Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at DoubleTree Al Jadaf

Here is what happens once your bag leaves the hotel.

• We open it on a table. Pockets are emptied first, because one forgotten pen can spoil a whole load.
• Colours are separated. Whites and pale shades go together. Dark jeans and black clothes get their own wash.
• Marks are treated. Coffee, curry and sweat stains are worked on before any heat touches them.
• The wash is kind. A biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent does the work, then a long rinse clears every trace of soap.
• Drying is gentle. Low heat keeps cotton from shrinking.
• Everything is folded by hand and packed, ready for the lobby.

1. Open WhatsApp. Send your name, the hotel, your room number and a location pin.
2. Pick a time. Tell us when you will be at the lobby or concierge desk.
3. Hand over the bag. The driver counts the items with you, if the hotel allows it.
4. Pay by link. After the check we text a secure payment link. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.
5. Collect your order. It goes out for delivery once the link is paid.

Never hand cash or a card to anyone in the lobby.

The rule is simple. If a home washing machine can take it, our bag can too.

• Good for the bag: T-shirts, underwear, socks, gym kit, swimwear, jeans, shorts and pyjamas.
• Keep the bag under 6kg for one price. A fuller case of washing fits the 12kg bag.
• Hotel towels and robes stay in the room. They belong to the hotel, so please leave them there.

The bag is for everyday clothes only. These pieces are cleaned too, each in its own way.

• Suits, jackets and ties: Clean & Press, back on hangers.
• Silk, lace, sequins or beads: choose dry cleaning.
• Kanduras and abayas: also Clean & Press.

Every order is sorted before it is washed. This is what we look at.

• Colour. Dark and light clothes are never washed together.
• Fabric. Cotton goes with cotton. Thin gym fabric gets a gentler cycle.
• Care labels. If a label says low heat or hand wash, we follow it.
• Marks. Anything stained is treated by hand first.

Tell the driver about any stain or allergy when you hand over the bag.

Pickup and delivery are free to DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. It is contactless pickup and delivery: the driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.

• Send a location pin so the driver finds the hotel entrance first time.
• Give a time slot that fits your day, such as before a morning meeting or after dinner.
• Check out soon? Tell us your departure time, and we plan the return around it.

LPlaundry is independent of the hotel, so book with us on WhatsApp, not at the front desk.

Staying a few weeks for work? A monthly plan is a budget-friendly wash and fold choice. We collect on the same weekday each week, so you do not book every time.

• Essential, AED 250 a month: four bags, one a week. Good for one traveller.
• Family, AED 450 a month: eight bags, two a week, for a family or a team.
• No plan: AED 65 for a single bag.

Most bags are back within 24 hours, the same as the rest of Dubai.

Need it sooner? Choose express laundry delivery and book before 2 PM. If your address is covered, this works as a same-day laundry service, with the bag back 5 hours after pickup. We check your location pin first.

• Tell us the cause: sun cream, coffee or juice help us pick the right treatment.
• Skip the hot water: it can set a stain in.
• Air damp gym kit: hang it for an hour before it goes in the bag.

One price for each garment, and nothing is added later. It already covers the hanger, the cover and any stain treatment.

1. Make a list. For example, three shirts, one suit and a dress.
2. Message us with your list, the hotel name and a pin.
3. Hand the pieces to the driver at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.
4. Pay the secure link we text after the check.

A simple way to choose: if a piece came out of your case creased or tired, clean and press suits it. Shirts and trousers crease on a long flight, and jackets pick up folds.

• Shirts and blouses for meetings or the flight home.
• Suits and jackets for a conference, wedding or dinner.
• Dresses, day or evening.
• Kanduras, abayas and ghutras for an event.
• Trousers, chinos and a winter coat that came out of the case flat.

• Clean already, just creased? Book pressing only, with no extra wash.
• Silk, lace or sequins? Pick dry cleaning.
• Tees and socks? Put them in a Wash & Fold bag.

Dots on a care label show how hot a garment may be treated. Our team reads them on every piece and follows them.

• One dot: low heat only, for delicate pieces.
• Two dots: a medium setting for most cotton blends.
• No label: we clean at the owner's risk, so please tell us.

After cleaning, each piece is steamed by hand. The steamer relaxes creases without pressing marks into the fabric. Crepe and similar cloth are handled by hand. A dress for a wedding is checked three times before it goes on a hanger.

We collect hanging clothes free from DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, just like a wash and fold bag. Give the driver your pieces at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it.

Hanging clothes normally come back the next day, in line with the 24-hour turnaround. Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup.

Need a suit tonight? Book express suit pressing before 2 PM. Where your address is covered, it returns in about 5 hours. We confirm after we see your pin.
