Before anything is washed, we sort by colour and by fabric. Whites, lights and darks go in separate loads, so a new dark shirt cannot stain your white socks. Towels from home and heavy cotton are kept apart from thin tops.

Gym kit and sports tops are washed apart from delicate pieces, and anything marked cool or hand wash gets a gentle cycle. If a label says dry clean only, we move the piece over to Clean & Press and message you first, so nothing is washed that should not be.

Tell us if a piece bleeds colour or you have a favourite top that must stay apart, and we keep it in its own small load.

Holiday clothes pick up sun cream, sand and sweat. Hand over swimwear, running kit and beach shirts in the same bag, and they are washed with a mild detergent that is gentle on thin fabrics and on skin.

Swimwear and stretchy sports tops go on a gentle cycle, and everything is dried on low heat so elastic keeps its shape. If something marks easily, such as a white linen shirt, leave a note for the driver and we will treat the mark by hand before washing.

Sand does not wash out of a pocket by itself, so shake out the beach shirts before they go in the bag. The driver can lend a spare bag for wet swimwear.

Hotel laundry pickup is simple. Tell us you are at DoubleTree M Square Mankhool, and our driver meets you at the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. It is doorstep laundry pickup, without the doorstep.

You do not need to leave the building or wait in. Hand over the bag, let the driver check it with you, and carry on with your day. Contactless pickup and delivery is available if you prefer to meet nobody, and the driver tells you by message when the bag is on its way back.

Every load is washed in a mild, biodegradable detergent that is hypoallergenic and has only a light scent. That matters when the same few outfits go through the wash again and again on a long stay, because anything that irritates skin shows up quickly.

Baby clothes, sleepwear and anything worn close to the skin are safe in the same bag as your other things. If you have a skin allergy or a sensitive child, mention it in your first message and we note it on your order so the plant team sees it before washing.

Our laundry is done in small batches, so a heavily scented item will not pass its smell to the rest of the bag.

Standard is 24 hours from pickup, so a bag collected today is usually back tomorrow. That makes ours a next-day laundry service that suits most short stays, and you can plan around it without checking in.

When you need it sooner, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It takes 5 hours if your address is covered, and we confirm on WhatsApp whether the hotel falls inside the area. Express laundry delivery is available on request, and it is the right choice before an evening flight or a dinner you have not packed for.

Plan ahead on a checkout day: a bag collected in the morning comes back the next day, which suits a late departure. Message us your flight time if it is tight.

If you plan to stay a month or more, a plan can cost less than booking each bag. The Essential plan is AED 250 a month, with one pickup a week. The Family plan is AED 450 a month and suits groups and families sharing the laundry.

A single bag is AED 65, so you can also book on-demand laundry, week by week, with nothing to sign. Change or stop your plan on WhatsApp whenever your dates move, and we will carry on from where you left off.

Pay by secure link, which is texted to you after the driver has checked your items. You can use a bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please do not hand cash or cards over in the lobby, because the driver does not take payment there.

Your clothes go out for delivery once the link is paid. If something is lost or damaged, cover reaches ten times what we charged to clean that item. If a piece is already damaged or the label is missing, we still clean it, but only at your own risk. The driver says so when you hand it over. We try to be the best price laundry service for a guest, and nothing is added at the door.

If a payment link does not open, reply to the message and we send a new one. The driver never needs to take cash, a card or a bank detail in person.

Business guests often need a clean shirt every morning. Send a few after a day of travel and they return on hangers, cleaned and pressed, ready for the next day. This is guest dry cleaning that fits around a diary, and the driver collects at DoubleTree M Square Mankhool so you stay on schedule.

Trousers, chinos and jeans can be cleaned and pressed too, with a sharp crease if you want one. If your clothes are clean and only creased from the suitcase, ask for pressing only. It is quicker and costs less.

Ask for starch only if you like it; otherwise shirts return soft and flat, with the collar pressed square.

We clean and press a two-piece suit as a pair, so the colour and finish match. A jacket or a waistcoat can go on its own if you only need one piece, and each comes back on a hanger in a cover.

Tell us about any stain from lunch or dinner, and we treat it by hand before cleaning. Ask about express suit pressing if the meeting is tomorrow morning.

A suit is checked for stains and loose threads before it is cleaned, and the driver notes anything unusual with you at pickup. Matching trousers are never separated from their jacket by accident.

Kanduras, ghutras, jalabiyas and kurtas are cleaned and pressed one at a time. Each has its own price, and a kandura is AED 15. Basic abayas are steamed by hand so they stay soft and matt, and delicate abayas get extra care, which can take longer.

Wedding and event outfits deserve care, so book early in the day when you can. Standard is 24 hours, and we tell you at pickup if a delicate piece needs longer. If the event is the same evening, book before 2 PM and ask for express, where your address is covered. Tell the driver if the piece is starched, embroidered or lined, so we pick the right process.

Traditional wear is never washed in the bag with jeans or gym kit. Each piece is handled alone and returned in its own cover, ready to wear.

Silk, sequins and fine fabrics are dry cleaned, checked by hand and returned on a hanger. Send the dress the day before the event, so it is back in good time and you can see it before you dress.

Mention any perfume or make-up marks on the collar when you hand it over.

Long gowns return hung in a full-length cover, so the skirt does not crush on the way back to the lobby.

Wine, coffee, oil, sun cream or make-up: tell us what caused the mark and when it happened. The right treatment depends on the stain, so a short note on WhatsApp or to the driver helps a lot.

We treat each stain by hand before cleaning. Some marks, especially old ones, may not come out fully, and we tell you if that is likely before we start. A white shirt with a coffee stain from the flight is a normal day for us. If a piece has no label or is already damaged, we clean it at your own risk and say so first.

Pressure from the iron on a stain can set it, so tell us before anyone presses the piece yourself.

Shirts, suits, dresses and coats come back on hangers, so they go straight into the wardrobe in your room or residence. Nothing is folded into a box and creased on the way back.

Pressed pieces are checked once more before they leave us, and the driver hands them over at the lobby.
