Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Four Points Bur Dubai

Put in T-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, gym kit and swimwear. Everything is washed, dried and folded for one flat price, AED 65 for a bag up to 6kg.

You do not need to count items or pick them out. A bag that is a little full is fine, and the driver weighs it at pickup if there is any doubt.

Keep suits, silk and traditional wear out of the bag. Those go in Clean & Press, where each piece is priced on its own. If you are not sure where something belongs, message us a photo and we will say.

Hotel towels and robes stay in your room. Towels and robes from the room stay in the room. Only your own clothes go in the bag.

Your bag is opened and checked first, then sorted by colour. Whites and lights are washed apart from darks, so a new black T-shirt cannot stain a white shirt.

We use a mild, hypoallergenic detergent with a light scent. Your clothes go into a cleaned drum, never together with another customer's laundry.

Tell us about a stain when you book. We treat it by hand before the wash, and the cause helps us pick the right method.

Everything is dried on low heat, which keeps cotton from shrinking and stretch fabric from going tired. If you have a favourite top that must not shrink, say so when you book and we will set it aside.

Swimwear and sports kit are the first things guests pack after a few days away. They go in the wash bag with everything else.

Swimsuits and thin fabrics are washed on a gentle setting and dried on low heat, so the stretch lasts. Rinse off the pool water if you can before handing them over, because chlorine and salt are hard on fabric if left.

Wet clothes are fine. Please put them in a separate plastic bag inside the wash bag so they do not soak the rest.

Gym kit is washed with the same care and returned folded.

Everything comes back folded by hand and packed in the bag. It is ready to go straight into a suitcase for the flight home, so there is no repacking at the last minute.

Socks are matched in pairs where we can, and T-shirts are folded flat so they pack well.

If anything is missing from your bag, tell us on WhatsApp the same day and we will look into it at once.

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us you are at Four Points Bur Dubai. We agree a time for the driver to come, and you hand the bag over at the lobby or concierge desk, if the hotel allows it.

Please check with reception first. We are independent, and the hotel decides what its staff will let a driver do in the lobby. The driver checks the items with you before leaving and notes anything fragile.

This is our hotel laundry pickup, and pickup and delivery are both free. You pay later by a secure link, not at the desk. Early morning and evening slots are the busiest, so book a few hours ahead when you can.

For a short trip, one bag is usually enough. Hand it over on your second or third day and you have clean clothes for the rest of the stay.

For a longer visit, send a second bag halfway through. Our next-day laundry service is the normal option, and the same-day laundry service helps if you have an early flight. Ask us about the cut-off times when you book.

A large bag, up to 12kg, costs AED 120. That is a good fit for two people sharing a room or a long business trip.

If you are in Dubai for weeks, a monthly plan can work out better than single bags. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month and the Family plan is AED 450 a month.

Essential gives you one pickup a week. The Family plan suits a group staying together, and you can change it on WhatsApp whenever your plans move.

A single bag stays at AED 65, so you can start with that and move to a plan later. Ask us to compare once you know how long you are staying.

We do not take cash or cards in the lobby. After the driver checks your items, we text you a secure link to pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once it is paid, your clothes go out for delivery after they are cleaned.

If anything is lost or damaged, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or have no care label, are cleaned at your own risk.

If you have anything fragile or valuable in the bag, tell the driver at pickup so it is noted down. Keep your payment link message until delivery, as it is your receipt for the order.

Shirts, trousers and chinos are the most common pieces we get from hotel guests. Each is cleaned, pressed by hand and returned on a hanger, ready to wear.

A shirt is AED 18. Send it the evening before a meeting and it is ready the next day, or use express if it is urgent.

Jeans are priced the same as trousers, so you can send a smart pair for dinner as well. Blouses and skirts have their own prices in the table above.

Collars and cuffs get extra attention, as that is where a shirt shows wear first.

A two-piece suit is cleaned and pressed together so the jacket and trousers match in colour. It comes back on a hanger, ready to wear.

If only the jacket needs a refresh, send that alone. Ties and coats are priced separately and can go in the same order.

For a morning meeting, book express suit pressing the day before and tell us the time you need it. Tell us the day of the meeting and we plan the return so the suit is ready the evening before.

Traditional wear is cleaned and pressed one piece at a time. A kandura is AED 15. A basic abaya, a ghutra and a jalabiya each have their own price in the table above.

White kanduras are checked for marks on the collar and cuffs before cleaning. Abayas with beading or fine fabric are priced as delicate, so tell us which kind you have and we confirm first.

Everything is returned on a hanger, so the shape holds in your luggage or wardrobe. Many guests send these before a wedding or a family visit.

Kurtas, men's and women's, can go in the same order. A men's kurta has its own price, listed above. Many guests send these before a wedding or a family visit, so book a day ahead if you can.

A plain dress or a blouse is cleaned and pressed and comes back on a hanger. Evening dresses with beads or sequins are delicate and can take longer. How long depends on the dress.

If you are travelling for a wedding or a gala, book early and tell us the event date, so the dress is back with time to spare. Silk blouses are handled gently.

Express means your pieces come back in 5 hours, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered. There is no extra fee for it.

It works well for a suit before a dinner, a shirt for a late meeting, or a dress for an evening event. Tell us on WhatsApp that it is urgent and we confirm whether Four Points Bur Dubai is in the express area.

Express laundry delivery follows the same checks as normal orders, just faster. Same-day hotel laundry depends on the time you book, so ask for the cut-off first. Pieces must be handed over before 2 PM for express, so message us early in the morning.

Standard Clean & Press is back in 24 hours. Delicates, such as beaded dresses or fine abayas, can take longer, depending on the piece.

If your flight is soon, tell us the time when you book. We plan the return around it and say if it cannot be done. Ask us for the exact time when you book.

Not every mark comes out, especially if it has been there for a while. We tell you what we find after checking, before the item goes in.
