What goes in a bag
Almost anything you would wear day to day: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, shorts, gym kit, pyjamas and swimwear. Up to 6kg fits in one bag, and you pay AED 65 however it is packed.
Keep dry clean only pieces apart, such as suits and evening dresses. They belong in the Clean & Press tab, where they are cleaned one at a time and returned on hangers.
How it is washed
Your bag is washed alone in one machine, never mixed with another guest's clothes. We use a mild, biodegradable detergent, and whites are kept apart from darks.
Drying is on low heat, so cotton and stretch fabrics keep their size. Clothes are folded by hand and returned in a clean bag. Tell the driver about any stain and we treat it before the wash.
Stains and spills
Coffee, sauce, sunscreen and sweat are common after a few days of travel. Point out each mark to the driver or mention it in the chat.
We treat stains by hand before washing and cannot promise every mark will lift. The more you can tell us about the cause, the better the result.
Bag sizes
A standard bag holds up to 6kg and costs AED 65. A large bag holds up to 12kg and costs AED 120. Both are flat-rate laundry bags, so the price does not change with the number of pieces.
For a week away, or two people travelling together, the large bag is usually the better value. Pickup and delivery stay free.
Turnaround and express
Standard return is within 24 hours, so it works as a next-day laundry service. If you need clothes back sooner, express can return them in 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
There is no express fee. Message us the hotel name and the time you need it, and we confirm before the driver is sent.
Handover at the hotel
Pack your bag in the room and bring it to the lobby or the concierge desk at Hilton Al Habtoor City, if the hotel allows it. The driver checks the items with you.

Clean & Press for shirts, suits and kanduras
Clean & Press is guest dry cleaning for the pieces you cannot just wash and fold. A shirt for a morning meeting is AED 18, and a kandura is AED 15. Each piece is checked, cleaned on the process its label asks for, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger. Send it to the lobby desk at Hilton Al Habtoor City the day before, and it is back for your event, flight or dinner.

Suits and jackets
A two-piece suit is cleaned and steamed as a set, so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish. Send it before a wedding or a business meeting at the hotel.
It returns on hangers in a breathable bag.
Shirts and blouses
Shirts are AED 18 and come back on hangers. Blouses are priced separately in the table.
Collars and cuffs get attention, and silk is steamed gently.
Kandura, abaya and ghutra
A kandura is AED 15, and each is checked at the collar and cuffs for yellowing. Abayas are priced as basic or delicate.
Ghutra, jalabiya and kurta are listed in the table. Tell us about beads or embroidery when you hand it over.
Evening dresses
Evening dresses are cleaned one at a time and returned hanging.
Turnaround and express
Standard return is within 24 hours. Delicate pieces such as evening dresses can take longer, depending on the piece, so book early. Express is 5 hours when booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.
There is no extra fee for express. If you are flying out, tell us the time and we confirm whether it works.
Paying
You pay by secure link after the driver checks your items. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work. No cash in the lobby.
Pressing only
Already clean but creased? Pressing only is cheaper than cleaning. Choose it when you book, and we steam the piece and return it on a hanger.
If something is damaged
If a piece is lost or damaged, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items already damaged, or with no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
