Pack anything you wear day to day: T-shirts, underwear, socks, jeans, gym kit, shorts and swimwear. Put it all in one bag, up to 6kg. A few kilos is about a week of clothes for one person.

You can use the laundry bag from our driver, or any bag you already have. Do not add suits, silk or beaded dresses. Those go to Clean & Press instead.

We sort the clothes by colour and fabric before they go in. Whites are kept away from darks, and delicate items are kept away from heavy ones.

That stops dye running onto your white shirts, and it keeps your jeans from rubbing against a light top. Nothing is washed with another customer's clothes, so your bag is done in a machine by itself.

High heat shrinks cotton and wears out elastic. We dry on low heat, so T-shirts keep their size and swimwear keeps its stretch.

If a piece should not go in the dryer at all, the care label will say so and we will air-dry it. For guests with a flight to catch, tell us the time and we will plan around it.

The detergent is mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable, with a light scent. That makes it gentle for children's clothes and for anyone with sensitive skin.

Our machines are commercial-grade, so they rinse well and leave no soap behind. Clothes smell clean, not heavily perfumed.

Everything comes back folded, so you can put it straight into the case or the hotel wardrobe. We fold shirts, T-shirts and trousers flat and neat.

If you want shirts on hangers instead, send them as Clean & Press. A pressed shirt costs AED 18 and is returned on a hanger. Tell us your choice when you message us, and we will keep the two types apart.

Contactless pickup and delivery suits guests who do not want to wait around. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and room, then give the bag to our driver at the lobby or the concierge desk, where the hotel permits it.

Once the driver has gone through the items, you get a payment link by text. It takes cards and phone wallets only. Nothing is collected in cash, and your laundry goes out for delivery after you pay.

Staying a month or more? A plan can cost less than ordering one bag at a time. Essential is AED 250 a month, Family is AED 450 a month, and a single 6kg bag is AED 65.

With a plan, pickup happens on a set day, so there is no need to book each time. Ask us on WhatsApp which plan fits the way you use your clothes.

Every item is looked after, but accidents can happen. If something is lost or damaged while it is with us, we pay up to ten times what it costs to clean that item.

Pieces that were damaged before pickup, or that have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk. The driver goes through your items with you at the door, so there is a clear record of what was handed over.

Every item is looked at by hand before it is cleaned. We read the care label, check pockets and look for stains. Then the piece is cleaned in the way the label allows.

The price covers the cleaning and the press. Your garments are returned on hangers, ready to wear straight away.

Cases crease suits, even when you roll them carefully. The jacket and trousers are cleaned and pressed as a pair, so the cloth matches and the shape returns.

If your meeting is tomorrow morning, book before 2 PM. With express we can bring a suit back in 5 hours, if your address is covered. That makes express suit pressing realistic even for a late request.

If you are attending a wedding, a gala or a dinner, send the dress the day before. Beading, sequins and delicate fabrics are cleaned with more care and take a little longer.

Tell us at pickup about any decoration on the piece. We will mark it and handle it separately from plain clothes.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed with the same care as a suit. A kandura costs AED 15. A basic abaya has its own price, and one with heavy detail is priced as delicate.

Collars and cuffs get extra attention, because that is where marks show most in white garments. Ghutras are pressed flat.

The dots and circles on a care label tell us how a garment should be cleaned. A circle means dry cleaning. A tub means washing, and the number inside is the highest temperature.

A crossed-out symbol means do not do it. For example, a crossed-out tumble dryer means no machine drying. We follow the label every time. If a label is missing or worn off, we ask you first.

Hotel breakfasts and dinners cause the most stains. Coffee, tea, sauces, oil and sunscreen are the usual ones. Mention what the stain is, because each needs its own treatment.

We do not promise a stain will come out, but we always try. A stain that sits for days is harder to remove, so hand the piece over as soon as you can.

Express is for urgent pieces: a shirt for a morning meeting, a dress for tonight, a suit before a flight. Book before 2 PM and we can return them in 5 hours, if your address is covered.

There is no extra fee for express. Message us with the time you need the items back, and we will confirm if it works.

The driver goes through your items at pickup. You then pay online using the link we text you. Debit and credit cards work, and so do Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take payment at the front desk.

Should a piece go missing or come back damaged, we pay up to ten times its cleaning cost. If it was already damaged, or had no care label, it is cleaned at your own risk.
