Fill the bag with everyday clothes: T-shirts, shorts, jeans, gym kit, socks, underwear, pyjamas and swimwear. If it fits in the bag and weighs 6kg or less, the price is AED 65, whatever the mix.

Hanging pieces such as suits, evening dresses, kanduras and abayas are better in Clean & Press, where every piece is cleaned separately and comes back on a hanger. Fine knits and sheer fabrics can come in the bag, but tell us when you book so we wash them gently.

Guests arriving from a long flight often send everything at once. That works well. Pack the clothes you have worn so far, and we sort them into one clean, folded return.

You pay for the bag, not for each item. A bag of up to 6kg is AED 65 and a bigger bag of up to 12kg is AED 120. Both are flat-rate laundry bags, so a heavy week and a light week cost the same.

Collection and return cost nothing. You do not pay extra for sorting or folding, and the price you see here is the price on your payment link.

If your load is a little over 6kg, the 12kg bag is usually the simpler choice.

A flat bag is easy to predict. You can work out the cost before the driver arrives, which beats guessing at a laundrette counter.

When your bag reaches the laundry, it is checked by hand. Stains are treated first, then clothes are sorted by colour and fabric so dark items do not mark pale ones.

Your order has a machine to itself and a mild, hypoallergenic detergent. Once it finishes, the drum is sanitised, so the next load starts clean.

This matters for hotel guests who send a mix of travel clothes, gym kit and a few good pieces together.

If you are travelling with a child, tell us. Small clothes are washed in the same mild way as everything else, and they come back folded in the same bag.

Dark jeans and white shirts never share a wash, which saves you a lot of grey socks.

Clothes dry on a low heat, which is kinder to cotton and keeps T-shirts the right size. They are then folded by hand and bagged, ready to go into a suitcase or a drawer. Nothing is tumbled hot, so travel clothes you plan to wear again last longer.

Socks and underwear are folded too, so the bag is ready to unpack the moment it arrives.

Standard orders return within 24 hours. Hand over the bag in the morning and it can often be back the next day, well before you check out. Same-day hotel laundry is possible with express, when you book early enough.

For something urgent, order before 2 PM and ask for express. Urgent pieces can return within 5 hours, where we cover the address. Express laundry delivery helps before a flight.

Tell us your checkout time. We plan the pickup and the return around it, so nothing is left waiting at Rove Healthcare City after you have gone.

Late arrivals can message after midnight and still have a pickup arranged for the morning.

Pool days and gym sessions make the wettest clothes of a trip. Seal them in a spare bag so the rest of your washing stays dry, then hand everything over together at the lobby.

Swimwear, sports tops, shorts and socks are all washed and folded for the same bag price. Nothing is counted piece by piece, and nothing is priced extra for being sports kit.

If a swimsuit has a delicate lining or trim, tell us and we will wash it gently or suggest Clean & Press.

A damp swimsuit left in a closed bag can smell by the next day, so hand it over soon after your swim.

If you are staying for weeks, perhaps while a family member is having treatment nearby, a plan can save you effort. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag every week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags every week.

A single bag without a plan is AED 65. Plans are paid once a month, and you choose the pickup day. Each bag holds up to 6kg of everyday clothes, folded and returned to the hotel.

Plans also suit families who book interconnecting rooms, because several people need clean clothes every week.

When the driver has checked your items at pickup, we send a payment link by text. Choose a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The lobby takes no cash or cards, so you carry nothing downstairs.

Delivery starts only after payment. The link shows the total, with no surprise additions.

If we lose or damage a piece, cover goes up to ten times its cleaning price. A piece that arrives already damaged, or without a care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk. The driver notes any existing marks with you at pickup.

The link shows what the driver wrote down at pickup, so you can check it before you pay.

The price covers cleaning, pressing, a hand check before and after, and return on a hanger in a breathable bag. Collection and return cost nothing.

You pay per piece, so you only pay for what you send. A shirt costs the same whether you send one or ten, and the full list is above.

Hanging clothes keep their shape better than folded ones, which is why the hanger is part of the service.

We read the care label first. Most pieces are washed in cool water and dried in filtered air, then pressed by hand with steam, one at a time.

Every piece gets three checks: when it arrives, after cleaning and before it leaves. Anything without a care label is cleaned at the owner's risk, so please tell us if you are unsure about a fabric.

Wool, linen and silk are treated differently from cotton, so mention the fabric when you book if you know it.

Jacket and trousers of a two-piece suit are cleaned as a pair, so the colour and finish match. Send it the day before a conference, a wedding or an interview and it comes back pressed on a hanger.

Ties, blouses, coats and evening dresses follow the same steps, one piece at a time. For a formal event, tell us the date, and we plan the pickup around it. Express suit pressing is available for urgent meetings.

A suit for a hospital conference or a business dinner deserves a proper press. Send it with a clear return time and we aim for it.

Clothes that are already clean but creased can be sent for pressing only, which is priced separately. Everyday T-shirts, shorts and gym kit usually suit the wash and fold bag better, and cost less in a bag. If you are unsure, ask in the chat before you hand anything over, and we will point you to the better choice.

Kanduras, ghutras, abayas, jalabiyas and kurtas each have their own price on the list. A kandura is AED 15. They come back pressed on hangers, with every crease where it should be.

Choose the delicate abaya option for fine fabric or beading. If you cannot decide which one fits, say what the abaya is made of and we will advise before we start cleaning. Pieces with beadwork are always checked by hand first.

Traditional pieces are handled one by one and never mixed in with a wash and fold load.

Order before 2 PM and urgent pieces can return within 5 hours, where we cover your address. This helps before a meeting or a flight.

Standard Clean & Press returns within 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece. Tell us your deadline when you book.

Express suits the guest who packs light and needs one good outfit ready at short notice.

Everything returns on a hanger inside a breathable bag, so it can go straight into the wardrobe or a garment bag. Nothing is folded unless you ask. If you want shirts folded for a suitcase, tell us when you book, and we fold them for the trip home.

If the wardrobe in your room is full, leave the clothes in their breathable bag until you need them.

You pay through a secure link once the driver has gone through your items. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all fine, and nobody takes cash in the lobby. Delivery starts once payment is made.

If a piece is lost or damaged, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price. A piece that is already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.
