This bag is for the clothes you have worn on your trip. Fill it with up to 6kg, tie it and hand it to our driver at One&Only One Za'abeel.

• Daywear: tops, jeans, shorts, nightwear and underwear are all welcome.
• Workout clothes: gym tops, leggings and socks fit in the same bag.
• Swimwear: a wet costume from the pool is better washed than left in your suitcase.
• The wash: your order is washed alone, and the drum is sanitised once the cycle ends.

A few pieces need more care than a normal wash can give.

• Suits and jackets: these are cleaned and pressed by the item, never tumbled with jeans.
• Evening wear and silk: send these from the other tab.
• Dry clean only labels: follow the label and use Clean & Press.

Our team sorts your bag by hand first. A holiday bag often has white shirts, dark jeans and a bright dress in it, and those should not share a drum.

• Pale pieces go in a separate load from dark ones.
• Bright colours are grouped together.
• Heavy cotton is kept away from thin fabrics.

That way your whites stay white and nothing bleeds.

Your clothes are dried at a low temperature after the wash. A hot dryer can shrink cotton and tire the fabric.

Low heat keeps clothes soft and in their size. Everything is then folded neatly, so it packs well for your next flight.

Travel brings its own marks. A drop of coffee, a splash of sauce or sun cream on a collar can all show up in a suitcase.

• Say what made the mark when you message us.
• A team member works on it with a brush and spot cleaner before the wash.
• Old or set-in marks can be stubborn, and we will be honest if one stays.

Items already damaged or with no care label are cleaned at your own risk.

We use commercial-grade detergent that is also eco-friendly. It cleans well, and it leaves no heavy chemical smell in your clothes.

That is helpful if you are sensitive to scent, travelling with children, or wearing the clothes the same evening.

A plan is optional, and a short stay does not need one. If you are in Dubai for a long time, you can choose one.

• Essential: one bag every week for AED 250 a month.
• Family: two bags every week for AED 450 a month.
• No plan: a single bag for AED 65, whenever you need it.

Collection and return cost nothing. The smallest order we take is AED 50.

• For most of Dubai your bag is back in a day.
• Choose a collection time in the chat that fits your plans.
• Payment is by a secure link texted to you after the driver has checked your items. Clothes go out for delivery once it is paid.

These are the pieces most guests send for a business trip. They come back clean, pressed and on a hanger.

• Shirts and blouses are pressed for a meeting or dinner.
• Trousers and jeans are priced per pair.
• Skirts and plain dresses are priced per piece.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as one item. A jacket or a tie can also be sent on its own. Send the suit early enough for the time you need it.

Evening dresses, silk and fine wool need a gentle hand. Tell us the fabric and any beading or sequins when you book.

• Each piece is looked over before cleaning.
• We choose the process that suits the fabric.
• Dry clean only labels are followed.

Is the shirt clean but creased from the suitcase? Choose pressing only. We steam it without washing it.

Traditional clothes are cleaned and pressed by the item, and each has its own price. A kandura is AED 15. They come back on hangers, ready to wear for a wedding or an event.

• Kandura, ghutra and jalabiya.
• Abaya, basic or delicate.
• Kurta, for men and for women.

Need a suit or dress back the same evening? Book before 2 PM and urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. This is our same-day laundry service for urgent pieces, and there is no extra fee for it.

Your clothes come back on hangers, so they stay smooth on the way to your room and can be hung up in your room as soon as they arrive.

We check every piece before it is cleaned. If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, cover is up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
