Guests usually send T-shirts, shirts, trousers, shorts, underwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear. Put it all in and close the bag. Sorting by colour happens later, at the laundry.

No need to fold. A week of travel clothes fits in one bag. If it feels heavy, tell the driver, and we will weigh it and suggest the larger bag.

Leave the hotel towels and robes in the room. They are the hotel's, so keep them out of your bag.

When the bag reaches the laundry, clothes are sorted by colour and fabric. Whites and darks never share a wash. Your bag is washed on its own, so nothing from another customer is mixed in.

The detergent is mild and hypoallergenic. It is also commercial-grade, built for big machines, and the drum is cleaned between loads.

If you separate a few items yourself, such as dark jeans, say so when you hand the bag over. It helps us treat them properly.

Spills happen at hotel dinners and buffet breakfasts. Show the driver the mark before the bag is closed, and say what caused it. Coffee, oil, sunscreen and sauce each need a different treatment.

Marks are treated by hand before washing. An old stain may not come out completely, but telling us early gives it the best chance.

Clothes are dried on low heat. This protects stretch fabrics, gym kit and cotton shirts, and keeps them from shrinking.

Every piece is folded by hand, so your suitcase repacks easily. Shirts you want on hangers belong in Clean & Press instead.

The 6kg bag suits most short stays. Think of it as a week of clothes for one person, or a few days for two.

The 12kg bag is for longer stays, a family, or after a trip to the beach and pool. Both bags have one flat price, so you can pick the size and know the cost in advance.

Swimwear, gym kit and light underwear go in the same bag, but they are washed gently. Rinse sandy pieces first if you can.

If something is very delicate, such as a silk top, do not put it in the bag. Hand it to the driver separately and we will treat it in Clean & Press.

A one-off bag is AED 65. If you are staying a month or more, a plan may suit you better. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

Standard return is within 24 hours of pickup, a reliable next-day laundry service. Hand over the bag one morning and it is back the next.

Need it faster? Book before 2 PM and say it is urgent. Express laundry delivery can take 5 hours, if your address is covered. Tell us the hotel name and we will confirm.

The price covers a careful look by hand, cleaning on the process that suits the fabric, steam pressing and a hanger. Pickup and delivery cost nothing extra.

Nothing is added afterwards. The price on this page is the price for that piece.

Express is not a separate line. Ask for it when you book, and we confirm whether your address is covered.

Days in a suitcase leave a suit creased. Hand it to the driver before 2 PM and ask for express. If we cover your address, it can be back in 5 hours.

Send jacket and trousers as a pair so they stay matched. Empty the pockets, and mention any mark.

A kandura is AED 15. Ghutras and abayas have their own prices in the table above. Plain abayas and delicate ones are priced separately, so tell us if yours has beading or lace.

On a kandura we work on the collar and cuffs by hand, because that is where marks gather. Everything is hung up, ready for prayers, a gathering or a flight.

Blouses and day dresses are cleaned and pressed, then hung up. Evening dresses are looked over for beads and sequins first, then cleaned on a suitable process.

Point out any special trims when you hand the dress over.

Most clothes have a care label inside the neck or at the side seam. A tub with a hand means hand wash, a circle means dry cleaning, and a triangle refers to bleach. Dots on an iron tell you how hot a press can be.

You do not need to read these yourself. We read the label for you. If a label is missing or has worn off, we clean the piece at your own risk, so tell us before you hand it over.

The label is the first thing we check, before we choose the process for each piece.

A winter coat or a heavy jacket should be cleaned before it goes home in a case. Send it as one item and it comes back hung up.
