The bag takes everyday clothes: T-shirts, training tops, leggings, shorts, jeans, socks, underwear and casual shirts. Put them all in one bag, up to 6kg, and the driver collects it from SIRO One Za'abeel.

Gym kit is a big part of what fitness-minded guests send, and it goes in with everything else. Clothes are sorted by colour and fabric, washed in their own machine, dried on low heat and folded.

When the bag reaches our laundry, we open it and sort the clothes by colour and fabric. Whites are kept apart from darks, and heavy cotton is kept apart from lighter pieces, so nothing is dragged down by its neighbours.

Your order is washed in a machine on its own, never together with another customer's clothes. We use a commercial-grade detergent that is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, and the machines are sanitised after every cycle.

Marks are treated by hand before the wash. If you tell us what caused a mark, we can pick the right treatment the first time.

Sweat is the main thing in a fitness hotel's laundry, and a wash and fold bag handles it well. Leggings, running tops, shorts, sports bras and socks can all go in together.

Everything is dried on low heat, which is kinder to stretch fabric than a hot dryer. If a piece has a printed logo or a special finish, tell us and we will note it on the order.

Damp kit left in a bag for days starts to smell, so hand it over soon after your session.

Standard orders come back within 24 hours in most of Dubai. If you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, express brings the bag back in about 5 hours.

There is no express fee. That makes it a practical same-day hotel laundry option when you need clean kit for tomorrow's session or a morning flight.

Tell us your deadline in the chat and we will say what is possible. If the first slot is tight, we suggest a later pickup rather than promise something we cannot keep.

You do not need to wait until your last night. Pack a bag on day two or three, book a pickup in the morning and hand it over at the lobby, if the hotel allows it.

The driver checks the items with you, then we text a payment link. Once it is paid, the bag goes out for delivery and is back within 24 hours in most of Dubai.

For a business trip, send shirts and training kit in one order. For a holiday, send the beach and sightseeing clothes halfway through and travel home with a fresh suitcase.

Not everything belongs in the bag. Suits, silk, wool and structured jackets should go to Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned and pressed by hand and returned on a hanger.

If you are unsure, describe the piece in the chat and we will tell you which service suits it. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk, so mention anything fragile when you book.

Staying for several weeks? The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag every week, and the Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags every week. A single bag without a plan is AED 65.

Plans are billed monthly and include free pickup and delivery. For a short trip, one bag at a time is simpler, and you pay only for the bags you send.

You do not pay in the lobby. After the driver checks your items at pickup, we text you a secure payment link.

Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made. Please do not hand cash or cards to the driver, and keep the text message until your order is back.

The minimum order is AED 50.

Clean & Press is for pieces that should not go in a bag: shirts, suits, dresses, blouses, coats and traditional wear. Each item has its own price in the table, so you know the cost before you book.

Every piece gets a cool-water wash, filtered-air drying, a hand steam press and three checks. It then returns on a hanger in a breathable bag, ready to wear or to hang in the wardrobe.

Send the shirt in the morning and it can be back the next day, pressed and on a hanger. Collar and cuffs are checked for marks before cleaning, since those show first.

Book express before 2 PM if the meeting is tonight or early tomorrow, and say so in the chat.

A two-piece suit is cleaned as jacket and trousers together, so the colour stays matched. A jacket sent alone is priced as a jacket, and a tie has its own price in the list.

Express suit pressing is possible when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, with no express fee. It helps when a meeting is announced late or a dinner invitation arrives on the day.

Tell us about spills when you book, and say where on the suit they are.

A kandura, ghutra, basic abaya, jalabiya and kurta each have a price in the table above. They are cleaned, pressed and returned on hangers.

Send them with your pickup, and mention the occasion in the chat so we can plan the timing with you.

An evening dress or a wedding outfit should reach the event looking fresh. Send it a day early, and tell the driver about any beading, sequins or lining. We check the label and fabric by hand before cleaning.

Delicate pieces can need longer, so book early and tell us your event date. We work back from that date to choose the pickup, and the outfit returns on a hanger, ready to wear.

Silk, fine wool and similar fabrics are cleaned more gently. Standard Clean & Press is back within 24 hours, and delicate items can take longer.

We tell you if a piece needs the longer time, so you can plan the event or the meeting around it.

Everything returns on a hanger in a breathable bag, so you can hang it straight in the wardrobe. Nothing is folded into a bag.

That keeps shirt collars and jacket shoulders in shape until you wear them.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.
