Dubai heat means sweaty gym clothes and wet swimwear. At Jumeira Rotana Dubai you may use the rooftop pool, and the hotel lists La Mer beach about 2 km away. Either way, you finish the day with damp things in your room.

• Swimwear: rinse it first if you can, then put it in the bag. We wash it gently so the stretch holds, and dry it on low heat.
• Gym kit: washed apart from lighter clothes so sweat and dye do not spread.
• Beach towels: hotel towels stay in the room. Only your own towels and sarongs go in the bag.

Everything comes back folded and fresh, and you can pack it straight into your case.

Our driver comes to Jumeira Rotana Dubai, not to your room. You tell us what time you will be at the lobby, and we meet you there. The hotel decides whether outside drivers can collect at the lobby or concierge desk, so we say "if the hotel allows it" and check with you when you book.

Book as soon as you know your plans, and tell us your checkout time so we can match it. A bag collected in the morning is usually back the next day.

Travel clothes pick up marks that heat can lock in if they are not treated first. That is why stain work comes before the wash and the dryer.

• Sun cream: leaves a yellow patch on white cotton. We treat it before the bag goes in the machine.
• Sweat: shows at the collar and underarm. We treat it by hand.
• Food and drink: coffee, tea and sauce marks get stain work before washing.
• Pool and sea water: swimwear is rinsed well so salt and chlorine do not stay in the fabric.

If you know what made a mark, mention it in the message. It helps us pick the right treatment. Some old marks do not lift fully, and we will tell you if that happens.

Some guests stay for weeks, and some live in Al Satwa and send laundry every week. A monthly plan gives you a fixed weekday and a lower cost per bag, so it is budget-friendly wash and fold for anyone who washes often.

• Family: AED 450 a month for eight bags, two every week.
• Pay as you go: AED 65 a bag, only when you need one.

Once your payment link is paid, your clothes go out for delivery. Wash and fold bags are back within 24 hours. This is a next-day laundry service, and express laundry delivery is available for urgent pieces booked before 2 PM, where your address is covered.

Each one comes back on a hanger with a cover, ready for your case or your wardrobe. If you want a suit for an event, book guest dry cleaning early in the day and tell us the time you need it.

Traditional wear needs careful handling. A kandura is AED 15, and an abaya is AED 18 for a plain one. A ghutra and a jalabiya are priced on the table above too.

• Kandura: collar and cuffs are checked and treated by hand, then pressed.
• Ghutra: pressed flat so it sits properly.
• Abaya: choose basic, or delicate if it has beading or fine fabric.
• Kurta: choose the men's or women's option when you book.

All come back on hangers and covered, ready for an event. Tell us the date and we plan around it.

The symbols on a care label tell us how to clean the piece. You do not need to read them yourself, but it helps to know what they mean when you pack.

• Circle: dry cleaning, with a letter inside for the type of cleaning.
• Tub symbol: washing, and the number is the highest water temperature.
• Pressing symbol: one dot means a cool press, two a medium press and three a hot press.
• Crossed out: do not use that process.

No label, or a label that has worn away? We clean the piece at your own risk. If you are unsure about a favourite garment, ask us on WhatsApp before the driver comes.

Dresses and silk blouses need more care than a shirt. Before we begin, we look at the fabric, the beading and the lining, and we choose how to clean each one.

• Sequins and beads: dry cleaned, never put in the wash.
• Silk and satin: cleaned gently, then pressed on a low heat.
• Stretch fabrics: kept on a cool process so they hold their shape.

Tell us about any special fabric when you book. If a piece is already damaged, we say so before we start, so there are no surprises when it comes back.

We look after your clothes carefully. If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, our cover pays up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item.

Payment is simple and safe. The driver checks your items at the lobby. Then we text a secure payment link to your phone, and nothing is paid before the check is done.

• Pay by: debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• No cash: and no cards handed over in the lobby.
• Delivery: your clothes go out as soon as the link is paid, back to the hotel on hangers.
• Timing: most pieces are back within 24 hours, and express is possible for urgent ones.
