Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Regent Palace Hotel

The bag is for everyday clothes that can be washed together. Think of what you wear over a few days away from home and would rather not rinse out in the bathroom.

• Tops: T-shirts, polos, casual shirts and light jumpers.
• Bottoms: jeans, chinos, shorts and gym leggings.
• Sports kit: running tops, shorts, vests and socks.
• Swimwear: swimsuits and trunks from the pool, washed gently.
• Underwear: best placed in a small pouch so it stays together.

Anything you want hung and pressed goes to Clean & Press instead. Keep suits and silk out of the bag, so they are never washed with your jeans.

Pack your clothes in a bag that closes properly, with a tie or a zip, so nothing slips out on the way down to the lobby. A bag you can lift easily is best.

Check the pockets first, because a pen or a key card can mark a whole load. Keep a clean shirt back for the next morning, so you are not waiting on the bag.

If one piece has a stain, say where it is and what caused it in your message. Marks are treated by hand before the wash, and knowing the cause tells us how.

The driver's check comes first. Then your clothes are sorted by colour and fabric, with whites kept away from darks so a red tee never meets a white shirt.

The detergent is mild and hypoallergenic with a light scent, and your order gets its own machine and a clean drum. Nothing from another guest's bag goes in with yours.

Thin fabrics and swimwear get a gentle wash, and jeans are kept apart from them. Care labels are read before anything goes in.

Everything is dried on a low heat, then folded by hand into a neat stack. Shirts come back flat, not crushed into a ball, so they are easy to pack.

Tees, shorts and gym kit are folded small, which helps if your suitcase is already full. Pieces are stacked by type, so you can find a clean pair of socks without turning the whole bag over.

If you are leaving soon, tell us your check-out day when you book, and we plan the order around it. The clean bag is delivered once your payment link has been paid.

A 6kg bag is a fair fit for a few days of clothes. The 12kg bag suits a longer stay, or two people sending laundry together. Each has a flat price, so the number of pieces does not change the cost.

Both prices are in the table above. Neither has a hidden fee, and delivery back to the hotel is free.

For same-day laundry service, book before 2 PM and ask for express. Express takes 5 hours where your address is covered, so check with us when you book. That makes it a good fit for same-day hotel laundry before an evening out.

Outside express, the standard return is within 24 hours in many areas, so it works as a next-day laundry service as well.

If you are checking out tomorrow morning, say so in your first message. We will tell you the quickest option that fits, and if it is not possible, we will say so before you pay.

Staying for weeks? A plan can work out cheaper than single bags. Essential is AED 250 monthly and covers four bags, one each week. Family is AED 450 monthly and covers eight, two each week.

For a short trip, one bag at AED 65 is simpler. Start there and switch to a plan on WhatsApp when it makes sense.

A few things do better away from the bag. Suits, silk blouses, evening dresses, beaded pieces and anything marked dry clean only belong in Clean & Press, where each is looked at on its own.

Kanduras, abayas, ghutras and kurtas are priced by the piece there too, and come back on hangers.

The towels and robes in your room are the hotel's, so leave them out. We collect only your own clothes, and the driver goes through them with you at pickup so nothing is missed.

Clean & Press is priced by the piece. You tell us what you have, the driver goes through each item at the lobby or concierge desk, and a payment link follows by text. Your clothes go out for delivery once you have paid.

Every piece is looked at first. We read the care label, treat any mark by hand, then clean and steam it. It comes back hung, ready for the wardrobe.

Standard return is within 24 hours in many areas, and delicate pieces can take longer. We tell you the time at pickup.

A pressed shirt is AED 18. It arrives on a hanger, not folded in a bag, so the collar and cuffs are not crushed on the way to your room.

Book the day before a meeting if you can. For something sooner, ask about express, which takes 5 hours when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Blouses and light tops follow the same steps, each at its own price.

A two-piece suit is priced as one item, and a jacket on its own has its own price. Trousers are priced separately, so you can send only the piece that needs it.

Evening dresses, silk and beaded pieces are looked at one at a time. Give us the fabric and the date of the event, and we plan around it. Express suit pressing is possible when you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

Is there a wedding or a gala while you are in Dubai? Send the outfit as soon as you arrive. Delicate pieces can take longer, and time is easy to run out of if you wait until the day before.

Ties and blouses are priced by the piece, like everything else in Clean & Press. Silk is cleaned more gently, so tell us when you book and we choose the method to suit it.

They come back on hangers, ready to wear, and the payment link covers all of them in one go.

Traditional wear is priced piece by piece. A kandura is AED 15, a basic abaya is AED 18, and a delicate abaya costs more because it needs more care.

• Ghutra and jalabiya: each has its own price on the list.
• Kurta: priced separately for men and for women.
• Abayas: steamed by hand so they stay matt.

Everything comes back hung, ready for a wedding, a family dinner or a day at the office. Tell us the date you need it when you book.

Delicate pieces take longer, and how long depends on the piece. We tell you the time at pickup. Silk, beading and fine fabrics are cleaned and steamed by hand, and that cannot be hurried without risking the fabric. If something has a deadline, tell us at once.

Need express suit pressing for tomorrow? Book before 2 PM and tell us your deadline. Express takes 5 hours where your address is covered, so ask us first whether the hotel is inside the express area.

If it is not, the standard return of 24 hours still applies, and we say which one you will get before you pay.

After the driver has gone through your items, a secure link comes by text. Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is paid in cash, and nothing is handed over in the lobby.

Cover for loss or damage goes up to 10 times the cleaning price of the piece. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

Once the payment goes through, your order is on its way back to the hotel.
