Most guests send T-shirts, shirts they will not wear to a meeting, jeans, shorts, gym kit and swimwear. Put everything in the bag together and tie it shut. There is no need to fold anything first. We sort by colour later at the laundry, so lights and darks are washed apart.

Hotel towels and robes belong to the hotel, so leave them in the studio. Keep suits, silk and anything labelled dry clean only out of the bag too. Those belong in the Clean & Press tab and are priced by the piece.

Before the driver leaves, they check the bag with you. That is the moment to mention a stain, a delicate top or a piece you want back first.

There are two sizes. The standard bag holds up to 6kg and costs AED 65. The larger bag holds up to 12kg and costs AED 120. Weight sets the price, so ten light T-shirts cost the same as six heavy pairs of jeans.

Our driver can meet you at the lobby or with the concierge, when the hotel allows it. This is contactless pickup and delivery if you prefer: hand the bag over, or leave it at the desk, and the driver checks the items with you.

It works as a doorstep laundry pickup for hotel guests, so you do not need to leave the hotel or find a laundry. Tell us your preferred time when you book. Evenings and early mornings suit people who are out on business during the day.

Delivery comes back to the same spot, and we message you when the driver is on the way.

A bag collected today is normally back within 24 hours, so this works as a next-day laundry service for most guests. Book in the morning and it is often ready the following day.

Delicate pieces can take longer, and we tell you the time at pickup. If you have a flight or a check-out date, say so when you message us, and we plan the return around it.

We confirm the delivery time in the chat before the driver leaves the hotel, so you know when to expect your clothes.

Marks are treated by hand before the machine. A coffee spill, a sauce stain or sunscreen on a collar each need different handling, so tell the driver what caused it. That saves time and protects the fabric.

Whites and colours are washed apart, and we use a mild, hypoallergenic detergent with a light scent. Your bag is washed in its own machine, never mixed with other customers' clothes.

We read the care label on thin or delicate fabrics before choosing a wash, and anything with sequins is dry cleaned. A swimsuit from the rooftop pool gets the same gentle care.

Element is built for longer stays, with a kitchen in every studio and apartment. That suits a weekly routine. Many guests who stay a month or more send one bag on the same day each week, so they never run short of clean clothes.

Pack lighter for the trip and send the bag when the pile grows. Work shirts can go in the Clean & Press tab at the same time, so one order covers both.

For a stay of several weeks, pick a day when you are usually out, so the driver can meet the concierge and the bag is waiting for you when you return.

A single bag is AED 65. If you are staying a month or longer, a monthly plan may cost less than booking bags one at a time. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week, and the Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week.

Both plans are an affordable laundry service for the whole stay, and the price stays the same whatever the bag holds up to 6kg. Ask us on WhatsApp which plan fits before you decide, and we will tell you how to start it on your arrival date.

You pay through a secure link texted to you once the driver has looked through your items. Cards (debit or credit), Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Please keep cash and cards out of it in the lobby. After the payment goes through, your clothes are sent out for delivery.

Loss or damage is covered up to ten times what cleaning that item costs. Anything that was already damaged, or has no care label, is cleaned at the owner's risk.

That is why the driver looks through the bag with you first. It gives both of us a clear picture of what was handed over.

Shirts come back cleaned and pressed with the collar and cuffs set, then placed on a hanger. A collar mark or a cuff stain is treated by hand before the wash, so tell the driver where it is.

Blouses are handled the same way, and silk ones get a gentler wash. If you travel with five shirts and need them all fresh for a week of meetings, send them together on the first day and ask for them back in one delivery.

Each shirt is checked before it leaves us, then returns on a hanger in a cover to keep it fresh.

A suit goes through as one set, jacket and trousers together, so the colour and shine match when they come back. We read the label first, then choose the method. The suit returns on a hanger, ready for the meeting.

Trousers, chinos and jeans are priced one by one and come back with a clean crease. If only the jacket needs cleaning, send it alone.

Traditional wear is cleaned with care. A kandura is cleaned and pressed as a full piece, with the collar and cuffs set properly, and a ghutra is washed and pressed flat so it sits well. Both come back on hangers or folded as you ask.

An abaya is steamed by hand so the fabric stays matt and keeps its fall. A jalabiya and a kurta follow the label on each piece.

If a garment has beading, embroidery or fine trim, tell us in the chat before the driver arrives, so the right person handles it.

Plain dresses and evening dresses are priced separately. We check for sequins and lining before cleaning, and give you a return time that fits your event.

Send an evening dress at least a day ahead, so there is no rush before a wedding, a gala or a dinner. It returns on a hanger, ready to go straight into the studio wardrobe.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Delicate pieces can take longer, depending on the piece. For something sooner, express laundry delivery has it back in 5 hours, provided the order is placed before 2 PM and we cover your address.

Express suit pressing works well on the morning of a meeting or before a flight. Message us early with what you need and when, and we will say whether the hotel address is covered.

Please do not wait until the afternoon if the piece is urgent, because the 2 PM cut-off is firm.

If a shirt or suit is clean but creased from your suitcase, choose pressing only, with no wash. The piece comes back on a hanger. Pressing only is priced separately from a full clean, and you can see the price on the pressing page.

If you arrived from somewhere colder, a coat can be cleaned and pressed here before you fly on. It comes back on a hanger, ready to go in your luggage. Coats are priced by the piece.

Tell us the fabric if you know it. We read the care label before cleaning either way, and choose the method from it.

At pickup the driver goes through each piece with you. We then text a payment link, and you can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing is paid in cash or by card at the lobby.

Once you have paid, the clothes go out for delivery. If a piece goes missing or comes back damaged, we cover up to ten times its cleaning price. Items already worn out, or with the label gone, are cleaned at your own risk.
