Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery in Al Mankhool

Whether your bag comes from a studio or a villa in Al Mankhool, it goes through the same steps.

• Pockets checked: we take out keys, coins and loose paper, since a stray pen can ruin a load.
• Split by colour: whites and pastels together, darks and denim together. Lace and mesh get a cooler cycle.

4. We wash. Your clothes are sorted, washed gently, dried on low heat and folded.
5. It comes back. WhatsApp tells you when the driver is almost with you. Delivery is free.

Work shirts as well? Use a second bag for Clean & Press and mention it in your booking. One driver collects both bags.

If you would put it in your own washing machine, you can put it in our bag. Anything labelled do not wash or hand wash only should stay out. A typical Al Mankhool bag holds:

• Swimwear: costumes, rash vests and board shorts, rinsed first to remove salt and chlorine.
• Sports kit: running tops, sports socks, leggings and shorts.
• Casual office wear: polo shirts and plain T-shirts.
• Weekend clothes: jeans, joggers and hoodies, with dark jeans turned inside out.
• Summer clothes: thin cotton, linen and sundresses. With July and August highs above 43°C, these are worn and washed a lot.
• Children's clothes: school uniforms, pyjamas and play clothes. Do up the zips first.

Keep the bag for ordinary clothes. We clean the things below as well, each with its own price, and one driver can pick up everything at your Al Mankhool door.

• Office shirts, suits, abayas and kanduras: choose Clean & Press. You pay per piece and they return on hangers.
• Silk, wool, sequins and beadwork: water can harm these, so send them for dry cleaning.
• Bath and beach towels: they are Bed & Bath items, charged per towel.
• Hand-wash knits and underwired bras: these are best left out. Unsure about a label? A photo on WhatsApp is enough.
• Curtains, rugs and trainers: you will find a separate service for each higher on the page.

We sort every load before it goes near a machine. Here is what we check.

• Colour: new denim and bright colours can run, so they are kept away from whites.
• Weight: jeans and metal zips can scratch thin tops, so heavy items get their own wash.
• Your own load: it is washed alone and never combined with another customer's.
• Clean drums: the drum is sanitised between one customer and the next.
• Detergent: commercial-grade, biodegradable and hypoallergenic. Swimwear seams can hold sand and salt, so swimwear gets another rinse.
• Drying: too much heat shrinks cotton and slackens elastic. Before folding we check that waistbands, cuffs and seams are fully dry.
• Last look: if a button is loose or a mark will not shift, we message you on WhatsApp.

Al Mankhool sits on our normal Dubai rounds, so there is no fee for collection or delivery.

• Your address: give us the building name and flat number. The area is largely residential, with flats, villas and townhouses.
• Main roads: Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Street, the former Al Mankhool Road, and Khalid bin Al Waleed Street. A location pin helps the driver more than a street name.
• Handover: at your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.
• Landmarks to mention: BurJuman Centre and the Sharaf DG Metro station.

Do you send a bag nearly every week? A budget-friendly wash and fold plan may suit you. The driver comes on the same weekday, so there is nothing to rebook, and each plan bag costs less than a single bag.

• Essential: AED 250 a month buys four bags, one a week. That fits a single person or a couple.
• Family: AED 450 a month buys eight bags, two a week, which covers school clothes, sports kit and towels.
• No plan: AED 65 a bag, whenever you choose to book.

If we collect your bag in Al Mankhool today, it normally arrives back tomorrow. That is inside our 24-hour target for most of Dubai.

Need a same-day laundry service? Order by 2 PM and request express laundry delivery. Where we cover your address, the bag returns 5 hours after pickup. Express does not cover every address, so check in the chat first.

• Point to the mark: maybe sun cream on a collar, a coffee drip on a cuff or juice down a child's top. Tell us where to look.
• What you have already tried: bleach, sprays and hot water can make some marks permanent. Please put it in your message.
• Dry damp kit first: wet gym clothes turn sour quickly in a zipped bag in this heat, so hang them for an hour.

