Same Day Wash & Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery at Al Seef Heritage Hotel

Put in everyday clothes such as T-shirts, jeans, shorts, gym kit, socks and underwear. Swimwear is fine too, and so are towels you bought for the pool or beach.

Keep suits, evening dresses, kanduras and abayas for Clean & Press, where each piece is cleaned, steamed and hung instead of folded.

If you are not sure about a piece, add a note when you book. We will tell you which service suits it before we start, so nothing is washed the wrong way.

Whites are washed apart from darks, and any colour that may run gets a wash of its own. Nothing of yours is mixed with another guest's order.

The detergent is mild, hypoallergenic and biodegradable, so it is gentle on skin and on baby clothes.

Pockets are checked first for keys, coins and pass cards, so nothing goes through the machine by accident.

Swimwear, leggings, fine knits and anything with stretch need a cooler wash and a gentle dry. We read each care label before choosing the cycle, because the label tells us what the fabric can take.

Items with no care label are cleaned at the owner's risk. If we think a piece is too fragile for the machine, we will tell you before we start.

Most bags are washed, dried, folded and returned within 24 hours of pickup. A bag collected today is usually back at Al Seef Heritage Hotel tomorrow.

If you need something sooner, book before 2 PM and ask for express. It takes about 5 hours, if your address is covered.

Tell us your flight time or checkout date when you book, and we will plan the pickup around it. The earlier you book, the more pickup times you can choose from.

Choose a time that suits your day. Our driver comes to Al Seef Heritage Hotel and collects from the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Otherwise we will meet you at the entrance.

The driver counts your items with you where possible and notes any marks. Delivery back to the hotel is free, and it goes to the same desk or to you.

If plans change, message us in the same chat and we will move the time. There is no charge for moving a pickup.

Payment is by a secure link sent to you by text, after the driver has checked your items. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

No cash and no cards are handled in the lobby, and nobody asks for payment at the desk. Your clothes go out for delivery once the payment is made.

Staying longer, or visiting often? The Essential plan is AED 250 a month for one bag a week, and the Family plan is AED 450 a month for two bags a week. A single bag is AED 65.

Plans are billed monthly, with free pickup and delivery. Ask us on WhatsApp which one fits the length of your stay, and we will set it up in the chat.

If an item is lost or damaged while it is with us, we cover up to 10 times the cleaning price of that item. Items that were already damaged, or that have no care label, are cleaned at the owner's risk.

To keep things simple, point out anything fragile or special when you book. A photo in the chat helps, and we are glad to look at it before pickup. If something worries you, ask first and we will tell you honestly.

Each piece is checked, cleaned on the right process for its fabric, then steamed by hand and hung. It is a different job from wash and fold, which is for everyday clothes.

It is the service for shirts, suits, jackets, dresses, blouses, kanduras and abayas. They come back on hangers, not folded.

Choose Clean & Press when the finish matters, such as a meeting, a wedding, a dinner or a flight. For everyday clothes, wash and fold is the cheaper way.

Shirts and blouses are cleaned and steamed, then hung, so collars lie flat and sleeves hold their line. A shirt is AED 18.

Send one in the morning for a business lunch, if you book before 2 PM and your address is covered.

A suit is cleaned and pressed as a set. Send the jacket and trousers together, so they stay the same shade and wear evenly.

Linings and shoulders are pressed with care, so the jacket keeps its shape and does not look flat.

A good time to send a suit is the day before an event or meeting, when you still have the evening to hang it up and check it. For a last-minute need, ask for express suit pressing.

Wash and fold is cheaper for everyday clothes. Pressing only suits clean clothes that are just creased. Shoe care covers trainers and leather shoes. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right service.

A kandura is AED 15. It is cleaned, steamed by hand and returned on a hanger, so it looks crisp for a wedding, a business meeting or Friday prayers.

Abayas and ghutras get the same careful treatment. A basic abaya has its own price in the table. Beaded or embroidered ones are priced as delicate, so tell us and we will quote you before we start.

Pack them loosely before pickup, or hand them over still on the hanger. The driver checks each piece with you.

Evening dresses are checked by hand, then cleaned on the process that suits the fabric. Tell us about sequins, beads or pale silk when you book. A dress is returned on a hanger, ready for the evening.

Ties, coats, blouses and other single pieces can be added to the same pickup. Each is priced on its own line in the full price list, so you know the cost before the driver arrives. Everything comes back on hangers.

Many guests send an outfit before an event and clothes worn at it afterwards. Book a pickup on the morning you check in, and again before you check out.

You can do both as separate orders. Each is priced the same way and delivered to the lobby or concierge, if the hotel allows it. Payment is always by the secure link, so nothing changes at the desk.
