One bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes. That is roughly a week of T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts and gym kit from your trip. You do not need to count anything, so pack it full and the price stays the same.

Anything that should come back on a hanger, such as shirts, suits and traditional wear, goes to Clean & Press. If you are not sure where a piece belongs, say so in the notes and we will sort it when the bag reaches us. A larger 12kg bag is there for longer stays or two people sharing a room. Hotel stays tend to produce a pile all at once, and one bag keeps it simple. Nothing needs sorting before you hand it over, because we do that part.

When your bag reaches us, it is sorted by colour and fabric before a single piece goes in the machine. Lights and darks are washed apart, so a dark pair of jeans never turns a white top grey.

Your clothes go in their own load. They are never mixed with another customer's washing, which matters when you cannot see the machine yourself. Pockets are checked too, so a receipt or a room card holder does not travel through the wash. If you want something kept separate, such as a favourite top, write it in the notes and we wash it alone.

We wash with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent that has only a faint scent. It is a sensible choice if you have sensitive skin or you are travelling with a baby, and it is biodegradable too.

The machines are commercial-grade, so they rinse out thoroughly and nothing sticky is left on the fabric. Everything is dried on a low heat, which helps stop cotton from shrinking. The drums are sanitised after every load, so the machine is clean before your clothes go in.

Fine knits and stretchy fabrics use a gentler programme, so they keep their shape for the rest of the trip.

Your clothes come back folded and clean, ready to go into the suitcase or onto a shelf in the room. T-shirts, jeans and gym kit are folded and stacked together, which saves time when you pack for a flight.

If you want a shirt pressed or on a hanger, put it in Clean & Press instead. The two services can be booked together, and the driver collects both on the same visit. That way your suit and your socks come back in one delivery, not two. Folded laundry stays flat in a suitcase, so there is less to sort out when you unpack at home.

Standard wash and fold is our next-day laundry service, back within 24 hours. Book in the morning and the bag often returns the next day, which fits well with a 12:00 check-out.

Express laundry delivery returns in 5 hours for bookings made before 2 PM, in addresses we cover. Send your location pin and we confirm it in the chat. This is the same-day hotel laundry option, our same-day laundry service, for when a flight or a meeting will not wait.

Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you how long when you book. Booking after 2 PM? Choose standard and you still have a clean bag the next day. Delivery times are confirmed in the chat, so you know whether to wait for the bag before you leave for the airport.

Say in your booking that you are at DoubleTree Business Bay and share your location pin. The driver meets you at the lobby or reception, if the hotel allows it. If it does not, we agree another meeting point with you in the chat.

The driver goes through your items with you, then a secure payment link arrives by text. This is contactless pickup and delivery. Nothing is paid in the lobby, and delivery is arranged as soon as the link is settled.

Bag the clothes before you come down, and keep anything you are wearing out of it. Our driver cannot collect a bag that is still being packed.

For a long stay, a monthly plan costs less than paying bag by bag. Essential is AED 250 each month for one bag a week, and Family is AED 450 for two bags a week. A single bag is AED 65.

Plans are collected on a set day each week, so you always know when the bag goes. If you only need one wash, book a single bag. Ask in the chat which suits a stay of your length, and we will tell you plainly, even if that means the cheaper single bag is the better choice for you.

Payment is by a secure text link, sent after the driver has gone through the items. Use a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is taken in the lobby, and nothing is paid to the driver at the door.

For loss or damage, cover reaches 10 times the cleaning price of the piece. Pieces that arrive damaged or unlabelled stay at the owner's risk. Check your pockets and tell us about anything fragile before the driver leaves.

Wash and fold is priced by the bag, so there is no price per item to check. You see one price before you book, and that is the price you pay at the end. If something looks wrong when your bag comes back, message us the same day with a photo and we look into it with you.

Send anything that should come back on a hanger, or that needs more care than a wash bag can give. For most guests, that is the clothes for the working or dressy part of the trip.

Ties can be added to the same booking. Each piece has its own price in the table above, so you can add up the cost before you book anything. Pieces are priced one by one, never by weight. If you are unsure about a fabric, ask in the chat before you book. A quick message is easier than guessing, and we tell you which service fits best.

Every piece is looked at by hand before anything happens to it. We check for stains, pockets, labels and fabric type, so the right process is chosen for each one. Tell us in the notes if there is a mark, and what caused it, and we treat it first. A piece with no care label is cleaned at your own risk, so say so if you are unsure. A quick look at the start saves problems later.

Express suit pressing helps when you land late and the meeting starts early. A two-piece suit is handled as one item, with the jacket and trousers returned together on a hanger.

A jacket sent alone is cleaned or pressed by hand, which brings the shoulders back after a flight in a suitcase. Ties are done gently. Book the evening before, and ask for the 5-hour express if you have time before 2 PM.

Tell us in the notes if there is a time you must have it by, and we plan the return around it. A suit pressed the night before a meeting needs no touch-up in the morning.

Shirts and blouses are cleaned, then steamed by hand and returned on hangers. Silk and fine fabrics stay on the gentle process, and a shirt with a collar mark gets that mark treated before it is washed. Ask for them back by a set time and note it in the booking.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned as single pieces and returned on a hanger. Guests in Dubai for a wedding or a family event often send them the day before.

A kandura is AED 15 and a plain abaya is AED 18. Tell us in the notes if there is embroidery or a mark we should look at first, and we handle it with extra care.

For an event on a fixed date, tell us the day and the hour you need them. Traditional wear is never folded into a wash bag, because we keep it on a hanger from cleaning to delivery.

An evening dress is cleaned by itself and returned on a hanger. Delicate pieces can take longer, so book early if the dinner or the gala is on a fixed date. We confirm the return time when you book, and note any beading or loose trim in the notes so it is handled with care.

Standard Clean & Press is 24 hours. Delicate pieces take longer, depending on the piece. Express returns in 5 hours for bookings before 2 PM in covered addresses. We confirm this in the chat once we see your pin, so you know before the driver is sent. Booked after 2 PM, the order simply goes on the standard timing, and we say so plainly in the chat.
