Anything washable that you wear day to day. T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit, underwear, socks, pyjamas and light dresses are all fine. You do not count items. You fill the bag, up to 6kg, and the price stays the same.

If you have more than fits in one bag, or two people are travelling, the bigger bag at AED 120 is the better choice. Guests at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk often pack one for the work clothes and one for everything else.

Leave out silk, beaded pieces and suits. Those go to Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned on its own and returned on a hanger.

One bag up to 6kg costs AED 65. A bag up to 12kg costs AED 120. That covers washing, drying and folding, and nothing is added afterwards.

There is no charge per T-shirt or per pair of jeans, and no extra for pickup or delivery. If you have more than one bag, each is priced on its own. Wash and fold uses flat-rate laundry bags, so the total never depends on how many pieces you squeeze in.

This makes the cost easy to plan, which helps if the company is paying and you need one figure for your expenses.

We sort the bag by colour and fabric before anything goes into the drum. Whites and lights are kept apart from darks, and heavy jeans do not share a load with gym kit or thin shirts.

Your clothes are washed alone, in a machine used only for your order. The drum is cleaned afterwards, before the next customer's bag goes in. Nothing is mixed with anyone else's laundry.

Clothes are dried on low heat, which is kinder to cotton and stretch fabrics and helps them keep their size. Then each item is folded by hand, and not just tipped into the bag.

Your bag comes back neat, so you can pack it straight into a suitcase. If you are flying on the day it returns, say so when you book and we will tell you what is possible.

T-shirts, underwear and socks are folded flat, which saves room in a case.

Tell the driver about any marks. Coffee, wine, sauce and make-up each need a different treatment, and we do that by hand before the wash.

Heat can set some stains for good, so please do not press them or put them in a hot dryer before sending them. The sooner we see a mark, the better the chance it comes out.

Sweat marks on collars and under the arms are treated the same way. If a mark will not shift, we will tell you plainly and not hide it.

Stretch fabrics go in a cooler wash with a gentle spin, so they keep their stretch. Swimwear is rinsed to remove chlorine and sunscreen.

Keep damp kit in a bag rather than a closed drawer. Anything sealed up for days smells worse and is harder to clean.

Leggings, sports bras, running tops and shorts can all go in the same bag, and they come back folded and fresh.

Staying a month or longer? The Essential plan is one bag every week, AED 250 each month, which makes four bags. The Family plan is two bags every week, AED 450 each month, which makes eight bags.

A one-off bag is AED 65. Choose a plan if you will be around for weeks, not days. It is a budget-friendly wash and fold routine, with free pickup and delivery each time.

Message us, share your location pin and choose a time. Our driver collects from the lobby or concierge at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, if the hotel allows it, and checks the items with you.

After that we text a secure payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash or cards in the lobby.

Your clothes go out for delivery once payment is done, and we bring them back to the same place. Most bags return within 24 hours.

This tab is for the pieces you want to look sharp. Shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, suits, dresses, coats and traditional wear like kanduras, abayas and ghutras are all on the price list.

Every piece is checked by hand before it is cleaned, and the care label tells us how to treat it. If a label is missing, we clean the piece carefully and it is cleaned at your own risk.

Pieces return on hangers, so they are ready to wear when they arrive.

A shirt costs AED 18, whatever the sleeve length. It is cleaned, pressed and returned on a hanger in a breathable cover, so a work shirt arrives crisp and not folded into a flat pile.

Send them the day before you need them and they will be waiting by morning, if you book before the cut-off. A blouse is priced per piece too.

A suit for the week's meetings, a dress for a gala, or a jacket that has been squashed in a suitcase: these are what this tab is for. Pieces are cleaned on the process that suits the fabric, then steamed or pressed by hand.

Wedding and gala outfits are never mixed in with shirts. If there is beading or sequins, tell the driver so the piece is handled by hand and separately.

Everything returns on a hanger in a breathable cover, never in plastic.

A kandura costs AED 15. An abaya, ghutra and jalabiya each have their own price in the table above. Each is cleaned alone, then steamed or pressed and returned on a hanger.

If you are going to a wedding or a family event, hand it over early. Mention any perfume, oil or food marks so we can treat them first.

A white kandura shows everything, so we look at the collar and cuffs closely before cleaning.

If an item is lost or damaged, we cover up to ten times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.
