A 6kg bag holds about a week of clothes for one person. That is several T-shirts, a few pairs of trousers or jeans, shorts, underwear, socks and gym kit. It is a good size for a work trip or a long weekend.

Fill the bag, but do not pack it so full that it will not close. If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp before the driver arrives and we will tell you whether to use the larger 12kg bag instead.

Guests at Hilton Garden Inn Jumeirah often send one bag halfway through a trip, so the second half starts with a full set of clean clothes. Send a second bag on the last day if you want the suitcase packed with clean things for the flight home.

Use your own bag, a laundry bag or a strong carrier. Keep it closed so nothing falls out in the lobby or the lift. You do not need to count or list your items for a wash bag.

Put socks and underwear in with the rest. Keep suits, silk and evening wear out of the wash bag. Those belong in Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned on its own and returned on a hanger.

Check every pocket for cards, keys, chargers, receipts and room keys before you hand the bag over. Anything left in a pocket can go through the wash, and we cannot always find it afterwards. A quick check takes a minute and saves a lot of trouble.

We do not wash your whole bag on one cycle. White cotton, coloured clothes and dark pieces are separated first, so a red T-shirt does not turn your white shirts pink.

Your bag is washed on its own, in a machine that has no other customer's clothes in it. Then it is dried and folded by hand.

If you want something kept apart, such as a new dark shirt that may run, tell the driver when the bag is checked. We note it on the order so the team sees it before the wash. Gym kit and swimwear go on the cycle that suits them, not the one for your good shirts.

We use a commercial-grade detergent that is also hypoallergenic and biodegradable. It cleans properly, and it leaves only a light scent rather than a strong chemical smell.

That suits sensitive skin and it is safe for baby clothes. If you are travelling with a small child, send their things in the same bag as yours.

If you have an allergy or a skin condition, tell us when you book. We note it on your order and the team keeps it in mind. Towels and robes that belong to the hotel stay in your room. They are not part of your order.

The standard time is 24 hours from pickup to delivery. Hand over your bag in the morning and it is back the next day, folded and ready for the suitcase. That makes it a simple next-day laundry service for most stays.

If you need clothes sooner, express is available. Book before 2 PM and we aim to return urgent pieces in 5 hours, if your address is covered. There is no express fee, so the price does not change. Express laundry delivery works best for a few pieces, not a full bag.

Send us a WhatsApp message with the hotel, the time you want and when you check out. We will tell you what is possible. If you leave early in the morning, plan your pickup for the day before so everything is back in time.

Keep silk, satin, wool, leather and anything with sequins out of the wash bag. These pieces can shrink, fade or lose their finish in a normal machine wash.

Suits, jackets, ties, evening dresses and coats are handled in Clean & Press. Kanduras and abayas also go there, because they need a gentler process and pressing on a hanger.

If you are not sure about a piece, leave it out and ask the driver. It is better to ask first than to find a good shirt has shrunk. Items that are already damaged or have no care label can still be cleaned, but they are cleaned at your own risk.

One 6kg bag is AED 65. The wash, the drying, the folding and both trips are included, so no extra line appears for pickup or delivery.

Pressed shirts cost AED 18 each and a kandura costs AED 15. These two are Clean & Press pieces, so they sit outside the bag price and are paid for on their own.

The minimum order is AED 50, and smaller orders are still collected for a small fee. After the driver has looked over your things, a secure link arrives by text with the total. Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nobody asks for payment at the lobby.

If you are staying a month or coming back often, a monthly plan may cost less than single bags. The Essential plan suits one person, and the Family plan covers two bags every week.

You pick a regular pickup day. The driver comes to the hotel lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it, and brings your bag back after 24 hours. It is a simple way to get on-demand laundry without booking every week.

For a short trip, a single bag is the easiest choice. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you decide between a bag and a plan, based on how long you are staying and how much you wear.

The price for each item covers cleaning, treating stains by hand and pressing. Your item is returned on a hanger, ready to wear or to hang straight into your wardrobe.

Pickup and delivery are free. There is no express fee and no charge for the trip. You pay only the price you see for each item, so the total is easy to work out before you book.

Give a two-piece suit to the driver the day before your meeting. We clean and press it as a set, so the jacket and trousers match in finish and shape. It comes back on a hanger.

If only the jacket needs attention, send it alone, because it has its own price. Ties and shirts can go with it so the whole outfit comes back together.

Express suit pressing is available if you book before 2 PM, where your address is covered. Tell us when your meeting is and we will say what we can do.

Weddings, receptions and family visits mean traditional wear. A kandura is cleaned and pressed, and the collar and cuffs are treated by hand, because those are the places marks collect.

A ghutra comes back flat and bright. A basic abaya has a basic price, and a delicate abaya is handled more gently. Tell the driver which one you are sending, so it goes on the right process.

Jalabiyas and men's and women's kurtas are also priced on their own. All of them are returned on hangers, so nothing is folded into a creased square. Allow a full day if the event is soon, and ask for express if it is tonight.

Shirts crushed by a suitcase can be sent for pressing only. That costs less than a full clean and gets you to the meeting looking sharp.

If you fly the same day, ask for express and we will say what is possible. Give the driver the pieces as early as you can, because a morning pickup gives us the most room to work.

The symbols on a care label tell us how to clean a piece. A circle means it can be dry cleaned, and a crossed-out circle means it cannot. Letters inside the circle give the type of solvent we should use.

A tub symbol with a hand means wash by hand only. A number in the tub shows the highest water temperature, in degrees. Dots in the iron symbol, if you see one, give the safe heat for pressing.

If a piece has no label, we still clean it, but at your own risk, and we handle it gently. Tell the driver when you hand it over, and we will note it on your order so the team knows.

Wine, coffee, sauce and make-up are the usual marks on a trip. We treat each stain by hand before the piece is cleaned, rather than relying on the machine.

Tell the driver what caused the mark and roughly when, because it helps us choose the right method. An older stain can still come out, but an early one is easier. If a stain does not shift fully, we will say so honestly.

Evening dresses, silk and satin are cleaned on a gentle process, one at a time. Sequins and beads are checked before cleaning so nothing is lost on the way.

If your dress is for a gala or a wedding, tell us the date. We plan the order around it, and the dress comes back on a hanger.

If you check out soon, tell us your leaving day and time when you book. We plan around it so your pieces are back before you go, and the driver brings them to the same place where he collected them.

Items come back on hangers. That keeps suits and dresses flat for the suitcase or the garment bag, and you can hang them as soon as you get home.