The price shown for a shirt from Al Mankhool is all you pay. Stain treatment, hangers and covers are included.

• First look: pockets are emptied, the care label is read and loose buttons are noted.
• Marks first: we deal with stains by hand before heat touches the cloth.
• The right wash for the cloth: cotton and cotton blends are washed cool so they keep their size. Finer fabrics follow their labels.
• Hanger drying: clothes dry in filtered air with no tumble dryer, so sleeves stay the right length.
• Steaming order: collar and cuffs, then the front, then the back and sleeves.
• Three inspections before it is covered and returned to Al Mankhool.

1. List what you have. For instance "one suit, four work shirts and two kanduras". Give your building and flat number, and tell us if you like sharp or soft creases.
2. Bag them apart. Hanging clothes should not share a bag with folded washing.
3. We collect free. Hand them over at the door, or leave them at the front desk if your building has one.
4. Each piece alone. A garment is finished completely before we start the next.
5. Home on hangers. Orders mostly return the next day, covered, ready to hang up.

A quick guide: anything that creases after one wear suits clean and press. In a typical Al Mankhool wardrobe that means:

• Work shirts: poplin, oxford or twill cotton, steamed from the collar down.
• Linen: linen shirts and trousers crumple as soon as you sit, and steam smooths them out.
• Blouses and skirts: viscose and crepe wrinkle readily, so they are better hung than folded.
• Suits and chinos: mostly wool or cotton blends. A jacket goes on a shaped hanger for steaming, which keeps the lapels flat.
• Kanduras and thobes: typically white, in cotton or a poly-cotton blend, with the front steamed flat.
• Ghutras: smoothed out on a flat table. You fold them yourself.
• Abayas and jalabiyas: georgette and crepe are only steamed, so black stays matt. Need a shayla price? Ask on WhatsApp.
• Kurta sets: the top and trousers stay together on one ticket.

• Already washed, just creased? Choose Pressing, which smooths the piece with no extra wash.
• Silk, lace, heavy wool, sequins or beads? Water can spoil them, so dry cleaning is the better choice.
• Just tees, socks, swimwear and pyjamas? A Wash & Fold bag is what you want.

A care label shows one to three heat dots, which mark the hottest the fabric should go. We stay below that. Three dots (about 200°C) means cotton and linen. Two dots (about 150°C) means wool, silk and polyester blends. One dot (about 110°C) means synthetics such as acrylic. A crossed-out symbol means steam only.

• Dark crepe avoids direct heat: direct heat can make it shine, so black abayas and dark trousers only get steam.
• More time on collars and cuffs: they are what people see first.
• We remember your crease: sharp, soft, none or a travel fold, noted for your next order.
• Covers that breathe: Dubai summers are humid, and a plastic cover traps damp. Ours lets it out on the drive back to Al Mankhool.

Hanging clothes are free to collect anywhere in Al Mankhool, the same as a wash and fold bag.

• Tell us: your building name, your flat or villa number and a location pin.
• Landmarks that help: BurJuman Centre, or the Metro station nearest you.
• Close by: we also collect free in Al Karama and Bur Dubai.

Hanging clothes from Al Mankhool usually come back the next day, within the 24 hours that most of Dubai gets. Delicate fabrics can take longer, depending on the piece, and we tell you how long when you book.

Want a shirt today? Order by 2 PM. Where express covers your address, it is ready 5 hours after collection. A few addresses sit outside that area, so send us your building name and we will confirm.

Mention these when you book your Al Mankhool pickup.

• Food and drink: tell us if it was coffee, wine or tomato sauce.
• Sun cream: on white collars and cuffs it can leave yellow-orange marks. Let us know where.
• Collar sweat: highs above 43°C in summer mean white collars and kandura necks yellow. Treat them early.
• Deodorant: white marks show on dark cloth and yellow ones on pale cloth.
• Perfume and oud oil: either can leave a ring mark on light cotton. Show us the mark and say which oil it was, if you know.

