Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Premier Inn Al Jaddaf

Think of the bag as everything you would drop in a laundry basket at home. After a few days at Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf, that usually means a pile like this.

• Everyday tops: T-shirts, polo shirts, casual shirts and light jumpers.

Everything goes in one bag, up to 6kg, for one flat price. Pieces that need pressing or special care are better in the Clean & Press tab, and you can send both in the same pickup.

Your bag does not go into a machine with someone else's clothes. This is what happens once the driver brings it in.

1. Emptied and checked. We turn out the pockets and read every care label.
2. Sorted. Whites, darks and colours are washed apart, and heavy items are kept away from thin tops.
3. Washed. Mild, biodegradable detergent at the heat each label allows, and no hotter.
4. Dried gently on a low heat, so cotton keeps its size and stretchy fabrics keep their shape.
5. Folded by hand and sealed back in your bag.

The drum is sanitised before each customer, so your load stays your own.

Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf has a gym and a rooftop swimming pool, according to the hotel's own website, and both leave you with kit that needs washing. You do not need a separate bag for either one.

• Sports tops, shorts and leggings go in with the rest of the bag.

Anything with sequins or a delicate finish goes to dry cleaning instead, and we will tell you if a piece needs that.

A 6kg bag is about right for a long weekend of clothes. If you have been travelling for two weeks, or you are here with the family, the 12kg bag is better value.

Standard return for wash and fold is 24 hours, which suits a next-day laundry service when you have an early flight tomorrow. For urgent pieces we also offer express laundry delivery, a same-day laundry service when you book early.

• Only if your address is covered. We check your location pin first.

Tell us your check-out time on WhatsApp and we will plan the pickup around it.

You do not have to leave the building. The driver meets you where the hotel allows it, usually the lobby or the concierge desk. This is contactless pickup and delivery, a doorstep laundry pickup where the lobby is your door.

1. Book on WhatsApp or online, and send the hotel pin.
2. Choose a time and bring the bag down.
3. The driver checks the items with you.
4. A secure payment link is texted to your phone. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5. Your clothes go out for delivery once payment is made.

We are not part of the hotel or its group. Please do not leave cash or cards at reception, because nothing is paid in the lobby.

If you are staying for weeks, or you live nearby, a monthly plan can work out better than single bags. Plan bag sizes are confirmed in the chat when you sign up.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.

A single bag stays at AED 65 with no sign-up. Ask us on WhatsApp which one suits your stay.

Some things are better not tumbled with the rest of the bag. If you are not sure about a piece, ask us on WhatsApp before you pack.

• Suits and jackets go to Clean & Press.
• Silk, satin and crepe blouses and dresses.
• Evening wear with sequins or beading.
• Kanduras, abayas and ghutras, priced one by one.

These are cleaned and pressed individually, then returned on hangers. You can send them in the same pickup as your bag, so there is only one handover.

A shirt that spent a week in a suitcase will not look right across a meeting table. Send it to us in the morning and it can be at your door the same day, if you book early enough and your address is covered.

• Each shirt is checked, cleaned and steamed by hand.
• It comes back on a hanger, or folded if you ask.
• Blouses are priced the same way, whatever the sleeve.

Send several at once if you have a run of meetings. Casual shirts can go in the wash and fold bag instead, which costs less per piece.

A suit is one of the things that suffers most in a suitcase. We clean it and press it so it is ready to wear.

• A two-piece suit is priced as one set.
• A jacket on its own is priced separately.
• Ties are cleaned and pressed too.

Tell us if there is a mark on the lapel or sleeve and what caused it. It helps us treat the mark properly before cleaning.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with care, one piece at a time. That matters when you are staying for a wedding or a family event and want everything looking fresh.

• Kandura: AED 15, with collar and cuff marks treated first.
• Abaya: basic or delicate, depending on the fabric and any beading.
• Ghutra: cleaned and pressed flat.
• Jalabiya and kurta: each is priced on its own line in the table.

Everything is steamed by hand. Pieces come back on hangers wherever that suits them, so they stay crisp until the event.

Need a suit or a shirt for tonight? Book before 2 PM and express can have it back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We check your pin first, and there is no extra fee.

A dinner invitation, a wedding or a gala often comes with a dress or outfit that has been folded in a case for a day or two. We clean it on its own, never in a bulk load.

• Beading, sequins and embroidery are noted when we collect.
• Fine fabrics such as silk and crepe are steamed by hand.
• The dress returns on a hanger under a breathable cover, never plastic.

Tell us the date of the event and we will help you choose the pickup time, so it is back before you need it. Express can help if the invitation came late.

Coats are cleaned and pressed as separate items, priced in the table above. Heading to a colder city next? Send yours before you fly, and it comes back on a hanger.

We read every care label before cleaning. If a mark will not come out fully, we tell you before the piece comes back, and we ask what caused the mark when you book. Items that are already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

The driver collects at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and checks each item with you. A secure link is then texted to your phone, and you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Clothes go out for delivery once paid. Nothing is paid in the lobby. Loss or damage is covered up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.
