Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Marriott Al Jaddaf

Your bag leaves the hotel with our driver and goes straight to our laundry. This is what happens next.

1. Checked in. We open the bag and look through the pockets, so a pen or a coin never ends up in the machine.
2. Labels read. The care label tells us how hot each piece can be washed.
3. Sorted. White, dark and coloured clothes are washed apart.
4. Washed. A biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent, in a machine used for your order only.
5. Dried gently. Low heat, so cotton keeps its size.
6. Folded. Everything is folded by hand and returned in the bag.

Keep suits, silk, evening dresses and anything with beads out of the bag. Those belong in Clean & Press. If you are not sure, read the label or ask us in the chat.

Sportswear is made of stretch fabric, and heat can ruin it. We wash it on a gentle cycle and dry it on low heat.

Everything goes into the same flat-price bag as your other clothes.

A 6kg bag holds around a long weekend of clothes for one person. That is several T-shirts, a couple of pairs of trousers, underwear, socks and some gym wear.

If you are staying a week or more, the 12kg bag usually works out better. It is budget-friendly wash and fold for any length of stay. You see both prices in the table above before you book.

Our wash and fold uses commercial-grade machines and a biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergent with a light scent. Your clothes are never washed with another customer's.

We collect and deliver at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. Our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.

1. Book by WhatsApp or the online form, and choose a time.
2. Hand over the bag at the lobby.
3. We clean your clothes.
4. The driver checks the items, and we text you a secure payment link.
5. You pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the clothes go out for delivery.

You never need to pay cash or hand over a card in the lobby.

If you are in Dubai for a few weeks, a monthly plan can save you booking each time.

• Essential: AED 250 a month for four bags, one a week.
• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two a week.

Standard wash and fold is back with you in 24 hours. The clock starts when the driver collects your bag at Marriott Al Jaddaf.

For urgent pieces, book before 2 PM and we can return them in 5 hours, if your address is covered. We confirm this in the chat before the driver is sent.

The minimum order is AED 50. If you have a flight, tell us the time in your message and we will plan around it.

Every piece is treated on its own, which is why it takes a little longer than wash and fold.

1. Checked. We read the label and look for marks.
2. Treated. Stains get hand treatment first.
3. Cleaned. In cool water with a mild detergent, or by the process the fabric needs.
4. Dried. In filtered air, never roughly.
5. Pressed. Steamed by hand, collar to cuff.
6. Checked again and covered, ready for you.

Business trips mean shirts that crease in a suitcase. Send the ones you need and we clean and press them, ready to wear on a hanger.

Book before 2 PM for a 5-hour return, if your address is covered. Express laundry delivery is available for shirts. Tell us the time of your meeting and we plan the pickup around it.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care as a suit. Each piece is priced separately in the table above.

• Kandura or thobe. Collars and cuffs are treated by hand first, then the whole piece is pressed.
• Ghutra. Pressed flat to keep its shape.
• Abaya. Choose plain or delicate depending on the fabric and any beading.
• Jalabiya and kurta. Cleaned on their own and pressed on a hanger.

Standard Clean & Press comes back in 24 hours. Delicate pieces get extra care and are never rushed, so they can take longer. We will tell you the time for each when we confirm your order.

Guests at weddings, galas and dinners often need an outfit freshened before the night. Send it in early and we plan the timing with you.

• Beads and sequins are checked before cleaning.
• Silk and crepe are steamed by hand.
• Dresses are returned on hangers, not folded.
• Tell us the date of your event and we work back from there.

Evening dresses are priced individually, so you see the cost before you book.

Your clothes come back on hangers in breathable covers, not plastic. That keeps them fresh and crease-free in the wardrobe or garment bag.

Items with no care label, or that were already damaged, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

We take good care of every piece. If an item is lost or damaged by us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Payment is by a secure link sent to your phone. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby.