Every price already covers pickup from your Al Mankhool home, the wash and the delivery back. Our bed linen wash and fold covers sheets and pillowcases, which we wash, dry thoroughly into the seams and fold flat. Pillowcases get the same care as a king duvet, although they dry sooner.

• Hand inspection: seams, corners and any stain you mentioned.
• Your own sanitised machine: bedding goes in alone, with space for a duvet to move so the water reaches the middle.
• Mild detergent: it is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, which matters for pillowcases you sleep on.
• Dried properly: a duvet dries from the outside in, so we squeeze the filling by hand rather than trust the timer.
• Bagged dry: bedding is only folded and bagged once it is dry, then driven back to Al Mankhool.

Duvet covers cost AED 31. They come off the duvet and go through a separate wash, so each one gets the cycle that suits it.

1. Send a list. Something like "one double duvet, six pillowcases and four bath towels". Add your building, flat number and a pin.
2. Get a time. We reply with a pickup slot and the day it comes back.
3. Pack up. Each duvet gets its own bag, rolled tight. Towels and sheets can share another.
4. Free collection. At your door, or at the front desk if your building has one.
5. Follow along. You get WhatsApp messages until the bag is delivered.

We answer WhatsApp day and night. Visitors on the way? Book the evening before and the spare-room sheets are fresh.

A duvet or comforter is AED 56, from single to king, though each is cleaned in its own way.

• Duvet: the filled part that sits inside a cover. The cover is priced and washed on its own.
• Comforter: stitched all over, often patterned, and used without a cover. Quilted squares dry at different speeds, so we feel each one for damp.
• Blanket: a standard one is AED 26, and bigger blankets cost more.
• Bedcover: AED 29. As the top layer it collects the most dust, and shamal winds can carry fine sand indoors. Mention any beads, tassels or fringing.

A split seam or filling coming out? WhatsApp us a photo first and we will tell you if it can be washed.

In Dubai's heat, sheets and pillowcases are washed far more often than a duvet, which is why they wear out first.

• Sheets: AED 25 each, flat or fitted. Send fitted sheets inside out, as socks and grit collect in the corners.
• Pillowcases: AED 9. Face cream, sun cream and hair oil can mark cotton pillowcases with grease. Please show us the spots and do not scrub them.
• Pillows: AED 19. A pillow that has gone flat and lumpy has usually lost its filling for good. Memory foam must stay dry.
• Mattress protectors: AED 35. Too much heat can damage the waterproof backing, so check by sending us a photo of the care label.

Bedding from several bedrooms? Let us know which sets belong to which room and you can tick them off on return.

Towels are AED 7 each and bathrobes AED 19. Leftover soap makes towels scratchy, so each gets two rinses and a full dry.

• Beach and pool towels: shake the sand out and book soon after your swim. A damp towel shut in a bag overnight will smell by morning.
• Gym towels: a small towel holds sweat and stays damp for a long time. Hang it up to dry before bagging.
• Bathrobes: the thick collar is slowest to dry, so we check it twice. Tuck the belt into a pocket to keep it with the robe.
• Sofa covers: a regular removable cover is AED 46. Note which cushion each cover belongs to, and brush off pet hair first.
• Tablecloths: AED 19. Let a spill dry and tell us what it was, whether wine, gravy or coffee.

Pack wet towels well away from a duvet. Humid weather makes filling take on damp very quickly.

A washing machine is not safe for these, so please keep them at home in Al Mankhool:

• Electric blankets or anything with wires.
• Weighted blankets filled with glass or plastic pellets.
• Memory foam toppers and pillows.
• Anything marked do not wash. Not certain? Send a photo of the label and we will reply before the driver arrives.

With duvet and comforter laundering, the drying is what takes the time. Covers dry fast, but down, feather and polyester filling hold water for hours. A duvet stored even slightly damp goes musty, whatever the air conditioning does.

• 48 to 72 hours: heavy bedding takes this long here, so the centre dries as thoroughly as the edges.
• Return day: it arrives in the chat after you book.
