own line in the table. Check the right row before you book.

We check the care label and the fabric first. Shirts get a wash with a mild detergent and are steamed by hand until they lie flat. Suit jackets are cleaned and shaped, not squashed flat.

Stains are looked at before anything goes into a machine. If you know the cause, tell the driver, because it changes how we treat the mark.

A creased suit before a morning meeting is the usual reason to ask for express suit pressing. Order by 2 PM, and if your address is covered the suit can be back within five hours.

Say what time you need it in the chat. We reply with a pickup time, and the driver collects it from the Staybridge Suites DIFC lobby. If you're due at a meeting in the financial district, tell us where and when, and we'll plan the return around it.

Shirts, suits, blouses and dresses come back on hangers, so you can hang them in your suite wardrobe straight away, with no unpacking and no creases.

Traditional wear is priced by the piece: kandura or thobe, ghutra, basic abaya, plain jalabiya and men's kurta each have a price in the table. Delicate abayas are priced separately, so check the label and choose the right one when you book.

A shayla has no fixed price here. Ask us in the chat and we'll tell you the cost before the driver comes. If you're away for a wedding or an Eid visit, book early so the order is back before the day, and mention the date when you message us.

Standard orders work as a next-day laundry service: collected today, ready in 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer. If a dress or an abaya needs more care, we'll give you its time when we confirm the booking. For an earlier time, ask for express by 2 PM and we'll check your address first.

Tell us what matters in the chat: a dinner tonight, a mark on a cuff, a suit that must be flat by nine. We note it on your order and confirm it back to you.

Empty the pockets, and take out anything you want to keep, such as cards, keys or a pen. Point out stains and tell the driver what caused them. If a suit needs to be ready for a set time, say so in the booking.
