Here is the path your bag takes once the driver has collected it from the hotel.

• We open it on a table. Pockets are checked first, because one forgotten pen can ruin a whole load.
• Colours are split. Whites go with light shades, and dark jeans and black clothes get their own wash.
• Marks are treated first. Coffee, curry and sweat get attention by hand before any heat reaches them.
• The wash is mild. We use biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent and rinse until no soap is left.
• Drying stays gentle. Low heat keeps cotton from shrinking.
• Every piece is folded by hand and looked at once more before the bag heads back to Element Al Jaddaf Dubai.

Element Al Jaddaf has studios and one and two-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, so many guests stay for weeks, not nights. A week of clothes adds up fast, and a pile on the floor is nobody's idea of a holiday.

• Send one bag each week and the wardrobe stays fresh, even when the trip is long.
• Choose the same pickup day and you will always know what is clean and what is on its way.
• Add shirts for work in Clean & Press on the same visit, and they come back on hangers with the bag.

Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, so pickup and delivery can be contactless pickup and delivery. When you book, tell us your room dates and where you plan to leave or hand over the bag.

• Send a pin or a name. The driver can then find the right desk without calling around.
• Check the lobby rules with the front desk if you are not sure what is allowed.
• Return is the same: your clean bag comes back to the lobby or concierge, and we message you when it arrives.

You never hand over cash, and you never pay in the lobby. Payment works in a few simple steps.

• The driver checks your items with you at pickup.
• We then text you a secure payment link.
• You pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment has gone through.

The amount is the price you saw before booking. If anything about the link looks wrong, message us in the chat before you pay.

Gym wear, thin knits and soft fabrics need a lighter touch, and a bag is not always the right place for them.

• Labels are read first. Anything marked for gentle washing is treated that way, with mild settings.
• Sequins and beading are sent to dry cleaning, never into the normal wash.
• Tell us about sensitive skin on the order, and the scent stays light.

If a piece in the bag has no care label, say so when you book. We will still clean it, but at your own risk, because we cannot check how the fabric will react to washing.

Staying a month or more? A plan is the budget-friendly wash and fold choice, collected on a fixed weekday so you never rebook.

• Essential, AED 250 a month: four bags, one collected each week. Good for one or two people.
• Family, AED 450 a month: eight bags, two collected each week. Good for a shared apartment.
• No plan: AED 65 for one bag, whenever you need it.

Most marks come out with hand treatment before the wash. Tell us what caused each one, and point to it if you can.

• Cover: if an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
• Already damaged: pieces that were damaged before pickup, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
• Questions: ask in the chat before you hand a piece over, and we will explain what to expect.

It also helps to mention anything valuable at pickup, so the driver can note it with you.

A creased shirt can spoil a first impression, and a suitcase creases everything.

• Collars and cuffs are checked for marks before cleaning, since they show wear first.
• Each shirt is steamed by hand and returned on a hanger inside a breathable cover, with no plastic.
• Send several together. Business guests who stay a week often book five or six shirts in one visit.

Book the evening before your meeting and hand the shirts over at the lobby. For a faster turn, ask about express before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed as a set, so the jacket and trousers match in colour and finish. A jacket can also be sent alone if the trousers are fine.

• Everything returns on hangers, in a breathable cover.
• Express suit pressing takes 5 hours if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.
• Plan ahead for early meetings and send the suit the day before.

A wedding, a gala or a dinner out often means a dress that has spent a day folded in a case.

• Tell us about beads, sequins or lace when you book, so the right process is chosen.
• Delicate pieces are handled one at a time and can take longer, so plan ahead.
• Crepe and silk are steamed by hand and come back on a hanger, ready to wear.

If the event is soon, message us the date and we will tell you what is realistic. Day dresses are cleaned the same way and have a separate price from evening formal dresses.

Ties and winter coats have their own prices. Add them to a suit order and everything comes back together on hangers. Ask in the chat if you want a coat ready before a flight.

Traditional dress is cleaned and pressed with care for the fabric and the finish.

• Kandura: the collar is treated first, then the whole piece is pressed.
• Ghutra: cleaned on its own for a crisp, even look.
• Abaya: basic and delicate have separate prices, so tell us if there is beading or lace.
• Jalabiya and kurta: priced per item and returned on hangers.

Guests here for a wedding or Eid often send two or three pieces at once. Every price is in the table above, so you can add up the total before you book.

If you book before 2 PM and your address is covered, urgent pieces can be back in 5 hours. Ask us in the chat whether the hotel is covered, and send the list of what you need. Same-day hotel laundry depends on how many pieces there are.

Silk, crepe and beaded dresses are looked at on their own. Care labels are read first, and pieces with beading go through a gentler process. This can take longer, depending on the piece, so give us the date of your event when you book.

The driver looks over each piece with you at pickup, and this keeps surprises away.
